Character Introduction Thread

This is where the characters of our RP are introduced! :) I'll start with mine: Katy.

Group Details: (FF leaders only)
Channelwood is actually the name of a forest near Middletown. But the Channelwood Freedom Fighters live in a tree-house village named after it's location. The CFF are strongly familiar with the woods and know a lot about survival in the forest. But their tech is incredibly low, only having electric lights thanks to their nearby windmill. Most of their technology is water pump related. Channelwood was formed as a result of escaping Middletown when it was taken over. Now they exsist both as a means of survival and as an attack force meant to take Middletown back from Robotnik.


Background:
Katy was born in Middletown and enjoyed a decent childhood until the coup. When she was 9 years old, Robotnick's forces took over. Luckily for her, Katy's parents gave their lives in order to get her an escape to the nearby woods. Zealous and determined, Katy vowed to never allow her parent's sacrifice to be in vain. She was partially responsible for the building of Channelwood since she helped with alot of the manual labor, worked her way through things and was constantly taking innitiative. This eventually made her the leader of the Channelwood Freedom Fighters.


Personality:
Katy has a slight temperament, but her determination forces her to stay in check since she feels a heavy weight of responsibility for her fellow freedom fighters. Generally in a bad mood, but tries to act calm and strong on the outside for the benefit of everyone around her.


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Katy has all the abilities listed for raccoons in the race section. ("Vicious" and "Size Doesn't Matter")

2.) Leadership - Katy has a talent for rallying others, making her a natural leader. While it is part of her personality to constantly take the initiative, the skill comes in where Katy has learned how to divy out responsibility so that things get done and everyone has a part to play. This, coupled with her strong character, lack of stage fright and speach skill makes Katy the choice person for taking charge of the village she lives in.

3.) Combat - While Katy is no serious practitioner of Martial Arts, she DOES know how to fight. Her fighting style is dirty fighting. Simply a feral, vicious fighting that adds technique into the mix. The techniques Katy uses are mostly military. She's also learned multiple take-downs due to the fact she and her group fight robots that stand twice as tall as them.

4.) Slingshot - Katy knows hand-to-hand, while good to know, is nowhere near as effective as having a weapon, no matter who your enemy is. As a child, she thought the slingshot was fun. Today, she takes what was once fun and turns it into something very serious. Katy is a decent aim with the slingshot, able to hit her mark most of the time if within 30 feet of her target, but beyond that, her accuracy diminishes greatly.

5.) Physical Fitness - Katy works out every day. A very rounded workout that exercises her agility, strength, reflexes and endurance. Katy is possibly the most all-around fit person in Channelwood and frequently encourages others to get as fit as her if not surpass her.

    A.) Strength - Katy is strong enough to out-wrestle any girl her size,
        granted that they don't have some kind of super strength.

    B.) Agility - Katy can walk tightropes with some effort, but is not
        quite on par with a cat.

    C.) Reflexes - Katy is a bundle of nerves normally. The fact she has
        TRAINED reflexes on top of that means she can react in time to
        just about anything save lasers.

    D.) Endurance - Katy is a tank for lack of a better term. Capable of
        running nonstop for hours and capable of getting hit many times
        before she gets taken out. She is as enduring as a normal raccoon
        can possibly hope to get. Katy has been seen thrown against a
        wall only to bounce back up and fight as though nothing happened.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Fury - Katy is a pent up bundle of emotion. If she gets angry enough, she loses any reserve she once had and fights without prejudice, blinded by rage and incapable of self preservation. It usually takes something like seeing one of her own fall in battle. Thankfully, this particular weakness is balanced by the fact it is purely fueled by getting her comrades to safety and it also makes Katy tap into her adrenaline, allowing her a temporary, but massive boost to her strength. When Katy is in this state, her reflexes suffer due to not going on the defensive at all. Also, once she has calmed down, her body becomes extremely fatigued and she is incapable of doing much of anything for a long while (A day or two).

2.) Nervous - When under pressure, be it that time is running out or a new problem pops up in the middle of a mission, Katy improvises. But she loses her nerve in the process since things are not running smooth and this causes her to forget details. Katy's thinking becomes blurrier and coming up with more ideas as more problems arise becomes harder. After a certain point, Katy will do something reckless and it usually involves a very aggressive, direct approach, attacking the problem head-on.


Weapons:
1.) Slingshot - Katy is armed with a Y-shaped stick that has a strong strap of rubber attached to it. She can grab any small rock from the ground, put it to the strap, pull back and let go for an accurate and somewhat damaging shot. Katy also carries around a small sack filled with rocks that she tries to keep filled just in case she ever winds up in a place that is rock-free.

1.) Rope - Katy carries a rope around just in case it's needed.

Description of your character:  Joe is a coyote, his fur and eyes being of the obvious colors to go with this.  He wears gray cargo pants, black sneakers and gloves(thin gloves, thus avoiding the mickey mouse glove look many are victim too).  And a loose fitting dark gray long sleeved shirt along with a brown vest,

History/background: His father being a low ranked soldier and his mother being a mechanic with aspirations of being an inventor. Since as early as he was able to understand the lessons, his father taught him various lessons on survival and as much about combat as you can to someone thats not likely make use of such things.  While his mother didn't directly teach him, but did explain the many things he asked questions about regarding the building and repair of mechanical devices.

