The Ankou appeared with his bull, impressive horns now wrapped in magical bands of silk. His black fur painted in a skeleton pattern, the beast was fearsome as ever. The shrouded dwarf placed a hand on his flank and imbued him with dark strength. He then mumbled something and the beast started running.

 The Ankou drew a ominous scythe and cast a spell with no apparent effect.
 The Executioner hit the ground with heavy hooves and moved forward with tremendous speed.

Hrm... can't run during a prep round it looks like. Maybe try again?


You have 1 round to act before initiative starts but you cannot attack, charge, run, teleport or ready an action during this 'prep' round (round 0). See the Invisibility spell description for what constitutes an "attack": http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/...pells/i/invisibility

Just curious... are you sure your spell DC is 23? That makes it an 8th level spell... I'm confused. 15 + Spell level is the normal DC for spellcraft.

  Yeah, the Ankou is pretty badass! No actually it accounts for distance penalties (-1 per 10ft) -- it was a second level spell.
 Do you also have "aspect of the Bull" or is that a left-over from a copy-paste?


The Ankou stayed back. He imbued his wicked weapon with dark power, and cast a darker even spell.

 The Executioner charged and pierced through Krumm's tough hide.

Also, my attack and damage rolls are each 2 higher than I have listed. I'll be sure to put the correct numbers from here out, but you should take another 6 damage. Since I missed it, I guess it's up to you if the Bull takes it or not?
