Grunyar can correct me on this, but I do not think Taff can see me (I am in range). I suppose the cat's out of the bag for what I'm using. I'll just post it. I bolded the relevant parts. Dust of disappearance is different from standard invisibility. It does not allow detection by magical means. Taff gained blindsight 60ft from the Ooze Form III spell, ergo a magical means.

Dust of Disappearance:

This dust looks like dust of appearance and is typically stored in the same manner. a creature or object touched by it becomes invisible (as greater invisibility). Normal vision can’t see dusted creatures or objects, nor can they be detected by magical means, including see invisibility or invisibility purge. Dust of appearance, however, does reveal people and objects made invisible by dust of disappearance. Other factors, such as sound and smell, also allow possible detection. The greater invisibility bestowed by the dust lasts for 2d6 rounds. The invisible creature doesn’t know when the duration will end.

Ooze Form III spell

This spell functions as ooze form II except you can also assume the form of a Huge ooze. You gain blindsight 60 feet

Because Taff's blindsight came from a spell and dust of disappearance prevents me from being detected by magical means, I should be undetectable.

I like the logic however it is flawed, the magic is not being used to find you it is scent/vibration/noise to find you magic just gave it better ears/touch/nose

Purely a question - That said, couldn't the same argument be use for See Invisibility? It just makes your eyes better?

Well, see invisibility is specifically mentioned in the item, and that spell does not give any senses - which ooze form does.
I suppose Taff would also know whether Maelstrom ran, flew, swam or teleported there!

Really wondering how Maelstrom gets over the whole map though! Without using a hero point, only with a swift action, spending two ki points and moving over the whole map. And a quick runner's shirt can't be used to activate supernatural abilities, can it?

The Ankou was quite different from last time he had entered the arena. Still cloaked in large black shrouds, but this time he was carrying a pole arm and wearing wooden armour. For buoyancy, one could guess.

He quickly doubled in size, along with his gear, and his skin takes a metallic hue.
His arms are now longer and reach the ground almost, but more noticeable is the fact he has two heads !

I'll have to dispute that though, as I cannot believe that one can move over the whole map and use 2 ki points in one swift action. 'Uses' do not list any hero points but do say "1/? item" which also must have happened in that same swift action, since dust of disappearance does not have several uses. I'm thinking that means a quick runner's shirt has been activated (swift action), giving another move action that has to be used to move, and that that action was used to activate a supernatural ability which was used to move on the map.

And, I mean, if when Flying is not allowed that means that fly speeds and fly spells are not allowed but levitate is allowed - then flying refers to those speeds and spells (which is flying, literally) and not to the general act of moving through the air without touching the ground or jumping (which is flying, but loosely); and that in turn should mean that using a move action to move refers to actually moving by using a move speed (which is moving, literally - also see the move action description which has a subheading called 'Move') and not to doing anything that will also change one's position on the map (which is moving, but loosely).

Either things happened in a completely different way, or I'll want Arkrim's confirmation that the shirt actually works this way.

Right, I see! There are many conditions that impede moving in different ways though, that would interact strangely with such an effect: unable to move, move at half speed, etc. Teleporting while blind would come with a risk of falling only if teleporting certain distances. Sinking ships could not be teleported to different locations even by level 20 wizards, etc. What I mean is, I think the wording for the shirt specifies using a move action to move up to one's move speed, swimming or climbing, as per the action description:

If the RAI was to restrict the type of movement it would be written as such (as the current wording was errata'd a while back) RAW just says to move and what he did was such a move from one location to another.  He asked me before doing it I give him my ruling and I stand behind it. As it as written you are even unable to draw a weapon during the movement and if the form of movement he used was worded any differently I would agree but it makes no mention of casting or activating just states the restrictions using a spell as reference.

The lumbering monstrosity turns right where it stands, chasing after the threat to it's master that just now appeared right next to her. It does not even make it half way through the water before, from that dark shadow on the water, a thick strand extends all the way over the the island where the monster once came from. What is supposedly some sort of arm to that alien being slams into something not visible to the eyes of most other creatures, and there is a fizzling sound as part of the semi-liquid being sticks to the invisible monk, burning him. The gnome takes care, as she begins weaving a spell - a sparkle in her eye hinting about some twisted plan beginning to take shape. As she finishes, she twists and turns towards the Ankou, quickly casting another spell at the druid, a spell which is followed by a barrage of arrows launched from the goblin's bow.

Lyn laughed as the creature turned it's attention towards the monk.  He wasn't the only one who could move across the arena at the bink of an eye.  Pausing for a moment to gather herself, Lyn started moving faster and faster.  Her rapier tip reached forward, and opened a door in the arena.  She stepped through and without missing a beat caught Vry 3 times, her rapier glowing brightly with each hit, and the dancing colours moving to dance across Vry instead.

If it helps with me saying it, Taff gets the reach from the being he is polymorphed into.
Also, Lyn make a Will save DC26. There will likely be no observable effect at once.

After Maelstrom zipped from his island to Vry’s, he slowly turned to look at Taff. When Taff slowly turned to look at Maelstrom, Maelstrom eyes went wide with terror “NOOOO! How do you see me!?” The shopkeeper said the dust would turn him invisible. In the midst of his rant, something lashed out and smacked him for a good bit of damage.

While still trying to figure out how the gelatinous blob was able to see him, Lyn appeared next to him. Maelstrom rolled his eyes at Lyn’s appearance. Apparently his super cool technique, stepping through the fabric of reality – anybody could do. Shaking his head he focused on Vry.

He was going to punch the sorcerer, but he didn’t quite trust that smile. Riddiz wasn’t smiling. And he looked very punchable. Maelstrom stepped left and laid into the goblin with a flurry of blows. He tried to trip the goblin, but eh, no one’s perfect.