 When the coup took place Joe lost both his parents,(of course, this is not very surprising) his father to laser fire while his mother was captured for the unpleasant fate of being a robotic slave.  The only things he had to keep him alive being his parents teachings and a half finished grappling hook gauntlet.  Cutting an angsty back story short, Mom died, arm guard ended up actual arm, malfunctioning claw ended up through mom, hence the whole dead robot mom thing.

  Eventually after doing the cliche wandering thing for a while...Okay, cliche wandering for years, he became realistic enough to realize that the odds were rather low he'd be the one to personally get revenge on robotnick like so many others have become convinced.  So he then figured it would be easier to cause a general hassle to fat crazy men working with others, and got to dealing with the issues of joining whatever the nearest group of freedom fighters happened to be recently.

Personality:  No angst. Though he's trying and failing to avoid the jaded gutter, with a side of honest sounding questions you don't want to hear.  Finds people doing things like trying to take over or blow up the world seems like a bad thing for some odd reason.

 He has a casual outlook on life, and almost a complete apparent disregard for the value of his own.  This isn't the case as he does try to avoid dying, just not so much the situation that can cause death.  He also has been in the habit of using method other than his grapple claw recently, as he hasn't needed to deal with a problem that requires high voltage or swinging around faster than normal grappling hooks can for a while.

Abilities:  Joe possesses the kind of agility usually associated with the feline species and ninjas. (sadly, He's not an actual ninja.)  His skills in surviving things through violence and evasion may be overlooked due his tendency to act like a background extra half the time.

 While not a genius mechanic or inventor he does have enough skill to maintain and build replacements for the cybernetic weapon he's used since childhood, along with other similar things.  Grapple hook guns for everybody! no laser cannons sadly.  There is also his tendency to have apparently useless items like pipe cleaners, rubber ducky's,  wire and such handy.

  The grapple claw does the obvious pointy claw and grappling hook actions. The forearm is more durable than the usual roboticised limb due to being fused with something originally meant as a fancy arm guard. Though we're talking able to block sharp objects, not lasers here.  The convenient electrical shock function while able to deal with more problematic killer robots by voiding the warranty of their insides after stabbery isn't something he can constantly use.  He makes up for this with his preferences towards more old fashioned violence, less old fashioned violence, or really any  kind of violence that doesn't make use of his left arm beyond using it like a normal arm.

Weapon: The convenient grapple claw thats kind of attached to his arm. Stuff that you could slap together from stuff you'd find in a hardware store.  And normal grapple hooks hurt when swung upside the head you know.

Description:
Young cat woman with a cuppycake smile :3 ( http://cuppycake.ytmnd.com/ <-- warning: Crashes your browser if you don't have the latest quicktime installed) and eagerly swishing tail nearly all the time.  ^.^S  Light brown fur with a dark tail tip, dark ear tips, and a dark strip across the forehead that arches down to a tip between the eyes.  >;)  Dark brown hair pulled back into two short pigtails leaving the bangs to fall to either side of the face.  Eager gray-blue eyes.  *.*  Nearly entirely covered in rusty metal armor hammered out from various robot parts and held together with leather.  Right hand carries a crude sword  fashioned from what used to be a lawnmower blade.  Left arm carries a round shield fashioned from a swat-bot's head.  (!^.^)>)  Strapped to her back is a rucksack overflowing with various pieces of gear.  In cold or rainy weather a brown hooded cape covers everything.


Background:
  Mittens was raised in a Christian family in a village nestled in the center of an enormous ancient crater - physically isolated from the conflict common to most other places on Mobius.  When she was 9 years old, a refugee struggled into town and recalled Robotnic's horrific take-over that had happened a year earlier.  o.O!

  Desperate to begin the life of adventure she had always longed for, she used any moral excu... erm... reason >.> <.< to talk her parents into allowing her to leave home and help the victims of Robotnic.  They agreed to let her go - on the condition that she would have to avoid danger as much as possible, and then only after she would become an adult.  >.<  (No way would they let their preteen girl join any rebel group to try and overthrow a global tyrant - that's just suicide!)

  Knowing that their daughter would likely run off anyway, her parents cleverly enticed her to stay home by promising her "training" in adventuring.  For the next seven years, they took her from villager to villager, paying for lessons in everything she might need in the dangerous outside world.  :o  Soon after her 16th birthday, considered legal adult age in her village, she left the valley in search of adventure!  :D


Personality:
  A weird mix of experienced and naive, Mittens is almost always in a cheerful mood.  ^.^  She had a very sheltered childhood and doesn't carry the emotional scars that most Mobians do: watching your family die, spending much of your life in terror, having to abandon a friend to the robotisizer or suffer the same fate - stuff like that.  ;.;  She feels sorry for those that such things happen to, and has heard many a sad tale, but it hasn't been enough to dim her positive outlook - the goodguys WILL win in the end.  ^.^

  She takes great pride in her ability to be a "one man army," so the easiest way to get on her good side is to compliment her skill.  :D  She takes a matter-of-fact approach to her faith and easily overlooks how hard it is for others to believe in a loving God.  :o  But faith seems to take a back seat to an unquenchable thirst for adventure.  >:D  Evil tyrant with a growing robot army that outnumbers and out-guns you in every way imaginable?  YAY!  =^.^=


