*There exists a dimension in which there is nothing but festival. Every form of outdoor celebration known to sentient life has its representation there. From county fairs to Japanese matsuri to renaissance festivals and outdoor rock concerts. Even celebrations unknown to Earthly life can be found here, all accessible by simply walking the infinite grounds. They all exist, and all operate at all times. In this infinite expanse of celebration, the timewasters of ASWoT can be found, enjoying themselves as usual.

Suddenly, many of the ASWoT festival goers collapse, clutching at their heads. It will soon become apparent that this is because the minds and memories of as many as four incarnations of themselves from alternate dimensions were suddenly drawn here and merging with one another and with the "native" incarnations. These incarnations were displaced as Germ Ant was recalled from those planes and was forced to self destruct. Those who were not present in any of the other realities are unaffected, but surprised as their companions collapse.

The afflicted timewasters eventually return to their feet, but within their psyches, a battle still rages as the up to five minds within try to find a balance in their merger. Those who were in only one or two of the other dimensions rise first, as they had less influx to deal with.*

*Dragon bursts out yelling "Braaiiiiinsssss!" and then stops in mid-stride, a puzzled look on his face. He glances around at the carnival/festival and just kinda gapes*

Bart, already used to meeting himself from running faster than the speed of light with a radiation boosted metabolism (and thus getting to his destination before he leaves it, especially when he runs in a circle), is not bothered by a headache.  But, like Dragon, Bart stops and gapes at the festivities.

CL drooped to the floor and was slowly pulled up like a rag doll on strings and said, "I HAVE COME TO CONQUER THIS PA- whoa, that was weird."
The ferret then becomes distracted and said, "Ooooo! Dumplings, dumplings, dumplings!"
And bounded off.

Standing up slowly, more confused then in pain, Grant looks around, brushing off his respectable looking suit from the dirt and other festival debris that found it's way to his clothes. "Hm. Well this is interesting." he states, looking around. Checking his wallet, and smiling, he goes off in search of something greasy and cheesy to eat.

*Dragon, no longer hungry for brains, but still needing something, follows Grant in search of food*

Is it just me or does this place bring back memories of the Amusement Park? *A pause and then he answers himself* Yes definitely the amusement park. That was where I dropped a car on Snakesssz' head. Ah memories! *Another pause* What? No I don't recall any amusement park, I seem to remember a swimming pool and then a ship!

*Dragon stops and glances around, a bit suspicious* Ok that was odd. *He notices the festival* Oh hey look a festival! When did we get here? And why am I hungry?

"You are hungry because of the dumplings. Can you not smell those?"

"Eww. Don't talk about dumplings and eating in the same sentence unless you say, 'Ew, I'm not eating those dumplings'." says Grant, disgustedly, as he finds himself a large bowl of chili-cheese fries and noms happily, looking at Dragon. "Want a bowl? ... or four?"

"What was that? Do you think I do not want any fries? Do you know what Kagura will do if you don't like dumplings?" said the ferret, harassing the hapless GM.

"She hasn't done anything yet, and I've never liked dumplings." Grant replies coyly, nomming on fries as he waits for the dragon's reply.

"Yet, yet, yet will be soon..." CL rubbed his hands and slouched over, bubbling with malicious laughter.

Quirking an eyebrow, Grant swiftly walks away from the insane ferret, finding something fun to do.

CL goes off to ride the gigantic Ferris wheel.

*Wanders over and starts eating the ice cream stand*

Mmmmm....

*Pop's up suddenly and out of the blue in the ice cream stand holding two large cones in front of her chest before scooping ice cream into them*

That will be $5.72...what did you think this ice cream was free? And please just eat the ice cream and not the entire stand...it's onl'y made of PVC pipe...

CL hides behind a carnival tent.

*Picks up Vixcis along with the ice cream and half the stand and starts to bring it all to his mouth*

*Notices Vixcis*

*Reflexively legs go and jumps back*

Oh. Hi.

*crawls out from under the wreakage in an undignified fashion*

Ugh my ice cream stand is ruined ruined!! What am I supposed to do now Dragon!!

Ooo I know!

*snaps fingers and another stand pops up with a large sign that says "I Scream stand"*

AHHHAHHHAHHHHHHHAHHHAHHHHHH!!!

*SHOOP*

Wha- oh. Here again. Hey, Grant, long time no see. Are those chili cheese fries?

Dawna, seeing an interesting festival occurring, flies down to it with her rocket boots. She then sees a woman screaming and asks, "Are you alright?" Apparently, Dawna didn't see the "I Scream" sign.

*Vixcis pauses mid scream to glance at the women who has spoken to her*

Oh yes fine thank you...I find a good scream makes the day so much better...

*Vixcis screams again this time causing supersonic banshee waves to crush the stall next to hers*

Would you like to scream with me?

"Hey Dark. Yes, but get your own. These are mine." Grant replies, covering the plate from wandering hands and eyes with his elbow as he noms.

"No prob."

Darkroot concentrates for a second, the gears in his shoulders revving up. A paper bag of chili cheese fries appears in his left hand.

