No, all you have to do is PM me saying that you'd like to use your Who's Who to look up about a player, and tell me who that player is. Do keep in mind that if the player is someone who wasn't around before the Time Vortex That Ate RPoL then the Who's Who won't have any information on them.

The Pocket Judge (as seen in the God Game!) - 500 Wots per case/trial.

This Micro-sized judge is kept in your pocket, both figuratively and literally.  Standing only 2 inches tall, the Judge will rule on cases in favor of the person in whos pocket he resides.

What happens if everyone involved has a Pocket Judge?

The PTV can stop one person posting for one minute*, but can only be used in the Lounge or a roleplaying thread. Using more than one PTV at a time is too dangerous, so ownership is limited to one at a time. Price: 2000 wots
