Suits me, Cyan. I've found that various of the vegetarians/vegans/coeliacs/wierd food allergy people that I know are some of the best cooks. Probably because they don't make the same lazy assumptions about how food ought to be (and the lack of fast food options, and the denial of certain "staple" ingredients).