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Mittens has all the abilities listed for cats in the race section. ("Extreme Curiosity", "Agile", "Night Vision" and "Carnivorous")

2.) Jack of all trades, master of none - She takes her ability to jerry-rig basic equipment for granted.  Raised by a master craftsman, she has modest skill in smithing, leather craft, sewing, fishing, woodworking, basic electronics repair...  you name it.  ^.^  Of course, jerry-rigged equipment needs constant maintenance and is prone to fail at inopportune moments.  >.<

3.) Commando - Her adventures have taught her to be quite the rounded fighter - functional skill in hand to hand combat, staff, archery, evasion, infiltration, stealth, etc...  but she has a strong preference for the sword and shield - makes her feel like a paladin.  ^_^

4.) Surviver - Her guardian angel works over-time!  ^.^;

5.) Etc - Basic survival skill you'd expect someone with her background to pick up along the way, like first aid, skinning and cooking food, whistling complicated tunes to banish boredom on long walks, etc.  :x


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) "Aggressive" is such a weak word - Mittens is the kind who not only rushes headlong into danger, but looks for danger with great anticipation. This thrusts her into situations way over her head... especially since she gets even more excited if it's something that she knows is far beyond her skill level.


Weapons:
1.) Sword and Shield! -  Fun! ^_^



Equipment:
1.) Armor - Metal armor fashioned from fallen robots and held together with leather.

2.) Rucksack - Crammed with typical mountain-man gear:  rope, folding camper's shovel that doubles as a pickaxe or grappling hook, survival knife or two, leather water skin, fishing pole that doubles as a bow or walking stick, etc, etc. - stuff you might expect an adventurer who's survived traveling in an apocalyptic world to have.  :P  Of course, all the above is carefully packed to avoid any attention-grabbing clanging.

Description:
Samuel is slender, with a slightly athletic build weighing approximately 160 pounds and standing 5 foot 11 inches tall. He has dark brown eyes, and short dark brown hair, and eyebrows. Since arriving on Mobius he has grown a short beard that is a lighter brown than the rest of his hair, mainly due to a shaving kit not being considered ‘emergency gear’. Also Samuel wears a gold and platinum wedding ring on his left ring finger. Samuel normally wears his jumpsuit and boots along with a set of  white goggles with tinted lenses on his forehead.


Background:
Samuel’s parents work for the Stelaras Company with his father being a technician and his mother being a doctor. Samuel was thus raised on space stations and spaceships growing up among employees of the Stelaras Company. He had a fun, but somewhat difficult childhood as he started out as an apprentice to his father at an early age, but he enjoyed the challenge of it all as well as being able to brag about his accomplishments to the other children he’d meet at space stations. Samuel’s parents took great care to keep Samuel from ever getting hurt, even when he went on ‘assignments’ during his apprenticeship that some might have considered too dangerous for a child to be on. Naturally, once Samuel completed his apprenticeship, he became a full-fledged employee of the Stelaras Company at the age of 16 years old. He was then assigned to a newly commissioned ship known as the Elsydeon, where he met the crew that would become his second family. One of them was even his future wife.

One day, the starship Elsydeon came across the Mobian solar system while searching for another mining site. While they found what they were after, the crew of the ship also found there was life. Protocal demanded they contact any space-fairing sentient life to get permission for mining. Having no idea who Robotnik was, the captain was tricked into landing on Mobius in a shuttle with two other crewmembers of the Elsydeon. They were ambushed and eventually roboticized. However, Samuel and a few others had stayed behind in the starship Elsydeon and witnessed this event via the captain's hidden communicator.

Robotnik could not afford for word of his treachery to reach the space authorities, it would be more trouble than he was ready to deal with, so he attacked the Elsydeon. Samuel assisted in the defense of the Elsydeon by fending off part of the attack in a small space pod. However, the ship managed to shoot off deep into space using it's warp speed capabilities, leaving Samuel's damaged Space pod behind due to being unable to retrive it prior to escaping. Luckily for Samuel, his pod appeared to be so damaged that Robotnik believed Samuel died during re-entry.

Samuel managed to crash his Space Pod near the downed shuttle that his captain had used earlier and began repairs on it. Soon, he was discovered by the Aquarius Freedom Fighters and they took him in, providing Samuel with both better living conditions and a good hiding place. Now Samuel continues repairs on the shuttle craft while helping the AFF with missions, especially missions that benefit his own purposes.


Personality:
Samuel is open minded, but since his wife Alexis was captured and Robotizied, Samuel has been rather depressed as it is clear that Samuel feels that a part of his own soul was taken from him when Robotnik took Alexis from him. Samuel has made it quite clear that he's willing to do whatever it takes to get Alexis and his other friends from the Elsydeon back from Robotnik. However he has known far too many unscrupulous people to trust just anyone he meets, but when Samuel befriends someone, he'd sacrifice his life, if necessary, to save that person without any hesitation. After all, he's willing to sacrifice himself to save his fellow crew members from the Elsydeon.

Samuel also has somewhat of a strange sense of humor, as he’s the type of person to wear a set of fake vampire fangs that look realistic for no reason other than to see how people react to it. Although Samuel rarely even show signs of possessing a sense of humor at all, except when around children, at least until he feels secure enough that he wouldn’t be lynched if the joke ended up being taken the wrong way. This is especially true since when he was nearly lynched for being at first mistaken as a robot in his space suit by mobians underwater as he was working on repairing his shuttle via parts salvaged from his ruined Space Pod.