"Like my new spaulders? I think they're pretty much the best thing that's happened to me since I switched my joint lubrication to WD-40."

"Meh. I've seen better." Grant replies, shrugging, as he eats his fries with gusto.

Ryees tumbles out of a small portal, sword in hand, and rolls through the dirt. He stands, and shouts, "Do you have to shoot Chaos magic at EVERY-?!" before glancing around and taking in his surroundings. He dusted himself off, straightened his tunic, and coughed slightly.

Wonderful. I look like a git now.

He scans his surroundings more thoroughly; recognizing a few from the Time Wasters, he moves towards them, hand casually draped over his sword hilt. "Erm... Any idea where we are?" he asks, somewhat confused.

FourLegged wanders into the dimension and quietly peeks around at the various and sundry stalls.

Looking around, Grant wonders where everyone went.

*A brawl suddenly comes down the street, composed entirely of Germ Ants. A Germ Ant wearing a yukata uses a poi from a goldfish scooping game to deflect dull darts from a balloon game thrown by a Germ Ant in jeans, a t-shirt, and a baseball cap (and, oddly enough, a mullet hairstyle), who in turn is a dodging a broken caber being swung by a Germ Ant in a kilt. They all do their best to avoid being trampled by the bull-shaped Germ Ant being ridden by a Germ Ant dressed as a cowboy.*

"Well that's something you don't see every day." Grant remarks as he eats his nacho fries, kicking a foot out to trip one of the Germs.

*Kagura pops into existence next to Grant and steals one of his nacho fries* "What are you talking about Grant? We see that sort of thing around here all the time. Where have you been looking?"

"I was talking about that kilt." he replies, pointing to the odd Scottish-looking Germ Ant.

*The Germ Ant in question swats Grant with the caber for insulting his kilt. This throws Grant between the dart thrower and the goldfish scooper.*

Nimbly dodging away, Grant makes sure his nacho fries stay free of fish and dirt, waiting for the raucous to move on.

*The Germ Ants continue to brawl, drawing in another one with a mallet from a nearby "test your strength" game.*

Gaea stands gracefully in her goddess robes, looking around. "How odd..." she murmurs.

Ari appears at some distance behind the Germ Ant stampede, dressed in some drab red and white striped carnival employee outfit.  A push broom in her hand she mindlessly sweeps up the plastic darts and other debris left in the wake of the Germ Ants' carnage.

EoJ looks around "What the heck is this place then?"

Gaea appears behind EoJ. "I'm not very sure, myself," she states.

"Aight, as long as I'm not the only confused one, that's cool." he says simply, looking around.

Although Gaea is supposed to be a goddess, she gets a childlike excited gleam in her eye. "But doesn't it look fun?!" she exclaimes, looking at all the rides.

*Yet another Germ Ant wanders over, with a stick which once had some sort of food on it in his mouth.*

Well, it's the Omni-Festival, innit? The ultimate celebration.

** Santos flies overhead casting a huge shadow across the many celebrations.  He seems to be following a smoke trail to a large food tent.  Landing heavily, he swallows an entire roasted pig in one gulp... **
"Mmmmm Appetizers..."

** He looks up with a start. **
"Oh hey guys.  When did all this get here?

It's always been here. We, on the other hand, just arrive a while back.

It hasn't always been here, Germ. Let's be moderately realistic in spite of our setting. It's been here since the Asylum, Dungeoneering, Airline and... that other thread that I can't recall right now collided and formed an unholy union of insanity and neon lights.

"Pretty sure this place was here before ASWoT was even invented honestly. Sure, nobody knew about it... but still." Grant corrects everyone as he calmly steps out of the crowd of Germ Ants, still nomming on his fries, which always seem to be full no matter how many he eats.

"So...um...how did we get here? Gaea asked, looking around curiously.

"It's simple, really. Everyone's "here". Some people just take longer to realize that they ARE "here"." Grant explains casually as he sips a cup that came out of thin air, and disappears just as quickly as he lets go of it. "Kinda like... a subconscious thing, I suppose."

*continued to sweep*  Joy!

*The Germ Ant chewing on the stick speaks up again.*

Grant's got it right on how long the festival's been here.

*Steps to the side so as not to get in the way of Aribeth's sweeping.*

The Omni-Festival is the ultimate expression of festivity and celebration, so it's existed and been here as long as anyone anywhere has celebrated something. When someone comes up with a new form of festival, a new section is added.

*Kagura grins and nabs some more of Grant's fries* Nothing ever makes sense around here. Never have and never will. It's our particular brand of (in)sanity, you see.

Carelessly attempts to sweep the Germ Ant that's explaining everything into the unbelievably tall pile of trash that she's collected.

*The speaking Germ Ant gets swept into the pile. Subsequent comments and explanations are a bit muffled due to the layers of trash between him and the rest.*

Continues to mindlessly sweep not noticing the Germ Ant's plight.  The mountainous pile of trash continues to grow as she moves past Grant and the others.

