One of two certain,
With a reckoning nigh;
Your riches condemn you,
Too low or too high.
Heaven, or Hell, depending on your viewpoint. Presuming that your reliospiritual viewpoint of an afterlife doesn't encompass a limbo or something else, you're only destined for heaven or hell.
As we all know, it's easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter heaven. Not necessarily impossible -- someone in the ninth century asserted that there was a gate in Jerusalem called the Eye of the Needle which was built small to discourage raiders or something from riding into the city and that the only way for a camel to pass through the gate was for it to be unloaded and then pass through on its knees. While a camel can apparently crawl:

That being said, the scriptures enjoin us, both explicitly and implicitly, to be good stewards. Take the parable of Ten Talents. If you don't properly build up your talents, you're not going to get into heaven. In the Bible, these are actual monetary denominations, referring to a specific weight of gold, while most modern retellings of the story talents are supposed to be understood as real life talents, like being able to play the piano, being patient with people, etc. Thus, a lack of spiritual riches will likewise condemn a person and prevent them from getting into heaven. The case can be made that if you "eat, drink, and be merry" for you have "taken no thought for the morrow" that you will have a hard time getting into heaven, so it's conceivable that the riddle could be referring to a lack of monetary riches -- it's somewhat ambiguous.
Still, though, you're either going to heaven or hell. The reckoning is nigh, death and judgement will come to pass for us all. Your excessive monetary riches, or lack thereof, or at least a lack of spiritual riches, will condemn you to hell and if you did build up spiritual riches by either taking on the name of Christ, or demonstrating your faith through your works (James 2:18 and surrounding verses), or whatever, then you'll be entitled (or allowed) to pass into heaven.