Possibly the most disturbing part of Samuel's personality is the unpredictability of it as Samuel's mood can change very drastically without much warning if any at all. But none can deny that when Samuel tries to do something he always goes all out.


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Samuel has all the abilities listed for overlanders in the race section.
    ("No Claws" and "Large")

2.) Stelaras Technician - Samuel has been trained to be a technician for his job aboard the mining craft "Elsydeon". While this means he knows how to repair equipment from the ship as well as general functions of the ship itself, it also means Samuel has a good understanding of many kinds of technology, allowing him to figure out most tech he comes across. However, advanced Mobian technology (Such as roboticizers or Lazar's "magic") is beyond his skill to repair or understand.

3.) Backup Pilot - Samuel is trained as a pilot and is qualified to pilot small spacecraft and space pods. This gives Samuel experience in things like flight calibration, landing safely and a general understanding of flying crafts. Therefor, it would not take Samuel much to figure out how to pilot an airborn vehicle from Mobius.

4.) Basic Self Defense - Stelaras employees are expected to work in harsh environments. But while they are armed with guns, Stelaras employees don't always have one handy. That said, they are taught a basic self defense fighting style akin to what police might learn in a police academy. Take-downs, arm locks and other grapple moves are most of it.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Neutral - Samuel is not in this fight to help the Freedom Fighters. He is only interested in rescuing his crew mates and making Robotnik suffer badly. While he DOES help the Freedom Fighters, it is only a means to an end and he would just as quickly stab them in the back if it meant he would achieve his goal. This fact makes him less trusted and even hated by his comrads (the freedom fighters) which is a dangerous situation to be in, especially in this world. If Samuel is not careful, he could wind up shooting himself in the foot so badly, he'll find himself roboticized just like the crew mates he seeks to rescue. This attitude ironically also partially blinds him to certain things that would get him his goal quicker and especially easier such as friendship and loyalty. Samuel should be so lucky if someone decides to be loyal to him since he leaves a lot to questioning concerning his loyalty to anyone besides his crew mates.

2.) Fear of Failure - Samuel has a deep-seeded fear of failure. Deep inside, he really knows Robotnik is WAY out of his league. This fear can be used against him since a villain or even a neutral could easily get Samuel to do whatever they wanted by dangling the carrot of rescuing his family. This makes Samuel more susceptible to betraying the freedom fighters or just downright leaving without warning.


Weapons:
Since arriving on Mobius these weapons remain in a weapons locker in his shuttle except when Samuel is going to be heading outside of the shuttle.

Working in remote parts of outer space can be dangerous, especially when in a star system that has no real law enforcement in it. Thus the Stelaras Company, as well as all the other explorative companies similar to it, is required to equip and train all employees to defend themselves in both unarmed and armed combat. Samuel’s training isn’t on par with military training but he isn’t defenseless as in addition to using the following weapons. (Which as a technician he’s also trained to maintain.)

1.) Gauss Gun - Also known as a coil gun, this is a rifle that can shoot a metal projectile at a rather high velocity, (In this case around the speed of sound due to energy limitations, though faster rail/coil gun weapons do exist) the weapon clips hold 50 rounds as well as enough electrical charge to launch the 50 rounds. The Gauss Gun is about as ‘lethal’ as a modern assault rifle, but designed to operate in any environment, including those that prevent the usage of standard gunpowder firearms or lasers, as the sparks and heat from those weapons being used could ignite flammable materials and result in the death of the one using the weapon. This weapon can fold up easily and is normally worn in a holster of sorts that he wears on the upper right leg of the jumpsuit or spacesuit. Samuel typically carries 2 extra clips for this weapon on the straps of the holster. This gun also has hard points where various accessories can be attached to the weapon.

2.) Laser Pistol - This weapon also doubles as a laser cutter/wielder depending on the setting Samuel sets it to. It can be powered either via a direct power feed from his jumpsuit’s tool belt, or by cartridges that hold enough power for 20 shots. The pistol is normally stored in a holster on the tool belt. (Samuel typically carries 2 extra clips, although the pistol can draw power form a space suit shorting the time that the suit can operate accordingly.) This laser pistol is no more dangerous than a normal laser pistol made on Mobius.

3.) Beam Edge Sword - Another tool that also doubles as a weapon, is the energy edge sword, as it is a multipurpose ‘tool’ designed to be able to cut through most materials, the physical edges of the blade is that of a normal sword with a mono molecular edge that is extremely sharp and made of a ceramic-metal  alloy, that never really needs to be sharpened, but it has limits to what it can cut. In order to get around these limits an Electron cutting beam containment system is laced throughout the blade to create an electron beam field around the edges of the sword from the hilt to the tip of the sword that uses electrons trapped within the field to disrupt the stability of materials that come into contact with the field weakening the material enough for the physical edge to cut through the material much easier. When the sword is powered on it can cut through almost any physical material, although it will be parried by any electron based field, such as the field produced by another active Beam Edge Sword, or by a force field. The sword is normally stored in a flexible sheath on the back of the jumpsuit, or spacesuit, running diagonally for easy access, and the blade is two and a half feet long. (Note: The Beam Edge field that surrounds the blade when powered on CANNOT deflect energy attacks, this thing isn’t a light saber, just a sword with an energy-enhanced cutting edge, which makes it incredibly useful for cutting through heavy, dense, and/or hard materials.)


