Welcome to RPoL.  Before I get ahead of myself and ask what sort of games interest you, let me just recommend that you read the FAQs (especially those related to policies).

You've made a great start by posting here, in Beginners.  Knock around, do some light reading, and check out Wanted - Players and Wanted - GMs.  These are places to solicit for players for your games, or to find a GM to run a game you want to play in.

If you want to GM, definitely check out the GM's Help system - there are a lot of features here I haven't seen anywhere else that will be helpful in organizing and running a game.

Game Proposals, Input and Advice is a place to float concepts for games before doing all the legwork required to put one together.

There's lots to see and do here.  Dig in, and enjoy yourself!
