Not one of Hoskar's better days: I've neither ridden nor dodged successfully. Reckon I'll be healing myself in the none too distant future, unless I land on my napper and am out for the count.

Assuming I'm in one piece/conscious after any fall/shrapnel hit, Heal self first, sling at the blighters afterwards with Speedart. No aiming - just trying to pepper them with stones at S/MR. If any of them close on me, club with Bludgeon. Will generally keep an eye out for downed Rangers and try to heal them as priority. Cat's POW till it runs out (without killing her off, of course).
I assume failed "ride" means I fell off and thus ain't charging in.

Okay rolled for everyone else.

No failed ride rolls, but Amara, Akala and Tarnessh each get hit by heavy bits of flesh and bone. No damage, but Amala and Akala can't act for two rounds whilst Tarneesh gets knocked off his Bison with a roll of 100% and can't act for two rounds. No damage, but the maggots are right on him.

I will give folk some time to post actions, but will do the combat my evening to keep it moving.

Since the spraying of offal and shit the flies will become very interested in you all.

Kobal would've sheathed his sword when mounting Black Hoof, then readied his lance and shield.  So:

Kobal, on Black Hoof, charging at the four maggots.
Using lance and shield.
As he charges, he casts Bladesharp 1 on his lance, using POW from Haaro.
Will target any maggots closest to Tarnessh first.
If it becomes too unwieldy to fight with lance after first contact, he'll switch to javelin and shield if convenient, otherwise sword and shield.  He'll cast Bladesharp 1 again if he switches weapon.

Since these maggot broo have only just burst out of the bison, hopefully they'll be relatively young/week broo...?  :P

Switch to sword and shield if that's necessary after the charge.

I'm stuffed for further pre-combat actions (apart from blushing at my lack of skill) until the dice do the talking: Hoskar's far too busy falling off (I assume) and getting peppered with gunge from a distance.

I figure that trying to attack the maggot that's on Tarnessh while riding a bison is not really going to be workable, so Kobal leaps down to attack.
