Thanks guys for your answers on the weapons you use and the suggestions. I am actually going to go with single-weapon style specialization. It fits his character and gives him a +1 to his AC. That being said I now need to learn a non-weap. Anyone have any they would be willing to *train* my character in while we travel?

Technically, training is not going to be necessary, if that's your holdback.  If it's for roleplaying purposes, then that's great.  But I don't want him to think it's mandatory to learn a skill.  I prefer a variety of skills in the group...or at least ones that you really want to have.

LOL ok, I was always under the impression you had to learn the skills. Might have been another game I used to be in. I should have checked.....off to think of what he would want to know....thanks, as always.

Technically, that's probably right and more realistic.  But I consider it more that you are "honing" skills for our purposes.
