Out of Character Thread...part 6
I forgot Feff had those.
So if there is anything that a party member would want, I think we have generally said that they can have it for the price we would otherwise get for it from their share?
So it looks like our total gain is 228,068 gold 3 silver
(Including 50% of each item [other than unknown value spellbook] or 19,580 -
Immovable Rod---Give to party member? 2,500
4 Potions of Water Breathing---Give to party member? 1,500 total
Ring of protection +2---Give to party member who doesn't have one? 4,000
Gauntlets of Ogre Power---Give to party member who doesn't have one? 2,000
Ring of Protection +2---give to party member who doesn't have one? 4,000
Cloak of resistance +3---give to party member who doesn't have one? 4,500
Wand of Silence 12 charges---Give to Cleric? 1,080
1 spell book*-Unknown properties. When trying to read other book, book disintegrated. UNKNOWN )
Unless I am mistaken, we have 6 party members (Dain, Ayden, Sir Tomas, Feff, Baldric, Kilari) and if we put an equal share in the party treasure, we would divide that by 7. So we each should get 32,581 gold (1 gold, 3 silver left over - I'd stick in the party fund)
I suggest we keep the potions of water breathing (1,500), the immovable rod (2,500), and the unknown spellbook in the party treasure and that we buy the Bag of Holding 3 (7,500) and the Decanter of Endless Water (9,000) for the party treasure, using them for the benefit of the town (carry food, provide a truly clean source of water in case he plague is related to the drinking water). And a wand of "see invisibility" so that we can fight the ogre mage more reasonably (4,500) So that is 25,000 for party (town) items and that would leave 7,582 gold 3 silver for the party fund. Obviously, I would suggest we keep that in gem form instead of coin to reduce weight. We would also pay for the food from the party treasure, but that should be minor.
Does that seem reasonable to everyone?
