Hey guys, do you think we should just eliminate gladiator type and give everyone a Race and Class(es)? You could still change them if you want, you just have to make sure you change your bio when you do.

(1) Keep the gladiator type restriction. People should at least stick to a general theme, even if some of them don't make sense (like Summoners and Bards being Experts instead of Adepts).

(2) Go back to the old way. Pick a race, pick up to 2 base classes and up to 1 prestige class, you can't change your base class(es), only re-arrange them (Barbarian 6/Monk 4 suddenly mutates to Barbarian 1/Monk 9).

(3) There's no point in us even really tracking your type if you can re-adjust your BP at whim anyway. Screw keeping track of this at all. Just eliminate the gladiator type and have people list their class and race but be able to change both at whim.

I think if we want to be able to play as a certain type of character, we have to earn it.

3 Gladiator Types, and up to 3 characters each.  It just adds up to me.
