Player A puts Item A into the machine.  Player B says what comes out, based on Item A (aged, younger, bigger, smaller, etc).  Player B then puts Item B into the machine.  Logical association between input and output can be somewhat odd like in Word Association or Opposites Games.

Example:

Joe:
 Joe puts in an old tennis shoe.

Mary:
 Out comes a cowboy boot.
 Mary puts in an ice cream cone.

Bob:
 Out comes a tub of lard.
 Bob puts in a dictionary.