*The pile wanders off towards a food stall.*

She continues sweeping collecting the food stall into the pile.

*The food vendor seems remarkably unphazed by a pile of trash ordering from his establishment.*

The food stall is absorbed into the pile of trash.  The vendor can be seen still taking an order.  The stall climbs higher as more trash is collected underneath it like a giant Katamari ball.

Ya know, I think Germ Ant is one of my favorite people here at ASWoT...

** Santos pops a clawfull of Germ Ants into his mouth and begins chewing.  **

*Santos doesn't seem to notice that he's been eating the same score or so of Germ Ants over and over again, as they just phase through his stomach and abdominal wall as soon as they arrive there.*

Looses control of the katamari ball which slowly rolls down the street collecting people and pieces of the carnival as it rolls on.

*The engulfed Germ Ants enjoy the ride.*

*Kagura dodges the growing katamari as it passes her* "You should probably go catch that and neutralize it somehow, Aribeth. Otherwise we're going to have to deal with the damage in whatever this turns into in the future AND in other threads."

She leans against her broom, takes off the ugly red and white striped carnival uniform hat and scratches her head as she watched the giant Katamari ball roll off without her.

She tossed her hat down, "nah, I quit.  Someone else's problem now."

Then pulls off the rest of her uniform in a single tug, revealing a black AC/DC T-shirt and leather pants.  She tosses her hair until it changes color and pitches the broom into a nearby trash bin.  Then heads off to the rock concert, pausing only briefly to steal a chili fry from Grant.

*The festival repairs itself in the wake of the katamari.*

The Katamari ball continues to roll, and collect stuff, growing larger with every foot it travels.  The fact that the carnival repairs itself isn't necessarily a good thing, as that simply gives the Katamari more items to collect in its never ending quest to consume the universe.

However, Aribeth doesn't care as she finds herself in the middle of a rave.  Oohhh, shiny lights

Grant watches as yet another person steals his fries. Good thing they regenerate. "Anyone else want some before I go find a portable hole for that ball thing?" he asks curiously.

Yeah, here, give them to me. I'll hold onto them until you get back.

Midway through rave dancing, her body twitches and her limbs begin to grow rigid.  A glossy glaze covers her eyes again and she walks sluggishly out of the rock concert.

The Katamari ball in the meantime continues to grow and roll on its way taking the giant Ferris wheel with it.

Handing his fries over (which Kagura finds never gets empty), Grant snaps his fingers and disappears, and all of a sudden the large ball rolls into a huge sack, which then shrinks down. Teleporting back, Grant sticks the sack in his pocket. "That was easy. Now the people of this little pocket universe get to deal with it." he laughs, poofing another tray into his hands, this time, nachos with salsa, cheese sauce, and seasoned ground beef.

Mmm. Everlasting nacho fries. So good, yet so bad for me...

"Don't worry, they have absolutely no nutritional value, whatsoever, so therefore they aren't really 'bad' for you at all." Grant corrects, eating more nachos.

Ooh, Nachos...

** Santos grabs a Villager from a nearby Concert/Rave and dips it's head in Grant's nacho cheese sauce before biting it's head off and munching away. **

Kind of a mild nacho cheese isn't it?

Oh man, that's gonna go straight to my wings...

I think they prefer Nutritionally Challenged.

Calories are a form of nutritional value. If you think they aren't just ask a starving person. So if they have absolutely no nutritional value, they must be calorie free, as well.

The zombie Aribeth steals Grant's magic sack and empties its contents, freeing the Katamari ball in the process, as well as whatever pocket dimension inhabitants were in the bag's pocket dimension.  The inhabitants quickly get recruited into the Nacho army and fall in amongst their ranks.

The Katamari ball in the meantime begins to roll along, however, somehow it diminished in size in the pocket dimension and is currently the size of a marble, harmless enough, for now.

Grant takes the sack and puts it over Zombie Aribeth, carefully scooping up the katamari ball and all the little people he'd captured over the years. "Now look what you've gotten yourself into." he chuckles as he ties the sack to his wrist. He turns around, looking at the odd nacho men, before agreeing with Germ. "He's right, that's exactly what I meant."

Tears a hole in the bottom of the bag, making a rip in the pocket dimension and freeing everything within.

Heaving a sigh, Grant shakes his head and snaps his finger again; everything from within the bag, save Aribeth, disappears into nothingness. "Ya know, for a zombie, you sure make a mess of things that aren't brains- or flesh-related." he 'complains'.

The Katamari ball, somehow remains.  Perhaps it was because it didn't originate from the bag.  Or perhaps it didn't spend enough time within the bag to decide it belonged there.  Regardless the marble sized katamari ball continues to roll, picking up discarded bubble gum , match sticks, candy wrappers, confetti and other small things.  Once it rolls out of sight and seems out of harm's way, Aribeth's muscles relax and the glazed over tone in her eyes is replaced by clarity.

"Oh hi, Grant.  What happened to the Rock Concert?  Oh, nachos!"  She promptly steals a nacho tossing it into her mouth, "thanks."  She smiled.

