... on another note, I'm losing hope with todays' youth. The following question came up on a Christmas themed trivia quiz: "What other name is the Saviour Immanuel also known by?"

... I mean, come on. It's christmas. How many saviours are there associated with that time?!

Hey Kids, guess what, you've completed this leg of adventuring too.  The next step for me is to talley up your experience and have Cabo identify anything you've picked up along the way.

I'd also like to go ahead and give Michaela a loyalty bonus, because she has been with this game since the very first post.  I think that is fair.  +300 exps for her. :D  March will make 1 whole year my region has been active.

I'll be updating again after work.  It'll probably be Monday evening or Tuesday before I give you guys the next story arc.

I hope you guys respect Cabo' situation a little more when you meet his particular ailment.  I'm throwing a Death Knight at you, and I won't nerf it.

Death? Sounds like i can finally use that controll undead ability of mine ;-)

And a years seems long on here so a near grats on that already.

Last time I checked, Death Knights were undead Paladins who liked casting arcane spells... like Fireball.

Okay.  Update time.  I archived the previous mission.  You've found out the books are missing, met up with Cabo, and decided to follow him to a tomb of a dead paladin.  Somewhere in there, you killed an ogre mage and took some loot.

Anybody who pms me the list of inventory picked up throughout the entire mission gets 675 experience points.

If you leveled up, get it to me asap.  I want to look over it all before kicking off the next adventure.  I'd like to start it no later then Sunday.

Here is what I got from Mission 3, a Simple Job.  Feel free to check it for missing stuff:


giant gator thing:
  a chainshirt made for a giant, but it's got 2 big holes in it and a nice slash mark.
  There's a huge greatsword.
  a pair of scrolls
  a handful of little black beads, they look kinda like pearls,
  and four ruby gemstones.

poorly concealed door in tower:
  shelves littered with vials, decanters, beakers, and glass jars of all varieties.
  a small shelf that stuck out just a little further than usual.
     stacked trio of books
     a pair of candlesticks
     and a silver crown embedded with jewels.

Ogre's area:
  handful of bows, arrows, crossbows, and spears

Skeleton room:
  ring
  quill
  Dwarven rune books
  pot from chest
  tomes stacked all over the place.

That's it?  Only one of you wants a free 600+ experience points?  None of you got any experience?  None of you want any of this stuff?  No updates to send me at all?

Hey, I was there only for the last room, and I have the ring already.  My updates are sent in.  :-P

... I thought that since he listed all the items found that meant he got the XP...

Anyway, I already took the scrolls and pearls back when we found them, and I'm carrying the sword since no-one else seemed to want to. (hmm, I wonder if I can get Monkey Grip...)

I will allow the Elven Twinkblade before I allow Monkey Grip.
