That gives me an idea...

Take your brain, put it in your skull about two sizes too big.  Make it slosh around violently, then add a construction crew with jackhammers, pickaxes, and sledgehammers beating on the outside.  Add noise sensitivity and a distinct aversion to light.  Voila!  Instant migraine.  And I'm immune to every dratted painkiller weaker than tramadol, which is prescription and not to mess with.
