That was my first guess, but I was thrown off by sleeping safe and sound.

Only thing I can think of is a half moon, but I can't think how that would fit the last line, unless there's a song that Froggy just hates. :P

I honestly can't think of anything that reoccurs on a two-week system other than bills and paychecks, but that's not the answer.  I can't think of any living system with a two-week cycle.
