You have ether a dex/int weapon or a str/con weapon. The damage mod is any of those-the highest.

Folks, if you look at post 61 in the game thread I did in fact move the game on, so the last conversation was a flashback ;)

Basically unless you want to go undergo Alpha flux or barter for some equipment we're good to go into the Sprawl!
