I thought it polite to greet everyone and thank the mods for what looks like a great focal point for all kinds of roleplay. As an older player who is new to tabletop and online RP,I am amazed to see such a wide selection of games. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead..

Its the best site out there. All you need is on the page you are on...Game  pages have maps. PMs  and  game threads.

The Main screen has a customizable  search enguine to lok up  games  by genre , posts, even GMs

Welcome! Plenty of older folks here, so you'll fit right in. And lots of options, as you have noted. If you get stuck in a game you don't like, just exit gracefully (i.e., don't "ghost") and keep searching until you find one or more that you do like.

      Welcome, I would repeat all that has been said above. This is a truly great site for gamers of all sorts and ages, as 1492 said, plenty of us older folk out here. If you find yourself needing an answer, just ask and/or check the FAQ plenty of friendly people to answer any questions.

Welcome my friend from an older player!  There are loads of different genres of games both System and Freeform creative writing games.  Most are newbie friendly.  There is the Community Forum you can ask a question and recieve a plethra of replies to help you.  We were all new to this online gaming place.  Searches on the Main Page, Wanted Players, Wanted GMs, etc etc etc!
