The pugilistic dwarf appears in one corner of the arena and begins weaving spells in preparation of the battle. Haela Brightaxe be blessin' both o' us, spellsword! he calls over to Orophear, raising Orcsbane high in salutation of his opponent.

Orophear also appeared in his corner and first drew a wand which he used on himself and then dropped. The elf then cast a quick spell on himself and drew out his fine curved elven longsword. The quiet elf drew the sword up in front of himself then slashed out to the side in a salute to his opponent and waited for the sound of the gong to signify the start of the match.

Gwendol jolts as the electricity hits him, and he feels the bond made with Elysaeum break and the divine power allowing him to call upon an ally dissipate. Recognizing his tactical mistake, Gwendol decides not to make the same mistake again. He utters a brief incantation causing a billowing mist to surround and cloak him. After that he moves from his previous position.

The elf listened carefully to try and figure out what direction he should head then ran into the stone circle looking to finally get in close and get this fight started.
