OOC: By the way, rereading the rules for Dragons, I would be in Dragon form, since I can't sustain the Metamorphosis for more than 2 hours a level and I'm guessing we've been gone a while now.

Na-Wa eyes the irate dragon he has been feeding off of, he really doesn’t respond, at least not vocally. He has no understanding how or why he can but he speaks to the mind of the irate dragon.

Jack grunted and grimaced, his eyes narrowing dangerously. He thought back to whoever was thinking at him, but spoke quietly aloud as well since he wasn't sure how it worked. "Mad? I'm angry if that's what you mean!"

Na-Wa crawls into the furthest corner of the cell away from Jack.

"Angry at Na-Wa of Doe Shu tribe are you?"

"Why?"

Jack sighed and thrashed. "You called me MAD, I was just clarifying! Damnit! I'm a prisoner of my enemies! I'm bound by all limbs, and vampires have been fucking feeding off me for the last Gods know how long! Wouldn't YOU be a bit upset by that???"

He breathed heavily for a moment. Then he slowly calmed himself. "I'm not specifically mad at YOU, I'm just...pissed off...."

Obviously taken back by the vampire reference Na-Wa proves he’s not a vampire.

“Na-Wa of Doe Shu tribe no VAMPIRE!” he then bares his teeth for Jack to see

”SEE! No teeth of vampire on Na-wa!”

"Na-Wa NOT vampire!"

Jack laughed, but it was a hollow one devoid of mirth. "Not all vampires have sharp TEETH. Some of them use knives to cut their victims a bit and drain their energy. Like...you know...psi-stalkers...."

Still not liking being called a vampire he hisses at Jack and responds

“Na-Wa do what Na-Wa do because Na-Wa locked in cage.”

Jack would have shrugged, if the restraints had allowed him the freedom of movement to do so. "Tom-ay-to, Tom-ah-to. Beside the point. You got a plan?"

“No, plan Na-Wa of Doe Shu tribe have.” is Na-Wa’s only response as he looks outside the cage trying to count the number of soldiers in skull armor stuck in the skull face machine he was in. Na-Wa stops after running out of fingers and toes…..

OOC: Any of them looking at us? What are the other wild Psi-Stalkers doing?

The 50 or so infantry who were waiting for necessary deployment - have all risne to their feet and are aiming their weapons at the doors to the vehicle - it appears they are expecting a breach of some kind.

The others are behind them - still keeping a CLOSE watch on the prisoners. Some of the soldiers have spiked helmets, others with horns.

The other psi-stalkers have succumbed to their starvation, and have lost much of their humanity. They remian cowering in a corner together.

The rear door to the APC opens without anyone operating the controls. Gallons of mud explode into the APC - taking the shape of a large humanoid and a cpnstant spray of mud surrounding it. The entity moves closer to the soldiers as they blast away.

Na-Wa doesn’t quite believe the Black Bunny Rabbit, after all if it was a dragon it would have eaten him by now. This time Na-Wa pops his head out from under the bodies and looks at the Black Bunny Rabbit as he uses his mind talk.

The rest of the soldiers empty out the back of the APC - except for two. The second last out decides to check on the prisoners one last time - only to find the front of the cage melted. The dragon \2 is gone and the psi-stalkers are all dead.

He remains inside the APC, along with one other soldier. They each kneel on either side of the APC door - aiming their rifles at the cage.

One of them calls out to the others outside : "The dragon is loose!!"

The bunny rabbit will sigh. "WHY would I eat you? You seem scrawny and stringy, and I doubt you'd taste well. I can't turn into my normal form in this confined space so we'll have to make do. Any bright ideas now that I've opened the cage and there are two armed guards waiting for us?" He makes sure to keep his voice VERY low and is hiding near the bottom of the cage, hoping not to be spotted.

Na-Wa still doesn’t believe the Black Bunny Rabbit is a dragon. Still if there was a dragon here it would be the focus of the attention of the Skull faced soldiers, and the Skull Faced Soldiers were pointing their weapons as the cage. Maybe the Skull Faced Soldiers were as dumb as Na-Wa? Or was the Black Bunny Rabbit really a Dragon? Na-Wa was confused he just wanted out of here, and he had an idea how, so he told the Black Bunny Rabbit this idea with his mind speak.

The little bunny rabbit tosses a hateful look back at Na-Wa, or at least....he tries. It's hard to look anything but cute in this form. In an extremely quiet voice he replies over his shoulder, "No. Now do something useful or be quiet. I'm working." He then begins quietly chanting...

The bunny rabbit is casting Invisibility: Simple on himself and then Magic Net on the two soldiers, assuming they are close enough together to be affected - 10 feet. If not, Jack will cast Cloud of Smoke instead.]

Seconds pass. Both soldiers watch closely for signs of this escaped baby dragon. Jack has now attempted two spells - both of which had no effect. The PPE is still lost - but nothing happened - it would appear something or someone is effecting Jacks' magic...

The bunny rabbit's eyes went a bit wide and he whispered, "Shit! Very bad!" Neither spell worked and that meant he had much fewer options. He could try psionics but that might be a waste of time, too. He frowned and quivered his nose a bit.

He peeked up a bit to see if there were any weapons that weren't too far away from any dead soliders. As he did so, he let loose a blast of eldritch energy in the vain hope it wouldn't be stopped like his spells were.

Na-Wa doesn’t understand why the Black Bunny Rabbit was talking, nor why didn’t it run and hide. Either acts (or lack of) were beyond Na-Wa’s understanding.

Jacks' blasts dissipate half way between him and the soldiers. The two grunts look at each other before backing out of the APC. A series of explosions outside teh APC causes them to get back inside however...

The door to the pilots' compartment is opening again - a rifle is peaking through the crack.

Na-Wa felt that unless he did something he was going to die. Whatever the Black Bunny Rabbit was doing was not helping.

So Na-Wa crawled out from the under dead bodies, grabs the black bunny Rabbit from behind, and then throws the Black Bunny Rabbit through the hole in the cage and at the Skull Faced Soldiers near the back of APC.

After throwing the Black Bunny Rabbit Na-Wa dives back underneath the dead bodies he's been using as a place to hide.

Na Wa picks up the rabbit and attempts to hurl it at the troops by the APC door... missing his target horribly the small rabbit is tossed right out the door to the APC.

(Jack - you may now post in Into The Earth again).

The crew compartment bursts open and 5 soldiers in old style armour pour out. They yell and shout at Na - Wa telling him not to move, as one of them climbs into the cage.

Sounds of combat can be heard outside  - until it suddenly stops... one side has won...

The soldier bashes Na - Wa in the face with the butt of his rifle then moves behind the psi-stalker. As Na - Wa regains himself from the hit (11 SDC) he is nudged by the barrel of the rifle to advance.

The two soldiers by the door jog over to meet with the crew. All seven soldiers stay behind Na - Wa as they all cautiously move towards the door waiting to see anything, or anyone show their face.

One of the soldiers behind Na-Wa hands him a pistol...
