It was more a word of caution to people discussing their characters alignment, race, or religion OOC because in my experience, the ones who go crazy over such things are a very specific demographic.

I don't know man. Just keep your characters details as discreet as possible IMO. People always seem chill until they are suddenly not.

Heck at that point, I'd encourage people to wax poetic about religion, just so we can hurry up and get those people booted from the game haha.

I think there's a number of us waiting on our friendly neighborhood DM.

To avoid clogging IC - Polymorph target form is capped at caster level or 15, whichever is lower.  For Benok, that's 10.


Some sick options against the giants:
Behir: Grapply goodness with grab, constrict, and lots of raking
Roper: several strength draining attacks at once
10 headed cryo (or pyro) hydra - 10 attacks or breath weapons even if you move or charge (no regeneration or energy immunity, though).

Torquil is just trying to bunch up the giants so our options are better.  He will wade into combat with them if needed but would prefer to use some sort of other option to try and dissuade them from combat.

I could do ogre or troll.  I don't think I can do a works-like another spell, though, barring special GM permission.

The spell allows: aberration, animal, dragon, fey, giant, humanoid, magical beast, monstrous humanoid, ooze, plant, or vermin of up to 10 HD at this level.

Skullcrusher Ogre I think is a solid choice.

I'm not used to doing a cleric of mid levels, any suggestions?

What kind of suggestions are you looking for?
