ROUND 1

Flint begins casting.

Kahan begins casting.

Borimer slashes at the drow, missing once and hitting once.

Adaran throws marbles on the stairs while Grizz waits at the bottom.

The men become slowed on the stairs, and one trips.  Grizz hits him as he tumbles down the stairs.

Kahan finishes his spell, and the ogre-like man stands still, looking confused.

Flint sends magic missiles flying at the elf.  The stunned elf takes the hits and charges the mage in anger.


The elf swings but trips, missing entirely.  (Critical miss, can't attack next round.)

The men on the stairs do not get an attack this round.

The drow withdraws a serrated black dagger with a black blade.  He swings it at Borimer, hitting the warrior.  (3 hp damage.  Borimer feels a sting in his arm where the blade has cut.  Blade is poisoned--saving throw missed.)

Silverpalm slams Rajim's hand down on the countertop.  One of Silverpalm's bodyguards holds down Rajim's hand, and then Silverpalm swings the sword down, severing the hand.  Rajim screams, and Silverpalm says to his bodyguard, "Get the sceptre."

Grizz stabs at the man on the stairs, hoping to get a good shot in while he's down.

Out of thin air, a dagger suddenly flies up toward the back of the dagger-wielding thug who's still standing on the stairs, and Adaran appears fifteen feet behind him on the floor below, preparing to hurl another dagger.

"Deal with Silverpalm!" Kahan orders, pointing first at the large ogreish man, then back at Silverpalm. He quickly went about casting another spell, this time facing Silverpalm and his guards.

Borimer tries to ignore the rising fire in his veins and makes three quick slashes at the drow elf.
