Reasonably sure there were neither any zombies or debt collectors around, Plucky pushes open the manhole and sticks his head up over the sand.  Some of the gritty stuff slid down into the refuge tube he had occupied for weeks, but that couldn’t be helped.  He scanned the desert horizon for threats, then climbed all the way out.  It was time to steal a camel (living or undead didn’t matter) and find another Ramen noodle merchant.

Staggering back, Froggychum screams in despair as the inferior living genes crawl down his eyes into his bloodstream, despite his desperate clawing.

Froggychum is (sadly) a human (with two bloody sockets)

The Fool on the Hill found a way into Froggychum's lab in the desert and sees how he survived the effects of his own serum as a human. Believing that he just found a cure for the zombi plague, he cheers and celebrates loudly his discovery!

As so many humans around him celebrated over having overcome the threat again them, Froggychum alone stared down at the ground, not making a sound.

'It cannot end like this,' he thinks to himself with sorrow, 'not after everything I've been through!'

An otherworldly gleam of madness fills his eyes... before he remarks, "Yes, that's right... I didn't do anything wrong... I just wanted us all to dance... until we DIED"

Bloody laughter escapes his lips as he throws his brutally-scarred arms (from countless deaths and revivals) into the air exclaims to the world of Man, "IF YOU DONT WANT TO DANCE WITH ME, THEN---!"

Reality itself shudders at his next words, "--- Then, "

D I E

And just like that, as if God Himself had turned off the lights, all life on the planet went extinct in the span of a single heartbeat.

20:50, Today: The Fool on the Hill rolled 65 using 1d100.  Zombie Apocalypse Roll.

The Fool on the Hill
sees the sun going down
and the eyes (rolling) in his head
see... that he just became a zombie!!!

He is now in a hotel room in Amsterdam... he doesn't remember anymore what he did the night before while going out and partying, but... something unforeseen must have happened!

RabbitBall sees the Fool approaching a little too close, and using his refined bouncing reflexes, manages to leap out a window and escape. He hears groans from the crowd nearby that sound a little too much like "BRAAAAINNNZZZ" for his liking. "I assume that means I am on the menu, then," he mutters to himself, and rummages through the first aid kit nearby. Taking the syringe that is inside, he pokes himself with it, and realizes just what is going on in the world, and how he needs to stay away from others for a while if he doesn't want to join the moaning chorus.

The Foolish Zombie walks around the hotel and zombifies all tourists and personnel, or submits to his will all other zombies that he can find around. Then he finally go to the lobby and strides (in the stumbling way of the zombies) towards the exit.

A small frog bro is chilling out in a pond, playing vidya badly... But just then...



He hears some commotion outside, and so he peeks his head out.

An army of rotting flesh is facing off against a group of desperate-looking armed men and women...

"Huh. Normies really love their re-enactments, don't they?" he mutters to himself as he shrinks away, before picking back up his console and continuing to throw the match.

17:42, Today: RabbitBall rolled 31 using 1d100.  Zombification?

After finding a place to hide from the zombies, RabbitBall finds nomination papers for Governor. Seeing this as a chance to make something of himself, he fills them out and begins petitioning online for the job. Will he get it? Time will tell.

STILL HUMAN (2).

After rage-quitting his game after spending an hour losing elo, the froggiest of chums decides to follow the advice of his toxic teammates who had flamed him and "Touch Grass"

Unfortunately, the millisecond he steps outside he is attacked by an escaped mental patient!

After a brutal scuffle that lasts several minutes, the froggy friend is victorious!

"Worst. Advice. Ever." he remarks in a nasal voice before retreating to his gamer hovel.

Due to the fact that he doesn't really smell any different, Froggychum does not realize he has become a rotting corpse infused with unholy vitality.

09:58, Today: RabbitBall rolled 53 using 1d100.  Zombie check.

