Re: Hunters: At Sea
Watching the merchant Gods ship go up in a blaze does not sit well with Clarke, it was unusaual for pirates to do something like this. This was more than simple greed, this was hatred at its rawest form. Calling his men together the Captain addresses them "I don't like this men, its not right, and its not normal. They must have had a mighty large catch to be put down like that, something so sweet that the people who did this couldn't risk them making it to shore to report what was stolen. I want these pirates, someone needs to be brought to task over this. Calgarvin, I want you to try to work on the boy...my own skills don't lend themselves to that type of work. Try to see if you can get anything out of him...a ship name, the pirates or the Goddesses, baring that what they were carrying...maybe we can track them down by that. The rest of you, lets get the gear ready...I've a feeling when we find these dogs it'll be a bloody mess." The captain falls silent as the last of the merchant vessal sinks below the waves, a cloud of smoke now all that marked where she once floated.
