Wow! At last White Wolf releases something they calls Player's guide for VtR. That is something I have longed for. But as with a lot of RPG-books, it might as well just be a bunch of fluff.
It is meant to contain changes to the rules, and some other things, such as what Vampires feel when they use blood to power Disciplines, things like that. I think it'll be an excellent book.