Equipment:
1.) Personal Space Suit - A space suit is sort of a personal space craft/life support system. The space suit for a space miner and a technician needs to be durable, as space miners occasionally have to use explosives in space, as well as needing to be protected from radiation so these suits are heavily armored, like ‘modern Bomb disposal body armor’. But like that type of armor and modern space suits the space suit Samuel uses is slow and cumbersome, it weights 80 pounds, but it isn’t useful in combat since it’s so slow and restrictive that combat is not really possible in the suit. Its thruster system is rather weak, and completely useless in normal gravity, but it can be used as a ballast system when underwater, as the suit is somewhat buoyant like a modern space suit (As modern astronauts train in large swimming pools to simulate working in outer space. and space suits do work as viable ‘scuba suits’ so long as the crush depth is not exceeded.) The suits work on a re-breather system with a built in oxygen scrubber allowing for an infinite supply of oxygen as long as the suit’s power system holds out. The space suit has enough power for climate control and oxygen generation for up to 72 hours before the power pack runs out. Using the thrusters will reduce this time span. His bracers automatically interface with his suit to enable him to use them while in his space suit. Also like all known existing space suits the space suit does have the ability to keep track of the medical status of the person wearing the suit.

2.) Tool Belt - Samuel's tool belt includes tools of his trade, allowing him to repair most basic equipment on the spot. However, anything more complicated than a simple technology would require Samuel to take it back to his ship so he can use a larger variety of tools in the lab. Samuel is capable of attaching his tool belt around the waist of his spacesuit, due to the belt’s elastic properties.

    A) Gas Mask - Samuel has a gas mask of sorts in his tool belt that he
       needs to use from time to time when working in an environment that
       lacks oxygen or is otherwise toxic to humans. It also works under
       water as scuba gear and is powered by an attached cord to his belt.

3.) Diagnostic Bracer - Worn on Samuel's left forearm, he can use this to analyze equipment and materials to determine the appropriate course of action. The capabilities of this tool are comparable the diagnostic capabilities of  Sally’s Computer Nichole, although it is about 2x the size and does not have any other of Nichole’s capabilities. It is, however, well shielded/hardened against EMP and radiation.

4.) Comm Bracer - Samuel wears this on his right forearm. It is a communication device that is also capable of interfacing with nearly any computer system Samuel could come across, mostly for the purpose of transferring data and serving as a universal interface for the Diagnostic Bracer to allow the bracer to run software based tests on computers. Additionally the Communications Bracer has a small holo-projector, which can serve several useful purposes ranging from visual communication to displaying diagnostic results.

5.) Goggles - Used when working with any equipment that could harm his eyes, like welding equipment.

6.) Magnetic Boots - Samuel’s white boots have limited magnetic and anti-gravity  capabilities, designed to make movement in Zero-Gs easier by allowing for magnetically locking to metallic surfaces as well as slow but controlled propulsion when weightless. In a normal environment with 1G the boots are capable of helping Samuel cling to a spot to help him stay steady when everything around him is shaking, as well as slowing descents to prevent injury from falling.

The Aquarius Freedom Fighters are mostly seabears who fled Urser when it was taken over. However, unlike most freedom fighter havens, the seabears were prepared with a place to secretly take their royal family to. The place was a small fortress called Aquarius. Armed to the teeth and built with the most sturdy materials available to the Urser kingdom, Aquarius is a place that even if found will not fall easy. Due to being under a lake, it has yet to be detected. But thanks to it's being built to accommodate royalty, this fortress also houses possibly the most comfortable living conditions for freedom fighters in all of Mobius. It has a decent variety of technology available to it including it's own supercomputer, elevators, eye-scan locks and even a few vehicles. Members of this place are a little spoiled in that they live comfortable compared to all other freedom fighters, but they exist to resist Robotnik like any.


Description:
White fur and white hair decorate this sea-dweller. Shelly has a pair of glassy sky-blue eyes. Her hair frames her face as the bangs are almost shoulder length but the rest of her hair is pulled up into a ponytail with the use of seaweed. Peeking from her hair are two round furry ears. On her forehead, Shelly wears a gold tiara that has a large white shell fastened to it with a red stone at the base of it. She wears a grayed light-blue sleeveless shirt with a triangle on the front pointing at the collar. Her skirt, also light blue, has a blue design of ocean waves on the rim. on her waste, she wears a blue band that looks like a belt. On her fore-arms, she wears gold wrist bands. Around her neck is a necklace with a red stone similar to the one on her forehead. On her feet, Shelly wears an odd pair of skin-tight footwear that goes up to just below her knees where a shell is fastened on each leg. On the sides of these shoes are are little wings.


Background:
Born to the kingdom of Urser, Shelly was meant to have a pampered upbringing complete with servants and beds large enough to fit Robotnick. But it was not long that she had that life since at age 5, she saw something her parents never thought they'd see... Robotnick took over Mobotropolis and soon followed up with several other places. Urser was one of the very next places Robotnick took and so all the concern was was for the royalty to escape. But in the bustle, Shelly got separated from her parents. In the end, while Shelly made it to the safe haven known as Aquarius, her parents did not. Since then, she has lived in a hidden underwater base.