RabbitBall finds a large number of humans on the Zombie Killfest server and makes his pitch to become Governor. He finds a  campaign manager who agrees to run the campaign for free. Soon signs are up all over the place reading "RabbitBall for Governor, Ears to you, mate" and the message seeps into the human consciousness. The polls place his approval rating at 88% and all the other candidates concede the race without an election.

RABBITBALL IS NOW GOVERNOR OF THE HUMANS (3).

20:45, Today: The Fool on the Hill rolled 26 using 1d100.  Zombie Apocalypse Roll.

Suddenly, the Fool looks around and realises that he is surrounded by zombies, and he realises as well that, for some reason that he doesn't know, he's now human again!
He yells and runs away in panic, followed by a multitude of zombies.

Froggychum is still gaming heinously, not noticing that his legs have atrophied... more than before

The Fool, in panic, manages to run fast enough to put some distance between himself and the crowd of zombies. He trias to reach the hill as fast as possible, as he hopes he will be able to find some shelter there.

Just as he dies for the eighth time in a single 4v4 match, all without getting a single kill nor an assist, Froggychum slams his fist through the computer in an epic gamer rage!

"DAMN IT!" he yells, "IT'S ALL MY TEAMMATES' FAULT!"

Huffing and puffing, the frog slowly notices that his hand is bleeding! "Ah! Blood!" he cries out in a high-pitched and trembling voice, going (even more) pale in the face

"P-p-p-p-po-po-poli-ce-ce !!!" the panicking man-phibian exclaims as he yeets himself out the door.

He runs up to a stranger, which is the first meat-space person he has spoken to in five months, and asks frantically, "GIVE ME YOUR BLOOD!!" before weakly adding, "...um, please..."

The Fool hears the announcement made by rabbittball and rushes to the Hill, where is the West Covita dandelion shop, and shakes his fists in front of it, like a madman: "I am the Governor!" he shouts!

(zombie x4 - i am zombie king!)

After getting his blood donation, Froggychum thanks the mangled flesh ball - i mean generous fellow - whose name he did not get.

Eventually, he begins to hear an annoying noise blaring over the city streets, which are strangely empty except for lots of red liquid. Did somebody spill kool-aid?

He traces the noise, because he thinks it may be an anime convention, in which case he needs to show up and prove his mettle as the smelliest fat-ass on this side of the galaxy!

Unfortunately, it just turns out to be a dandelion shop! This is disappointing, so Froggychum musters up his social skills and speaks up "Ah... i ... i h-have a c-c-c-c-c-complaint...?" he hardly even whispers under his breath, his eyes only staring at his feet.

Fortunately, a nice woman and her child come over to hear him out, and they converse by exchanging DELICIOUS BLOOD polite words

21:46, Today: The Fool on the Hill rolled 8 using 1d100.  Zombie Apocalypse Roll. (Human 4)

Seeing the zombie plague coming forward to the hill and the shopping centre on it, the Fool, with his bare open palm, stops the horrible undeads saying: "STOP! I am the Governor Fool and this is a no-zombie zone. All zombies in this zone will have to pay a fine or they will be clamped!"

The Froggy Zombie Chum King stops at the words of the Hill Fool.

However, after listening to his remarks, he becomes enraged!

"Huaahhh!?!? How DARE you??!! THIS IS DISCRIMINATION!" he roars out

Then, one zombie whispers something into his royal rotting ear, and Froggychum looks a little embarrassed, "Ah sorry... I forgot that zombies are not legally considered people, since they are not Homo sapiens. This wouldn't be covered by any discrimination laws."

Calming down and a little flushed, "I'd prefer nobody has to be clamped today, so please excuse my outburst. And, what is the toll fee?" he pulls out his wallet, which is covered in anime girl stickers

RabbitBall pokes his head out from the dandelion shop.

"You fool! Your Zombie Vaccination Card is out of date, and you have negative support in the Governor Polls. You will have to wait your turn to be Governor. And if you try to sneak a zombie into the palace to bite me, I will personally hunt you down and bite you so hard your children will start screaming for brains!!"