When did this become one-up or the God game? I haven't seen so much interference with another player's... *Kagura's eyes glaze over for a moment before she shakes herself back to clarity* ... what was I talking about again? I thought it was really important...

"I'm not sure. I think Aribeth thinks she's a god or something." Grant complains before tossing a nacho at her with a laugh. "Anyway, this is lame. I'm gonna find a roller coaster. Anyone else?" he asks curiously, heading off in the direction of where he thinks they might be. Which is, basically, wandering around until he finds one.

Nah, I'm not a fan of rollercoasters, but I'll walk with you anyways.

Rollercoasters are for people who don't have dragons for friends...

** Santos scoops up Kagura and Grant and plops them onto his back, taking to the air and performing tight turns, barrel rolls, loops, and other amazing arial feats before landing in front of a large rollercoaster. **

Let's see that hunk of metal do that...  Kagura, are you OK?  You look kinda green.

*grips Santos's scales for dear life* I don't dislike rollercoasters because they make me sick... I dislike rollercoasters because I always feel like I'm going to fall out of them... O.O

"Sure.." she'd begun before the giant dragon plucked up Grant and Kagura and headed to the roller coaster without her.

Well that sucked.  She wasn't sure what they were talking about before the roller coaster had been brought up.  She wasn't a god and she couldn't really remember how she'd gotten here from the rock concert but it didn't matter.  They were on the other side of the festival and she was still where they'd been.

Oh well

She looked around to see what she could do by herself.

*A nearby Germ Ant scoops up Aribeth, turns into a Harrier jump jet with her in the cockpit and follows Santos so Ari's not left behind. When the dragon comes to a halt, the Harrier lands on his head and then turns back into Germ Ant, standing next to Aribeth, still on top of the dragon's head.*

EoJ stares at Germ and Santos. "Well, I guess when in ASWoT, do as the Time Wasting experts do..." he takes flight after Santos and Germ, but is distracted by a vendor offering curly fries. He stops to pick some up, before heading back off in pursuit of the others.

"Umm... this isn't a good place to be.  Santos no disrespect meant, I was driving this thing," she said as she looked for a way down.

EoJ continues flying and eating his curly fries...which also seem to have no end in sight. "What is it with this place and endless snacks with no nutritional value?" he asked to nobody in perticular.

She pinches her nose, closes her eyes and jumps off of Santos' head.

*slowly climbs down from Santos's claws.* "It's a festival. Of course none of the snacks have any nutritional value. I mean honestly, have you ever been to a festival where the snacks WERE good for you?"

"Well there was this one time...no, wait...Oh, this one time...nope..." EoJ continued in this strain for several minutes. "No, can't say I have I guess. But the food here has ZERO value, not even calories. It's as if it's made of air...but it tastes like the real thing. It's freaky."

*Watches Aribeth jump off Santos's head for some reason.*

Huh. Oh well.

*Lays back and makes himself comfortable lounging on the dragon's head.*

** Catches Aribeth and places her on the ground. **

"You really shouldn't jump from such heights... you probably would have broken your legs at the least.  Then we would have had to pull out the auto-med... and I don't think you'd care for the results."

"Ohh! I just had an idea..."

** Santos takes everyone off of him, and places them on the ground.  He then pulls out his Bitransual-dimensional key from... somewhere, you can't really tell where.  Using the key, he opens a portal and vanishes, the closing portal snapping shut and almost severing the tip of his tail. **

I think he had an idea. It's best to leave him to his own devices when such things occur.

She continued to look at where the portal had appeared, "does that happen often?"

Probably about as often as the rest of us, at least when he's not hibernating. He tends to think about it before acting about as long as the rest of us, too. That is to say, approximately -3.2 seconds.

Is that a negative 3.2 seconds?

Yep. We generally start acting on ideas over three seconds before we actually have them. Don't ask how, I don't understand it either.

The brain is a magical thing.

Especially the ones around here.

No. It's been tried. You just end up with a horde of ASWoTers holding torches and pitchforks chasing after you and yelling about killing zombies...

"Sounds like fun!" he said, grabbing a pitchfork in one talon, and a torch in the other. "So, do we get to chase someone now?"

Only if Aribeth decides to start harvesting our brains.

There's lots of people here, what if I harvest their brains, but leave yours alone?

** From over the horizon, the shadow of a small flight of dragons blots out the sun for a minute.  But the eclipse does not last long and Santos soon lands with a large food stall in his claws.  Two smaller dragons carrying boxes land behind him. **

"Ok, set it up right there." he said pointing off to the side.  "Xythal, take the originals, Zamph, the hot and spicies.  Oh, and remember i'll give you each 15% of the sales for your treasure horde, so upsell or you'll get the hose again!"

Santos looks at the gathered ASWoTers as his dragon "employees" set up shop.

"Orc Rinds! Get your Orc Rinds here!!  Fresh out of the Dragon-frier!  Only 1 gold piece per bag!  Original or Extra Hot and Spicy!  Get your Orc Rinds here!"

