I don’t know, the picture of Cyan before looked like a Kid sister, same thing with the Blind  Kali portrait. This one reminds me of the original Kali pic, something dangerous.  Hence the whistle.

Thanks Jack - I agree.  The old one - Long, soft hair, closed eyes, hugging her sword....  :(  Sigh.  Cyan would never tenderly hug a sword.  She knows what they are.

But I think it's also the non-styled hair, and the grin.  The grin is bang on.

Thanks agian for finding that Trump image for Aaron, Jack, and to Ron for hosting it. Now all I have to do is edit the description, and I'll be all set. :P

I still need to find the appropriate trump pic and also a good small portrait. I don't like the Portrait that I have since hair is too light and image doesn't seem right for me. I will find one eventually but no rush since there are no trumps of yet as far as I know.

Then again, I assume trumps are solely for going to places in transport.

Well I guess it's time for Leonardo to finally get a hair cut!  ;)

I would say that this last batch of portraits included quite a few good ones and I've actually been picking some new pictures for other PCs in other games.

Aaron - very brooding and menacing, to say the least. Certainly in keeping with the new, rather serious and grim Aaron.  Isn't it great when the picture matches your mental image?

Sometimes, VERY occasionally I make a character based on the pic - that doesn't happen often.  More often, I'm scrounging through the RPol files....

One thing I DO like about Storycrafter.com.  You can upload your own pics.  [ridiculous attempt at Terminator voice]  I have detailed files.

The best thing about this avatar, is the image it came from. I'm sure nearly everybody has seen it on the homepage, but it fits Aaron totally. The guy in the picture is a little taller than Aaron, actually, but as far as outfit, attitude, weaponry, and the woman floating in the background (Arianne! >D), it's practically Aaron to a T. :)

I can't think of the series where the image came from, though. I know I've seen it before. o_o

It's a great pic of Aaron, that's for certain.  Does he still have the armor?  :)  Or has it been totally destroyed?

Dredging into my memory, both of the main pic and book covers :), I'd say it was a series by C.S. Friedman.  :)

You, Cyan and Leo, now have trumps that totally work for you. Time to start looking for the others and finding the perfect one for Jack.

I think I may have something that might fit Kaelyn, however it would need some work and I originaly got it for Kalika. So I will find something different for Kael.


I'll probably wait until I have a better feel for the the Characters before I submit Trumps for them. Since I pick them out by Feel.

So Aaron and Cyan will both have the same trump as their character portrait, when I get round to doing another update.

Have had to spend a lot of today reformatting my HD and reinstalling software, after first copying all my files to CDs.  It's a pain.

Coffee...Ick!

Well, in-character, ick.  :)  These days I'm a tea drinker, but I've been known to use coffee every now and then.

Did you know that researchers say that Coffee raises your IQ by a few points when you drink it?  The wonders of stimulants! Of course a good bike ride does the same thing and better.
