the Black Tower 2
"If one alway lies and one always tells the truth then the 'what door would he tell us to take' inverts it. So the truthteller truthfully states the door to death and the lier unthruthfully states the door to death. So we should take the other door that neither of them cite.." replies Amelia. "Look, I did listen to what you said, Berry, but I believe the basic premise that one alway lies and one always tells the truth remains intact, thus: the one (A) that said 'One of us only tells the truth' was referring to itself and was therefore lying. The second one (B) that said 'The other only lies' took the first statement as referring to him (B) and therefore was truthfully talking about the other on (A)." She huffs then continues, "Only one of them ansered my question, and said to tke the left hand door. If I'm correct, we must take the right hand door, being, incidentally, the right door. Now if the second suit ever ansered my question to is [OOC: msg #195] I predict that it would also cite the left hand door."
She gives a ten count for the right-most Armored Hulk to answer her question, failing which she confidently goes through the right door.
