The young knight returns, and immediately goes to find Levis. I'm sorry for what I did to you, but this be the nature of arena fighting. Glad to recover my own shape in any case.

Levis started shaking her head and smiled the moment he began his apology. "If you feel bad for winning, just remember that when I first arrived here, nobody knew what to expect from me, and my shadows have slain even the more cunning combatants here without mercy."

Orophear walked smoothly back into the common room where the fighters all gathered.
"A grand fight indeed. You two make a fairly outstanding team." the elf said as he pointed to Gawain and Quinlan.
"I'm not ready to give up on our pairing just yet either, though. Perhaps we should have a rematch. Would you be willing Levis?"

"I'm willing, though a more enclosed location would suite me better."

Do you have one in mind? Gawain asks.

"I think the Athenaeum Arcanum would be fair."

"Agreed."

I don't know about "fair", but we'll give it our best! Gawain answers, flashing a charming smile.

OOC: I'll set it up tomorrow, way too busy today.

"Adamar, perhaps a match without my allies?"

The dwarf looks up as the young arcanist re-appears un-scathed from the savage battle against the monsters.
Nice work! Ah thought they be closin' in on yer fer a moment.

Levis stood up from her chair and stretched with a big yawn.
"I need to stretch my legs. Anyone want to play?"

OOC: I'm working on a warmage (ecl 4). A little lightweight for you perhaps, but I'd like to try him out.

ooc: Works for me. On weekends, nobody seems to post, so I have too much time.

Moments earlier a young man dressed in dusty garb of earth tones had stepped into the tavern, orienting himself slightly and walked up to the bar to order some firewine. As Levis stirs, he looks up and salutes her formally.

I am ready to face you in the arena, although it feels awkward going up against one so young.

Gwendol grins and chuckles. Dun let appearances fool ye lad. Keep yer distance from 'er when yer fight. If yer can.

Ignoring the dwarf, the man continues. I'm Turin, from the northern wastes. Having studied the available arenas briefly, I'm prepared to face you in the athaneum arcanum.

"It's nice to meet you. I'll see you in the arena. Grab a light, it might get dark in there."
Levis offered in jest.

The dark-robed Kelemvorite rises from his seat to stand closer to the warmage Turin.

"Elias St. Clair," he calls, "Turin and I were discussing whether the two of us might prove a challenge for you.  What reckon you?"

[OOC:  Turin is a warmage, ECL 4, and Lyssander is a priest of Kelemvor, ECL 4 as well.]

"I think we could prove challenging for one another. Let's see!"

Turin, still fresh from the fight, finishes the wine before raising the empty cup as a salute to the Waukeenar. This should prove interesting! he says.