She looks at Santos with a somewhat disgusted face, "Do I even want to know what orc rinds are?"

"They're like pork rinds but without the pee." Grant answers nonchalantly.

"Pork rinds are made with pee?  No wonder I never liked those either.  I think I'll pass.  To the roller coaster right?  Better have some loops."

"Well, either pee, or the letter P, and quite frankly, I don't want to eat something that starts words like 'phylactery' and 'pneumonia'." Grant answers, then shivers lightly as he starts walking again, looking for a roller coaster.

"ya but it also starts words like pork, popcorn, punch, peanuts, potatoes, pineapple, pasta and some other things that I'm sure you enjoy."

"But would all of those things be good together?" he asked with a smirk.

"A potato based pasta with flavored pork and peanuts in a punch sauce with popcorn and pineapple topping?  I dunno.  Whose the resident "Mikey" or do you have a pocket taste-tester?  We could find out.  Could always add peperoni to it if we wanted."

"What about plaque? Ooh, and psoriasis, not to mention plagues and psychoses." Grant adds, shaking his head as he continues towards screaming and 'whooshing' noises.

"Well if you want to feed that to your pocket taste-testers I won't stop you, though it sounds a bit cruel to me.  I think a peperoni and pineapple pizza sounds great though.  You see a pizza stand any where?"

Oh come on Grant, be honest... we ALL eat psychoses around here.

"That's true, I hear that's part and parcel for this place."

Of course. But Grant is denying that he does, and he's clearly delusional if he thinks that.

"Isn't delusion a psychosis?"

Yep, which clearly proves the contradiction in Grant's thinking. Cool, huh?

*The Germ Ant still sitting on Santos's head watches the making of the orc rinds interestedly.*

Depends on the psychosis. Some of them are actually pretty tasty. That's why they're so common. But some of the less common ones taste like motor oil and chalk.

I doubt it. Motor oil and chalk is a pretty nasty combination. It sticks in your throat and tastes of failure.

"ya, somebody around here should appreciate the taste.  It sounds like its acquired."

Nobody here wants to taste failure. Not really. Failure is not a waste of time, it's a waste of life.

"True.  I was just thinking that it was pretty amazing that there wasn't some robotic chicken or cyborg or something around here."

Yeah, we used to have a robot or two, but I don't know where they went.

Why not? I'll eat nearly anything. In the end, unless I focus on the higher-level emulations, it's all the same stuff to me.

Well everything needs to be eaten every now and then.  It completes the cycle or something.

Santos... is special. He's an ancient dragon. He can eat failure without having to worry about the nasty side-effects that we lesser mortals do.

Still, I knew there was an exception floating around here somewhere.

See, all ancient Wyrms are special.  You don't get to be ancient without becoming very special.

Using her new found Godly magic granted to her by Gaea, Queen of the Gods, Aribeth summons the two Highlanders and tells them this is the gathering of prophecy and that they have to fight to the death.  She then steps well away from it and summons her endless bag of curly fries EoJ gave her as the two swordsmen go to work.

See, but now I don't understand the context. I'm going to try and find the movie theater and see if I can get them to play the movie from the beginning. "Highlander" was it?

Grant chuckles as he gets in line for the 'GutBuster', the festival's biggest, most-likely-to-make-you-hurl roller coaster.

*shrugs* "Fine, I'm sure if you watch them decapitate each other that's all the content you'd need, but go waste several hours watching all the movies."

EoJ flies over to the stand, and grabs another bag of curly fries before flying back to the group. "They had chilli-cheese curly fries at that stand!" EoJ exclaims with excitement, the gryphonic equivalent of a grin on his face. "So, wait, what were you talking about before I changed the subject again?" he digs into the bag of fries with his talon...another bottomless bag it would seem.

** Santos uses a hind leg to scratch at his lower neck scales, dislodging a severed Villager Leg.  **

Oh yeah, I forgot I put Ilene's other leg there for snacking later.

** Santos pops the leg into his mouth and starts chomping. **

"That's a bit disturbing.  Poor Ilene."

Aribeth suggests that Santos eats the villagers standing in the Gut-Buster line, in front of Grant and herself, so that they don't have to wait as long.

Why would I do that?

MM've lrdy got lenty  **Gulp** to eat.  We're having decent conversations while you wait.  The roller coaster won't fit my bulk, and even if it did, I'd probably just fall asleep on the boring thing anyways.  I'm quite content.

"Cuz I hate lines?  But you makes some good points.  So if all Wyrns are Dragons but not all Dragons are Wyrms, that would suggest Wyrm is a species of Dragon, correct?"

More of an Age/Size/Strength/Power type catagory than an individual species.  Any dragon can become a Wyrm, if they live long enough... but most dragons rarely do.  I'm the only Ancient Wyrm that I know of, other than that currently Hibernating GM Dragon, (who is actually just a wyrm, but we decided to upgrade his status due to having Ultimate GMhood Powers.)

I see, I think I'm still confused though.  I knew those GM's abused their powers.  :)  j/k

You can swallow food whole.  The digestive enzymes in your stomach would still have to breakdown the food and turn it into nourishment as part of the digestive process.  Simply because you don't chew your food doesn't mean you aren't eating.

