Consulting the data terminal you learn that there are dozens of cantinas, entertainment complexes and the like within reasonable commuting distance of the starport.  It is reasonable to assume the priates don't travel too far lest they be needed to head off on a mission at short notice.

Outside the bay there is various hawkers and merchants trying to sell everything.  Airtaxis offer to show you the sights, merchants offer you every product imaginable whilst others beg for credits.

Seeing Jamie's team already being assaulted by the hawkers, Cyril's team moves quickly around the corner to avoid the throng.
