Re: Delith:Move out

In reply to Morteft (msg # 67):

Morteft opens the door to the shop and it opens rather easily.  The air inside smells fresh and cool like a spring day.  The inside looks clean and well kept.  The floor looks to be of oak as well as the large counter in front of you, the ceiling is 10' high.  There are shelves all around the shop which is about 40x50 on the inside.  To one side of the counter and behind on the wall is a door.  The shelves are all empty.  Except for the items in the window the only other thing in the room is a large book on the counter.

Re: Delith:Move out

In reply to Trysk (msg # 70):

The book does radiate magic as the whole shop does.  As Trysk gets closer to the book he can see that part of the shelving has a mirror behind in and the motion that was seen was probably a reflection.  When Trysk steps up to the counter, a bright image of a man in robes appears behind the counter.
He smiles and says: "Greetings, welcome to Potions and Things.  Master alchemist Aechtoo Oohh is not in at the moment but you cann look thru the book at the current inventory.  You may also place an order for any potion not in stock.  When you have completed your purchase please leave your payment on the counter or we can have one of the Watchers pick it up from you later.  Please feel free to ask any questions."  the image stays motionless with a smile.

In reply to Morteft (msg # 73):

The apparition responds to Morteft. "Ah, that type of information can be found in the Book of Supply on the counter.  It has all the updated information."

Then replies to Shorty, "You are the first customers in at least 700 years I think."  he continues to smile.

Re: Delith:Move out

Aztar watches with mild interest..  The idea of purchasing a 700 year old potion wasn't something that was the first thought to jump to his mind but he did wander around the shop and marvel at the construction and magics tht had maintained the place perfectly.

In reply to Trysk (msg # 83):

"Very good" says the image, the door opens behind the counter and a potion bottle filled with a deep green liquid comes floating out and lands on the counter.

Image:"Sorry about the wait, the instant retrieval system seems to be malfunctioning.  You can place the payment on the counter.  Coin, gems and of course the Gold Card is accepted."

The counter absorbs the gem and it is replaced by 3 gems.  To the trained eye they are two 1000 gp and one 500 gp gems.

"Thank you for your patronage." says the image.

Was Trysk able to see past the door behind the counter?  If not, he uses his Clairvoyance to look in that room.