Well maybe for humans, but the draconic digestive process is much more complex.  Just ask kimi.  Five days later, and I think I can still taste her perfume.

They're not ferrets any more, they're water.  Clean, crystal clear water.  And the portal is only one way, they shouldn't be able to see through it.  So I'm not sure why they're getting nose bleeds.

Yeah, it never did take off. I don't know why, we've got a dragon juggling booths and a rain of ferrets being destroyed by a fireworks display. I just don't know what it takes to attract the crowds these days.

REkzkaRZ drives up in an incredibly pimped-out SUV with shiny rims and a really loud stereo blasting loud sexist rap.  He steps out of the car.

"I hate this car!  Grraaoooowwwrrrr!!"  REkzkaRZ body inflates to 8x normal size, his normal muscles grow into massive ripped muscles, his clothing rips, his skin and hair change colors, and ... apparently he is angry.

With incredible muscular power, he wrecks the car; ripping the doors off, smashing the sheet-metal exterior, the car seats fly up into the air, his superpunches shatter the engine into millions of small techie-looking bits, and finally the gas tank explodes in REkzkaRZ hands as he crushes it between his mighty palms.

"I haven't 'hulk'-ed a car to death like that in too long!  Feels great!"

Good thing you arrived before hulking out. Would've been troublesome if you'd done that on the highway.

Sticking his hand directly into the machine, he waits a few moments, then pulls out a giant wad of the pink stuff, nomming on it absently as he walks around.

Tanner could smell the lovely scent of cotton candy wafting in the air, he walked closer and noticed the color of the cotton:

Yoss, still juggling the pins, sees the newcomer and tosses her some pins.  "Here, practice with me."

A women walked in a bit uncertain of what she was doing there.  Her pace was far to quick to be human, she almost appeared to transport through space and time as she moved one second from the door, the next behind LuLu Prayer.  She appeared to have no emotion to her, but her eyes still managed to peer through the soul of you when she looked at you.

A koala pushing a peanut cart wanders up and down the concourse.  "Peanuts!  Fresh hot peanuts! I got peanuts here!"

LuLU suddenly, and easily, juggles the pins with Yoss 'Sure, why not? Hi Girly, missed you for awhile there, the Mind sends her regards' she said in a voice as soft as silk, before she started to dance whilst juggling, never missing a single step

Yoss pulls some chainsaws out of his Portable Portal™ and adds them to the juggling between himself and LuLu.

LuLu continues dancing, and her juggling becomes a little faster as she giggles gleefully 'This is fun!!' she says with a gentle laugh

Finding someplace to sit she takes Fourlegged up on the munchies whilst watching the crazy that is Lulu & Yoss

Each time Yoss catches a chainsaw, he starts it up before throwing it back in the air.  Soon there are three pins and three active chainsaws flipping about between LuLu and Yoss.

Shaking her head she finds the spectacle quite amusing...

A gentle breeze starts to wind its way through the festival, picking up slowly. Off to one side, Kagura grins mischievously as she directs the wind in the direction of the buzzing chainsaws.

"This could get interesting."  Yoss continues as before, concentrating perhaps a bit harder.

"Hehe." Kagura's smirk deepens as the wind becomes a full-force gale. "Let's see how long you can keep this up. And don't worry, if something… unfortunate… should happen, I can always turn back time a bit. Or not. It depends on how I feel at that particular moment."

Birdie appears, looking rather confused, and stands there, taking in the overwhelming sensory assault. "Uhh... hi?" She looks for someone to explain what exactly is happening.

(OOC: I know, she doesn't. Explain in IC, no need to in OOC. :)

Tilting her head slightly at the new arrival she redirects her sight to the two throwing pins and saws...   with a quick flip of her writs there are white flaming balls on the pins, turning them into a frosted coated dangers in of themselves.  She grins slightly as the now limitless dangers make it even harder on LuLu and Yoss.

Eyes wide, Birdie stands there in surprise, nervously hoping that her friends don't make a mistake. "Why on earth are they doing that? Seems a bit dangerous..." She looks for a reason, but can't seem to find one. Where is this place, anyways?

"Don't worry, Birdie," Yoss says as he pulls a few 2-inch caltrops from his Portable Portal™ and adds them to the mix.  "Luckily, I've had Germ Ant's Speed Training Level 3, so six objects is rather simple."  Suddenly concerned, he looks at his juggling partner.  "Have YOU had speed training?"

"But... you... it..." Birdie splutters, trying and failing to form proper words. Finally giving up, she watches for a few moments more before wandering off to try and find something fun to do...

"Ooh, you're making this interesting Yoss! I like it!" Kagura gestures and a handful of slender tornadoes form between the jugglers. "Let me help too."

The pins (now cold-flaming), chainsaws (whirring), and caltrops dance about in non-parabolic trajectories between the jugglers, sometimes arriving back with the one who threw it rather than travelling across.  Yoss darts about the pattern picking up the slack wherever LuLu might not be able to keep up.  "How you doin', LuLu? Should we add some more?"