Personality:
Gentle, soft, etc... both physically and emotionally, Shelly is one soft gal. She tends to be very forgiving and patient for the most part. Unfortunately, that means she also allows people to abuse her over and over. Luckily, Shelly also has her own way of defending herself as a soft answer usually turns away wrath. Shelly can also be a severe tease at times and enjoys pulling pranks whenever she can. But beware... people like Shelly who allow others to abuse them time and again tend to blow up at the most unexpected times. Shelly is no exception. Should someone push her too far, Shelly might verbally tear them apart.


Abilities:

Taught by Nautilus himself, Shelly has gotten the best training available and is capable of some amazing feats such as jumping a good 15 feet out of the water and can swim circles around anyone. Her endurance is not what Nautilus' was in his prime, but she is currently his equal in that regard.

3.) Royal Glow - Due to being royalty among seabears, Shelly can glow from any part or all parts of her body. Eyes, hands, torso, tail, or all of the above... it doesn't matter. The luminescence can reach a brightness of 10 lumins, allowing sight in any dark area. Shelly normally only uses this in dark areas, but it is sometimes kicked off by emotion, such as embarrassment or even sometimes by anger.



Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Princess - Despite her extreme physical fitness and other things that would indicate the contrary to this weakness, Shelly is physically sensitive and very easy to hurt. Her ability to deal with pain is very low and she can go uncontious with relative ease. While her physical fitness allows her to be able to keep going, her mind doesn't. Pain is a STRONG deterrent for Shelly.


Weapons:
1.) Trident - Shelly doesn't tote it around often, but she has a trident which she knows how to use in combat fairly well. It is made of steel and coated with a special substance excreted by certain sea creatures. This substance allows the steel to be rust-proof. Since it belongs to the princess, it also has some gold and jewels decorating it, making it quite a beautiful weapon.

Extras - About Seabears:

The Kingdom of Urser is the capital of all seabear kingdoms. Seabears are all capable of speeds of 17mph in the water. All seabears can breathe air and water indefinitely. Royal seabears have special abilities buried deep in their genetic makeup. The royalty can make any part of their body glow like a jellyfish could. The seabears are not really tech experts, but they are excellent at architecture. Their buildings are even fashioned in such a way as to control currents, temperature, and other such things that most people would think only technology could do. Some of the other races think the buildings are alive when visiting a seabear kingdom. As a whole, seabears are not aggressive and prefer sticking to their own affairs. Their crime rate is low and their race prospers with more ease than other races. But they are fierce when fighting in defense. And the fact that they are experts in architecture doesn't hurt that either.

Description:
Seabears naturally have all white fur and white hair. They also have a long tail with a dolphin-like fin at the end. The head tends to almost resemble a polar bear (hence the specie name seabear) with the round ears on the sides.

Background:
Over the past, Seabears usually kept to their own kingdoms. Their cultures and history are unknown by most and even more insignificant to most people now that Robotnick has taken over. But one thing always consistant in their background is that they were caretakers. Never was there a civil war for these people. And although their highest king did not rule mobius, he *did* rule mobius's oceans. The kingdom of Aqualucia was the capital city where the king resided. Now it is only one of many Robotnick controlled cities. Most of the race, like any other, has been roboticized. Ironically, not many land-dwellers (Even Robotnick's minions) know of the Seabears. Now forgotten by almost all but the bots put in charge of them, this is one race that may go extinct due to both their keeping to themselves and to Robotnick's takeover.

Attitude:
Protective, loyal to a fault, and never *liking* to fight. The Seabear race is one rather peaceful race by nature. But do not be fooled... although they dislike fighting, they will if they have to. And they will fight as hard as needed. Hard as hell if protecting a friend. However, if you plan to app for one of this race and try to kill another of your race, you will be toaded because that is thoroughly out of theme. That is as likely as Sonic killing Sally.

Abilities:
Most Seabears can swim up to a maximum of 17 mph. Also, seabears can breathe both water and air. Royal family members can glow because theirs is a special version of seabear.

Description:
        Valin is an adult male Gorilla standing around 6 feet 2 inches tall, and he weights 400 pounds, as he’s quite a bit larger than most Mobians. Although his height and weight are average for an adult male gorilla, for a Mobian on average, he is very large, with a physique that is exceptionally muscular. He has dark brown fur all over his body except for his fingers, palms, face, armpits, and bottoms of their feet which has no fur, and he has a silver patch of fur on his back that is sort of shaped like a saddle, which matches the silver ‘head fur/hair’ that Valin has which he keeps somewhat short, but still slightly longer than the fur on the rest of his body. Valin has dark blue eyes and no tail, which is normal for a Gorilla. As with all Gorillas, Valin feet have an opposable big toe, which enables Valin to grasp things with his feet as well as with his hands. Valin also has strong jaws and his canines, which are 2 inches long, which can look intimidating when Valin yawns, which is rather ironic since he’s rather peaceful and dislikes violence, but he will defend himself and his friends if push comes to shove. Valin doesn't really care much about clothing other than it is quite useful for carrying items without having to hold onto them, which is why Valin normally wears light brown cargo shorts with big pockets and a matching pocketed harness which contains the tools he uses when he's working. The only other noteworthy item Valin wears is a Silver locket necklace containing a picture of Valin as a 10-year-old boy with both his parents.


