Seriously, I've never learned how. I have often tried to teach myself, but I never listen and eventually I get discouraged and stop trying.  Or at least I try to stop, but when I advice myself to stop trying to advise me, I don't pay attention and keep trying to advise me. Does this happen to everyone, or just me?