"Have you had balance training level 10 yet Yoss?" The girl speaks into the minds of everyone as not to exclude anyone as she breathes softly, a chill unfolding from her breath and turning the ground frosted.  The frost is barely noticeable, but it gets worse as they continue turning slowly to solid ice...

"Well, no, but there's nothing above Level 3, which is complete and total mastery of the subject with nothing left to learn.  Plus, I think I'll be fine."  Yoss reaches yet again into his Portable Portal™, this time bringing forth some spiked shoes.  While still juggling, he manages to get the shoes on with bursts of astounding speed between tosses.

The girl grins "Lets hope you have a pair for LuLu" the voice resounded in the minds of those present once more...  "Then again, of course, LuLu might have her own means to keeping in this game

Kagura hums tunelessly to herself while waving her hands as though conducting an unseen symphony… or perhaps just the small forest of 18-inch-wide tornadoes winding back and forth and around Yoss and LuLu.

Lulu grins as she continue to juggle with lax ease 'Oh, don't worry about me, I had training from a sionic, I think I'll be absolutely fine' she said with a happy trill

"Are you really sure you want to be lax with a dozen miniature F5 tornadoes around?" Kagura asks, a single eyebrow raised skeptically. "Lax doesn't really seem like the appropriate attitude for that. Even with psionic training…"

Lulu grinned 'See that's the trick,' she offered with a silky voice, and the most fluid motions 'If you don't get too anxious and worried about everything, but you keep a certain amount of control, and go with the flow of time as well as the wind, you needn't worry-- still it's better not to be cocky' Continuing with the juggling in a relaxed but knowing way she laughed gently

Kagura's expression twists into one of confusion, followed my amusement. "Oh you poor thing. You're counting on the flow of time being normal aren't you?" The elemental shakes her head. "My powers are over wind AND time, in case you'd missed that. You honestly think I'm not twisting the flow of time within those lovely vortexes of mine? Why would I pass up such a perfect opportunity for mischief when it presents itself to me?" Kagura cocks her head to one side. "And honestly, where would be the fun in being predictable? I mean really!"

Lulu sighs, she had of course said the flow of wind as well as time, the wind in the area was currently being unpredictable, the time in the area was currently being unpredictable, but that was the kind of juggling/fighting that Lulu was trained for, she remained unspeaking for now

Suddenly, Birdie pops up behind the two jugglers out of nowhere - yeah, stupid idea, but she wanted to all the same. Probably had something to do with the seven or eight odd bags of cotton candy she had just scarfed down. "Boo!" No matter what happens afterwards, even if she gets harmed by the juggled items, she starts giggling like a maniac.

Once again humming to herself and smiling vaguely, Kagura flicks her fingers making time inside the lovely spinning columns begin to skip merrily and erratically, jumping from past to future to present in no particular set pattern. To make things even more interesting, she sets counter-vortexes spinning inside some of her creations, causing past, present and future to become intermixed within their windy confines, and conveniently forgetting what happened the last time she practiced mad science with time vortexes.

Lulu still continues to juggle easily, that is until Birdie surprises her, then she disappears altogether, all of the things they were juggling falling to the ground just as she reappears beside GPT 'Oops, I shouldn't have done that' she said with an embarrassed as she looks to GPT with clueless eyes

Yoss zips about and puts all the fallen objects back in motion (as a previous post already said he would prevent any objects falling), juggling now by himself once more, flashing in and out through his Portable Passage™ now in order to keep up with the shifting time.

"This is quite entertaining." Kagura says. "It's too bad Vixcis isn't around. I'm sure she'd have some fantastic ideas of what else to do."

Birdie pops up behind Kagura quite suddenly... maybe she can teleport? Or maybe she's just had too much sugar... Either way, her appearance is quickly followed by a rapid-fire string of ides. "Maybe we could turn the ground to ice? Or possibly set it on fire. Or we could make them float in the air! Or maybe add some birds to the mix? Or some seals? Ohh, add hedgehogs! Or porcupines, those would be spikier. Here, take some cotton candy. Ooohh ooooh ooh ooh ooooh! Throw everything into a giant cotton candy machine!!!!"

Birdie doesn't seem to be as concerned with safety when she's on a sugar high.

Kagura's only evidence of surprise at Birdie's sudden appearance is a slow blink. Half turning she tilts her head curiously. "Those all sound like fun, but where do you expect to get all of those things? It's not like they're just going to appear out of nowhere." The elemental girl tilts her head the other way "Also, why are you saying "or"? It almost sounds like you only want ONE of those things to happen… and that wouldn't be very interesting at all now, would it."

Athena appears out of nowhere looking immensely confused. "Why not just try them all for kicks??" She seems eager to figure out what was fully going on here.

"That's what I was saying." Kagura explains. "But logistically how do we make all of those things appear? I mean, it's not like you can just go to the Flea Market and buy all those things. Plus, our fire and ice-wielding players haven't been around for awhile. Although Vixcis could do the fire if she were here…"

"I'm technically a ghost. So I could probably connect with the ice thing." Athena grins and floats a few feet off the air.