Background:
        Valin’s father was one of the carpenters who helped build Channelwood, Valin’s mother was a gardener and farmer who helped set up the first hidden gardens and small farmland for Channelwood. Valin spent much of his childhood in Channelwood and the surrounding forest during his apprenticeship to his parents, although he spent more time working with his father than his mother.
        On the day that the Coup took place, Valin’s mother was in Middletown selecting new seedlings to take to Middletown to finish up another garden, and she was captured and roboticized, refugees from Middletown arrived in Channelwood Valin’s father learned what was going on and he rushed to Middletown, but ordered Valin to stay behind as the situation was too dangerous for a ten year old boy. Valin never saw his father after that day as his father was captured trying to save Valin’s mother, and he too was roboticized. Valin was distraught over loosing his parents, but others helped Valin cope with the loss, since they too lost loved ones to Robotnik's forces. To get his mind off his loss, Valin focused on the chores that his parents had left him, which Valin carries out to this day to honor his parents. Valin doesn’t like to leave Channelwood often other than searching the forest for wood he can gather from trees to make ‘replacement parts’ for the huts and other wooden objects in Channelwood, or seeds he can gather from plants for crops. Occasionally the other Freedom Fighters will be able to convince him to help out on a raid, as his strength is comparable to the cybernetic limbs of the Knothole Freedom Fighter, Bunnie. Then again with arms as massive as the total body mass of some of the other freedom fighters, this isn’t too unexpected, as Valin’s arms are larger than those of a SWATBot and it’s all muscle mass.
        However given that many raids require a degree of agility and stealth that Valin lacks due to his bulk, he’s often unable to help out much as he’s too large to fit through most of the air ducts that other Freedom Fighters are capable of easily fitting through. Furthermore with his size, he’s even too large to try and fit into a hollowed out SWATBot shell. But Valin is content with his minor roll in things as he sees no shame in being primarily a carpenter and a farmer and not a fighter, as Valin just doesn’t have much of a ‘warrior’s instinct’, but he is quite capable of defending himself and those around him if he has to.


Personality:
        Valin is the epitome of the ‘gentle giant’, as like most Gorillas he’s very peaceful and is quite forgiving. Valin is also an exceptionally good climber but only an average swimmer as his body would sink like a rock if he stopped swimming due to his low amount of body fat compared to the huge amount of muscle, thus his bulk makes it harder for him to swim, as he’s not that flexible or agile, but he is able to swim forcefully enough to be a mediocre swimmer. Valin does like wadding around in water, especially on hot days. Valin likes to work with his hands, as they are somewhat nimble despite his size and the inflexibility of the rest of his body, which helps a lot when Valin is working on the job. Valin tries to not think about what Robotnik has done to the planet, as Valin would rather focus on the positive things that go on than dwelling on the unpleasant things.


Abilities:

1.) Heavy - In a village like Channelwood where the ground is only made of wooden boards, Valin has to be careful how fast he runs or how high he jumps. While he is a gentel man and has a vast amount of control over his strength, easily able to hold a delicate object in his hand without crushing it, his sheer weight can not be helped and thus, he usually takes the elevators alone.

2.) Big and Bulky - Due to his sheer size and mass, Valin is a big target, which makes him easier to hit, and he is not very manuverable when compared to other mobians. This also makes him an obvious target, as well as making it harder for him to hide himself.


Weapons:
1.) Where does a 400 Lbs gorilla sit? - Seriously... don't find yourself in the recieving end of his fist. You may not wake up to be sorry.

Description:
        Michael is a mobian chimpanzee that seems to be in his early thirties. His black fur is well groomed but is starting to grey a bit, and his jet-black head fur is only slightly longer than the rest of his fur but is still a solid black. His eyes are a dark blue, and are several shades darker than his faded blue denim overalls. He doesn't wear any footgear on his 'feet', since as a chimpanzee; his feet are practically a second set of hands.

        On his waist, is a tool belt full of various tools, and there is even a duct tape dispenser on it. Although the belt and the tools in it look somewhat worn and old, upon closer inspection of any of the tools would realize that the tools are still in good condition for their age since it is apparent that the tools were made before the Coup took place, and were made to last.


Background:
        Before the coup Michael Maynard was a teacher at a high school in Middletown where he taught both the metal shop and wood shop classes. In his spare time he was always repairing things around the school anytime something broke down. When Robotnik’s forces invaded Middletown during the Coup, Michael was in the school and hid in a part of the basement few people knew about. After all not many people went into the parts of the basement where tons of heating pipes were, which ironically enough hid Michael from the heat sensors of the SWATBots. After things calmed down that night he snuck out picked up some items from his nearby home and then fled the city. Not long after Michael wound up in Channelwood village where he has lived ever since.


Personality:
        Michael is patient and kindhearted, although he is old enough to remember the great war, and as such has a slightly different view on things than the younger freedom fighters as Michael knows that wars don’t last forever, and that peace is very fragile. However Michael isn’t very tolerant of people who refuse to follow the rules. From experience and training, Michael knows that in many situations disregarding the rules can easily get someone injured or worse due.


Abilities:

3.) Wood and Metal Crafter - Due to Michael’s training to teach wood shop and metal shop classes he’s also quite skilled at making and fixing things although he lacks the skills to make electronics. This differs from Valin in that Valin specializes in wood, therefor there are things Michael would go to Valin for help in woodcrafting.

