Still here, although only partially.

After the whole baker started I had to up and move cross country, have since then been getting settled and starting a new job at a major airline. Who are then gona ship me off to florida for 7 weeks worth of training. As off now I have no idea how my connection status is going to be in the near future.

But I'm still game for pirates, thats what I signed up for initially and thats what I made Lilly into.

Heya!  That's three down playerwise, any of you have any RPOL friends that would be interested in a good old fashioned pirate game?

I'm asking mainly because I find old friends from other games or such to be the best general kind of party feel - and thus more of a group comraderie than usual.



I think I'm going to have to create an event to bring a feel of 'fresh start' to the whole setup, everyone can remain using the same characters and I'd like to ask only one thing - would those coming into this game give me a little idea of what eventual goals or things they'd like to see happen?

I shape the world, so it's better if I shape it with the players desires in mind.

Is everyone alive?  I'm going to try and start up the IC thread now with (gasp) actual information in it.

Characters can stay the same unless something really jumps out at me, but otherwise - welcome to the Bloody Ayn!

By the way I need always at least two people to post before I respond.  Otherwise that allows one fast poster to build up a crazy amount of posts really quickly.

So if you want things to get moving quicker, poke your companions.

Remember, poke your comapnaions if you want the game to run faster.

Try not to get the natives to riled up, although I might be able to calm things down if you can stall long enough for me to show up. That is if you want my help so things don't turn bloody.

I was waiting for the whole zorlax thing to finish. I mean he said he fainted, what happens after that? does doc throw him overboard? does he drag him down to the kitchen? Until that resoleves itself and Flik is reasonably sure that zorlax is fine or well beyond any help he's just going to watch the exchange between the two.

Same here, Gildor is just waiting to see if there is going to be a fight so he can swoop in and save the day!

He logged in yesterday, so I think you lot are fine. A week or two is the time to start worrying.

And a month is time to give up. Sigh. This place really is cursed.

We will seek a new DM for you guys. Please hold on.

In the mean-time, can I please have role-call of everyone who's still in this game and interested.

I also suggest you consider relocating to one of our other games that are open and active.

Hello, I'm considering picking you guys up, and I'd like a recap of the current situation players and story wise. What characters do we have, and what is afoot, and how easily can we get to a point to start a new storyline?

Frankly we've not really done much of anything for a long long time. The last incarnation of the game only lasted a couple of weeks. We started out on the sword coast, south of Amn, but with a new DM relocated and started our latest incarnation of the game (try three) in Cormyr where we pretty much got press ganged onto a ship. I wasn't around for that one though, as I had a slight hiatus to the US for school.

As for characters I can only talk about mine with any authority.

Lilian or Lily is a pirate scum, of the blackest and most foul sort. (since that was what I joined up for I made that). She might be a black hearted villain but she's a far cry from stupid. Loyalty and teamwork are things she puts great weight in, although she'll prefer it from other people than giving it herself. She's an able sailor, having been on a ship since she was old enough to run powder from the stores to the gunners.

She's found a niche for herself as a midship man, mostly due to her ability to yell at people in a manner that gets things done (yes her bardic perform ability is yelling swearwords). She's a Nelanther, and thus piracy is in her blood.

She's not a good person, in anyway, shape or form. And frankly this is probably the only place thats good for her, Piracy bubble region.

You seem to be all we have, Furyou Miko and I are going to pick up the game.