"Have you tried it? You should try it. I mean, I was born with my wind powers, but the time thing, that I learned directly from the time vortexes in Limbo."

Running about in his spike shoes on the icy ground, Yoss notes, "I'm pretty sure GPT already hase the cold thing covered."

Blah. I'll just fly through you all and make your insides tickle." Athena giggles with excitement.

"I feel.... odd."

Athena claps her hands and repetitively flies through Yoss.

Birdie zips around, searching through all the festival booths for anything remotely close to what she wants. It seems she has super-speed when on sugar...

It should be apparent that Athena also has had much sugar.

Kagura returns to concentrating on conducting her wind-and-time-based symphony of terror/awesome. "This will be my magnum opus!"

Birdie comes up behind Kagura again, with a suspiciously large handful of candy wrappers, and begins tapping her on the shoulder rapidly. "Youhaven'tbychanceseenatrashcanaroundherehaveyou?"

"You know, I bet Kagura can keep this juggling act alive without me." Yoss exits the icy, windy, time-warped juggling zone through his Portable Passage™ and appears next to Kagura.  "All yours, miss."

A hurricane-force gust of wind blows around Kagura (coincidentally pushing Birdie right up against the nearest trashcan) as she takes over the entire juggling act. Assorted juggling implements flicker through and around each other as they are tossed by winds and jump through time portals in an impressive display of multi-juristictional and completely gratuitous use of power.

Yoss pulls a lounge chair out of his Portable Portal™ and sits to watch.

Birdie throws the candy wrappers away and takes off - and is back almost immediately with an entire bag of candy, and it is getting eaten at a rather alarmingly fast rate. She sits down, cross-legged on the ground, right next to Yoss, snacking on the candy the whole time.

Lulu, no longer feeling embarrassed about earlier, laughed at the juggling scene, still standing by GPT, she pulled a teddy bear out of her grayish-green messenger bag and throws it into the things Kagura is juggling

Athena zooms around the room.

Yoss snags a piece of Birdie's candy.  "Thanks."

Birdie gives Yoss an awkward stare - there might be a hint of insanity in there... Okay, more than a hint.

"..."

"Did you just take a piece of my candy?"

"I have no idea what you mean," Yoss says as he takes another.

Could you maybe not steal Birdie's candy and mix a drink for me Yoss? *puppy eyes*

Yoss pulls the requisite ingredients out of his Portable Portal™ then throws them all up into the vortex in front of Kagura for mixing.  He then sets out an empty cup for the mixture to land in.  "Just need Kagura to land it over here for you.  You've never had a better mix than Kagura's."

Birdie... growls?

Hmmm...

Yoss pulls a ten-pound bag of candy out of his Portable Portal™ and plops it in front of Birdie.

LuLu's teddy bear is promptly skewered by a passing throwing dagger, then accidentally lit on fire by a passing flaming juggling pin. Moments later, a smaller tornado spins off and deposits a puddle of well-mixed ingredients and debris in front of Yoss and Athena.

Lulu laughed, she had just wanted to see what would happen, taking ten peices of caramel out of her bag she handed them to Birdie 'Careful love, those are special, they have incredibly high sugar content, among other things'

Birdie gives Yoss a big hug, and then takes the carmel from LuLu. She eats all ten pieces at the same time, and spends several moments chewing them up. She then stands up, and seems to be tense with anticipation. Suddenly, the sugar hits her blood stream. All that you can see is a... well, nothing. You blink, and she's disappeared. All that's left where she was standing is the ten pound bag Yoss had given her... and inside it, nothing but candy wrappers. Uh-oh.

A sonic boom is heard shortly after.

'I did say high sugar content, didn't I?' she asked speculatively, wondering if in hindsight she shouldn't have given them to him, it was faerie candy after all-- Oh, well, what's done is done, and at the very least he was having fun

FourLegged looks up from his cart.  "This is why I appreciate having a coat."

Pulling out a device that looks something like a computer, but rather made of dirt, leaves,tree bark, and a few other natural things, she begins to mess about on it.  Far to busy now to really remain a part of the goings ons within this place.

Another sonic boom shakes the area, this time apparently headed in the opposite direction. Birdie must have reached the bounds of the festival.

Near LuLu's feet now lies a large sack of candy wrappers, tossed into the middle of the group, with a note on it. Please throw this away for me, I think I'd miss the trashcan at this speed. Thanks!

I wonder what'll happen when PrettyBirdie hits the very large glass wall.

*CRASH!*

Oh. So that's what happens. A poof of feathers lies on the ground, and a rather dizzy looking Birdie stumbles back in the direction of the others. "Hi." She sits down on the ground.

With no warning or other prior indication, Kagura simply vanishes from the premises of the Omni-Festival, her carefully orchestrated symphony raining down upon the hapless ASWoTians gathered there in a deadly rain of steel, fire, and random other objects.
