OOC: Seeing as you took a 5-foot step action and you can not move normally after doing so, i'll assume you are still within my auras at the start of my turn so go ahead and make those saves for me Ario.

With the rouge vanishing and his unholy smite producing no desierable effects, Latro turns his attention to Tuong. "Perhaps I shall gain satisfaction from this instead."

Designating Tuong as the target of his divine wrath, Latro feints against the monk and delivers a mighty attack imbued with dark energy.

So.  Latro triggered Ario's readied action: Attack Latro if he attacks.  Depending on the rolls (and save), which I will post in just a moment, that crit may not go through.

EDIT: nevermind, I see his FF AC is 15, so the 17 would still hit it.

G8 you say? So I hate to inform you of this, but your not in range to attack me with your unarmed strike when I attacked tuong.

Look back to my round 2 post and you'll see my position was listed as F8 to E7. Now granted, I didn't actually list a 5-foot step to E7 as part of my actions so technically i never took that action. Which means your free to call BS and hit me as normal.

Taking a series of attacks once more, Latro is nearly at his limit. Stepping towards the rogue, Latro gives everything he has to end the fight once and for all.

Feinting against the rogue, Latro manages to catch him at a rare off guard moment and strikes against him with all his might. Lading a solid blow, latro can tell that he will need to expend the last of his dark powers to put the rogue down for good. At the blade lands, a surge of negative energy travels up the heft of the blade and through the metal, infecting the wound placed upon Ario with dark magic.

As ario falls, Latro lifts his scythe in glory, the blood of both combatants dripping from it's edge.

If Tuong had been here the first round, we also might have pulled out the win... or, to be fair, if I  had built this character right and given him improved unarmed strike (or a sap) so that my last hit could have been a feint then punch instead of back off and shoot.  Oh well.

At the end of Krumm vs Ankou, Arkrim said we just need to declare alignment and hero points, since level doesn't matter (it's all BP).  I assume things are busy with the update planning.

Just for luck though: Ario is lv 6, CN, and used 2 hero points.

OOC: You only have to declare your alignment in duels, since those are the only matches where any benefit is achieved from doing so. You do have to reveal it in case someone detects evil or whatever as well.
