Elidin recognized the sound of someone who had enlarged themselves. The Assimar rolled his eyes and began to move forward until he came to the center pillar. Once there he placed his back against the pillar and waited to see if the woman would come forward.

Penny cocked her head to the side, what did he have on his mind? She couldn't hear very well but he wasn't coming into view to left or right. Was he expecting she'd blunder right into him? Carefully she circled around the column until she could see him. Her flail swung around but not against his chest, instead it hit the column right next to his leg.

What is it with every opponent I fight wanting to trip me, dammit! the Dragon Shaman thought to himself as he stepped back from the enlarged woman.
Once his feet were set the Shaman opened his mouth and breathed heavily, a cone of frigid air blasting over Penny.

Penny saw the dragon shaman side-stepping and getting out of her reach "Oh, you're the type who wants to dance before he's getting serious." she said grinning, then weathered the effect of his icy cold breath. Thank the fiends her heritage protected her from any ill effects [Resistance cold 5].

The tiefling followed up and this time the ball and chain wrapped around his ankle, though the tug she gave him was more than pitiful. "Dance sky-boy, dance!" she called out laughing.

In case you decide to stand up, Penny should get an AoO. I've gone ahead and rolled for it, so it doesn't slow us down too much:

Elidin hit the ground as his feet were pulled out from underneath him. He cursed under his breath at people using chain weapons as he activated the gold anklet he wore within his boot. The world around him shifted and folded as he blinked out of existence and back in about 10 feet away. Once out of reach of the enlarged woman Elidin stood back up and readied himself for another attack. The Dragon Shaman decided that since his breath weapon had no effect on the woman his energy shield would also be ineffective so he activated another of his gifts, his body suddenly glowing a faint dark blue.
