Saskia makes her way to Yas' quarters and thumbs the door signal, then she waits to see if Yas answers...

After waiting about twenty seconds, with no reply, Saskia considers fetching some tools and manually overriding the door.  Then she remembers who is on the other side of it and how many weapons are in there. that she knows about.

So she settles for gently rapping her knuckles on the panel and calling out, just loudly enough to be heard beyond the door, "Yas?  Do you want to talk?"

There is a loud explosion on the other side of the door and...  Maybe not, just a few indecipherable noises before the door opens.

"Talk?  Sure.  What about?" Yas says even as she ducks back inside the cabin again.

Saskia follows Yas into the room and closes the door behind her.  "Are you all right?  Do you want to talk about what just happened on the Bridge, because you seemed a bit upset."

Then she adds, "Or I'll go away if you want.  But then I'll probably imagine all kinds of scandalous frelling stuff."

*fade in*

"That's terrible.  Are you really sure you want to do that?"  Saskia moves a little closer to Yas and puts an arm consolingly around her shoulder.

"Hezmana!" she murmurs, "I never realised how many frelling weapons you have in here.  Do you own anything, anything at all, that couldn't be used to maim somebody?"

*fade to black*

"Wow, I had no idea you could do that, Sas..."

*fade out*

*fade in*

"You just need to be gentle with it, or it can give you trouble later." Saskia explains.  "That's why Jago doesn't like me touching it, unless I really need to."
