We'll try to find a new DM for you shortly, and hopefully one will come along that will be willing to take over.  If a week or two passes without anyone showing interest, I might be willing to take over short-term, if I can find the time for it.  I'll keep you posted on the search for a new DM for the region.

Ah sad to see you go. I know im not a long time player but i liked playing under you. Sad that you have to give up both but RL can do that to your freetime. I know im sometimes glad my games arent updated so i can just skipp em.

[Private to Michaela Lehava: The last adventure just ended, with the conclusion of a great war on Amn by monstrous humanoids.  Right now, the PCs are relaxing in a tavern while we wait for the party to fill up.

One of the many major groups with power in Amn is the Shadow Thieves, one of the largest thieves' guilds in all of Faerûn.  Perhaps the thieves guild here was actually just a local branch of their operation, and with the recent war in their 'homeland', they might need reinforcements to their ranks.  One of the missions I plan on putting up for a vote will be given by the guild, actually, so she'd have a chance of furthering their agenda.]

Hello folks, I'm a potential new GM for this Moonsea bubble game.

Can I ask you a few questions so I can get a feel for how we can proceed (I will try and read the game threads in their entirety but as time is pressing right now...)

Are you in mid-aventure? Would you like to finish it? Do you have to finish it?

What is your parties motivation for adventuring together? I understand you have some sort of big boss, do you want to keep him?

What kind of adventures do you like (city-based, roleplay heavy, mystery, dungeon crawl?

How evil are you folks exactly?

Anything else you think I should know?

Heya im the last edition to the team and im adventuring with them cause they bumped into me and killed the Ogre that got me After that we went on t kill some death knight that was a bit to tough right now and we decided to get back for him later.

So the adventure semi stopped and the last thing that happened when i healed our fallen party member was that a glove of Bane was suddenly lying there.

Sorry Xavier, I'm not feeling too much love from the other players. Perhaps this game has been inactive too long. Anyways, I will be trying to find another game to GM instead.

Let's start the conversation with the basics:  Do you want to play with your existing PCs?

Because I GM other games.  And I like to be a troubleshooter.  So I'll be looking to either A) combine this group with one in the sea of fallen stars, B) repair it so that someone else can take over cleanly, C) combine the sea of fallen stars group here, or D) get all your PCs to another region, and close this one.

I am not attached to my character, he is very new.

but will we be keeping the evil in whatever this turns into?

I don't mind making another character either cause i doubt the new GM thing will happen espacially if we stay evil.

My goal is to first find out who is here that was/is in the 'current' adventure, and see if I can't wrap that up.  Once that is finished, then the active players can decide on a few courses of action' maybe a new GM could be brought in, maybe the PCs could go to other regions, maybe a PC will step up to GMing, etc.

Let's burn one bridge at a time.

well the current story has just ended and the party made a long term enemy. So things are nicely wrapped up from that point of view. i believe there was just another adventure starting with me finding a gaunlet resembling the weapon of bane.

Right, I read that thread...all 35 posts.  But that was it?  No further news?  For example - Michaela is off in Amn, from what I gather - that must have happened at some point; but not in the threads.
