OOC: Theoretically, yes they could. A corpse is treated as an object. All they would need to do is grab the body(standard/proc AoO if I'm not mistaken) and drag it(move).

But I'm unsure as to why they would do that. Advise them of your plan, what you hope to accomplish.

My body is still in A2. Which is why I put it might be a move action(rough terrain) for the dog to move from and into that square. But definitely voice your plan next turn. So that everyone is on board. Madam Opal, the dogs and Xin.

Madam Opal pretty please with a cherry on top take your turn.

Fully aware of the glittery goodness that the dummy has attempted to throw at her once more, Opal manages to avoid becoming blind at the expense of becoming exceedingly shiney.

She then hovers over the dummy and proceeds to punch the cogs out of it's face with her magical hair.

Additional OOC: also, don't forget that you get another will save at the end of each of your turns to end the blinding effect of Glitterdust early. So make sure you roll it!!!!

However she notices in Jayce's lifless hand a wand of some kind. reaching out with her hair after a solid hit, she effortlessly grabs the wand and places it in one of her rat hands, leaving her hair free to keep up the pummeling.

"We have him it cornered Xin. Don't let up!" Opal shouts. "You too, Foo Dogs. Don't let your master down."

Hey arkrim, just so you know, Opal has been in +2 these past few turns, not +3. My hair only reaches 10 feet so +2 is the furthest i can be from the dummy and still be able to hit it.

OOC: Okay, I'll adjust everything down one. Thanks for letting me know now at least before that escalated.

Also, if 48 hours pass and Jayce hasn't posted, Xin OR Opal, feel free to post on his behalf before I call him on it (if you can get there before I do). At least then his foo dogs can get a few bites. Otherwise they just sit there.

And just as a rules lawyering sort of thing,

A creature or object brought into being or transported to your location by a conjuration spell cannot appear inside another creature or object, nor can it appear floating in an empty space. It must arrive in an open location on a surface capable of supporting it.


shouldn't this mean that the summoned bird has to appear on the ground somewhere and then fly to me in oder to attack me, thereby provoking an AoO from me and my magic hair?

OOC: No. It can appear flying BECAUSE it has a fly speed naturally and doesn't have to cast a spell to start flying or anything like that. Just like dolphins and many other aquatic creatures can only be summoned into an aquatic environment because they can't walk or fly. For aquatic creatures the "surface" would be the water and for flying creatures the "surface" is anywhere they are capable of flying.

Interpreting it in your fashion (the incorrect method) would require you to summon dolphins or whales onto the ground instead of the water. Which, though hilariously cruel, is obviously not what it's talking about.
