Re: OOC

Hmmm... looking at the game, is the fight on the surface still going on in the public one I was using, or has it moved to its own private thread - because all I can see is the scuffle underground and I'm guessing that no-one ordered a couple of tonnes of 'borg to go rummaging around the underground tunnels... ^_^

Nope, Silvermasque has been ordered to run down and destroy a target that's already been run down and destroyed.  Get to it, soldier!

Hey, at least he spends a good amount of time inside his women. ;)

...maternal?  Tell me what, exactly, was ever maternal about Brunhilde, or Boadicea? =P

You mean apart from her having a bunch of daughters who were raped on the orders of a sycophantic governor who wanted to curry favour with the Emperor after he was given an equal share of the lands owned by her husband upon his passing in order that he'd have a motive to protect his wife an children?
Or so I seem to remember.

Besides, look at the width of those hips. -_^

Re: OOC

mmmmmk - I seem to have forgotten who had what vehicles as far as ATVs and such go...

I remember Marlene has one... the rolling Thunder if I remember correctly... Ulik had the mountaineer... and I remember someone else driving a Zone Ranger... maybe Braga...?

Then the rest of the group had hovercycles...

there are now significantly more hovercycles than survivors...

As for loot and bodies... this needs to be clarified...

There are Coalition rifles, pistols and grenades a-plenty. All body armour, vehicles and PAs are destroyed. They could perhaps be salvaged as scrap - but it will likley be difficult to transport them.

The surface battle also has the bodies of Quinn, Ulik, Maitlyn, Patulik, Seifer, White Moon and what's left of Jonas and his glitter boy. That glitter boy was the victim of a ruthless missile barrage from the SAMAS before they were dropped. This GB is also scrap - and Jonas is in pieces along with it.

The slave barge is fragged - scattered bodies are around - Arven looted it first however... but there are likely alien weapons a-plenty.

The skelebots are destroyed - dozens of grenades has turned them ALL into scrap metal. None of their guns or ammo is salvageable.

The Coalition also had several hovercycles.

ALSO - it has been suggested that Arven was stabbing the fallen CS to ensure they were dead. NOT EVERY BODY HAS BEEN CHECKED. Some may still be alive. The cyborgs? are all still alive inside their machines... and many of the PA pilots are likely alive inside the compartments.

Re: OOC

I didn't have a hovercycle, or indeed any other kind of vehicle - but then, I hardly needed one. ^_^

I'm still alright for ammunition, except my grenade supply, which is now down to four drums, or about twenty seconds of actual combat and the Coalition don't use 'em anyhow - so no salvaging for those. ^_^

No-one who doesn't know the Atlanteans well or possess magic-sensing of their own is going to know to grab the TW amulets and laser weapons or their other toys, so I'll skip that.

And with no Boom Gun to grab (hah) I'll not be salvaging firearms. So far I'll have been focussing my attention on recovering the wounded from both sides where possible - pausing only to grab a couple of Skelebot main body units if there were any not actively leaking radioactive isotopes, because I have plans for those so-very-well-armoured expensive micro-fusion reactors of theirs. Oh, and as always, I'm looking for intelligence information. Officer personal computers, memory chips or data slugs on men, vehicle black boxes, that sort of thing. ^_^

As for what I'll do with the 'prisoners' - well, I'm not about to take 'em with us, so it's RMK and IRMSS time, with the boxes set for sedation - the reinforcements can pick 'em up if I drop 'em off to one side away from all the dangerous bits.

And with that said, it's scout-ops time. ^_^

ahh the beauty of being in a mecha with a pilot compartment. Get all shot up and there is a very good chance you’re not dead, unlike infantry....

Re: OOC

Cannon - generally when deciding if your character would know about something - I choose one of the lore skills that suits it and have the PC roll on thier skill. A successful roll means they do know about it.

So - I would call it magic lore. If you have that skill - add 20% to it - just cuz you are from Atlantis. If you don't have the skill - roll as if you did at 20% - again, just because you are from Atlantis.

Re: OOC

LOL! God! I haven't watched that movie in soooooo long...But I DID get to meet Ray Park (that played Darth Maul, Toad of X-Men, etc.) just like 3 days ago at a convention. He was funny and cool to listen to!

The best part, though, was when a little kid got to ask him a question and was like "In Episode I, how did you feel when Obi-Wan killed you?" I almost fell off my chair I was laughing so hard, and Ray was trying SO hard to keep a straight face!! It was priceless!