1.) None - Michael is a well balanced man and doesn't have any weaknesses that most normal people wouldn't share with him. He is mature, stays in shape well enough and pays attention to any medical concerns, staying healthy.

Background:
Emerald was born in the Casino Night Zone to a pair of gambling parents. They gambled and gambled until they were dead broke and in fact... in debt. When Emerald was 13, her parents sold her in order to pay off a debt and still continued gambling. But Emerald escaped and was taken in by a couple who loved her. The couple was poor, so Emerald learned to pick pockets in order to buy extra things. The parents didn't approve, but didn't stop her either. She got great at it. Her other passion kicked in at the same time and she sang a lot at Karaoke bars. When Emerald was 20, however, Robotnick took over and she fled. For years she went from one place to another, constantly evading Robotnick as he slowly spread his influence over Mobius. Finally, when she was 25, she landed in Channelwood and has stuck with them since.


Personality:
Having developed a facade so well that even she believes it, Emerald is a rather cheerful person who always looks on the bright side of life. Emerald is very emotional and so without this cheerful front, she would fall apart and possibly try to kill herself. She finds it very gratifying to cheer others up and loves to make friends.

Background:
Robotnick was prepared for taking over and one of the projects he was working on was a warrior like the Swatbots except that it could think for itself even better without needing sentience. Unfortunately, he realised that to be impossible, but discovered sentience can be attained without feelings. So he created Blipvert.

Personality:
None. Honest. He does not have emotion.


Abilities:
1.) Light Show - Can light up like a circus and give off all kinds of loud sound thus confusing an enemy. The two headlights on his waste can light to blinding levels.

2.) Quality Bot - Blipvert is a military-style fighter and is lightly armored for a good balance of strength, toughness, and agility. Basically has the strength of an adult overlander male, the toughness of a car, and the speed of fairly fast mobian (like a puma or something).


Weakness:
1.) Self Distraction - When Blipvert is using his Light Show, he is not effected by the lights and sound. However, this is because his audio receptors automatically turn down when his sounds get loud. Since he is the source of the lights he makes, his eyes do not need to adjust. But thanks to the turning down of audio reception, it makes Blipvert very easy to attack from behind.

2.) Feedback - Were someone to send a feedback using opposite wavelengths of the sounds Blipvert produces while he is using them, his speakers would burst with a chance of harming some of his internal circuitry. But whether it damages his internal circuitry or not, this would take out his sound until he got repairs.

3.) Missing Computation - Blipvert is a cold, calculating machine and fails to truly understand people. While he has databases that tell him how to intimidate and work around unintimidated people, Blipvert is purely incapable of predicting something like Joe painting Sonic's face on Blipvert's so that SWATbots, stupid as they are, will aim and fire at Blipvert.


Weapons:
1.) Laser Pistol - Light laser weapon with minimal burn damage.

2.) Grenades - One fragmentation grenade, one smoke bomb and a few explosives.

Description:
A Caucasian male overlander child standing at about four feet tall. His skin is very light and a bit pale. He has short brown hair and green eyes. The boy wears dark gray rags of varying sorts and tones. The rags include a cape, sleeves that look more like blankets that hang on his arms, a skirt of some kind and a black belt. Looking down to the bottom of this boy's rags, his bare feet can be seen. Also on him is a long parchment colored clothe with a variety symbols on it. On his left shoulder is an odd shoulder guard that has a large sapphire stone fixed into it. Resting atop his head is a pair of goggles.


Background:
Born and raised post-coup, Maverick was mostly raised in a hidden town by his natural parents. But things went bad when a traitor turned in the entire town to Robotnick and most were roboticized. Maverick sneaked out, however, and has been sneaking from one place to another looking for solace. His last stop was Middletown, where he had lived for a month before finally being caught by Ra's forces.


Personality:
Shy and quiet, Maverick is perfect for the idea of seen and not heard... except for the seen part. Maverick prefers to hide when he can, but still wants company. He is also rather sentimental and he takes everything literally. He is quick to forgive those who apologize, but holds long and NASTY grudges against anyone who offends him and doesn't apologize. Revenge is best served cold in Maverick's case, since he thinks anywhere from weeks to a full year on how to get revenge. Ironically, he has a serious sense of honor and sticking to his moral code. For instance, if Maverick caught a friend doing something wrong like, say, stealing, he would talk to them to give them a chance to make things right. But if they did not, Maverick would turn them in. He believes "snitching" is not betrayal, but that allowing a friend to get away with evil is betrayal.


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Maverick has all the abilities listed for overlanders in the race section. However, due to his age, he does not have the "Large" racial ability.
    ("No Claws")

2.) Sneaking - Very very sneaky. About ninja level. Maverick is very able to make himself scarce when need be, though heat scanners will pick him up obviously. His sneaking ability allows him to be more quiet than an ant walking on cotton.

3.) Geologist - Maverick loves and collects rocks. He knows many facts about different kinds of rock, including fictional claims and rumors.

4.) Astronomer - Maverick has memorized many star formations and could duplicate the locations of most of the stars in the sky on a piece of paper. He can tell what time of year it is and what time of night it is just by looking at the night sky. He can also predict full moons, eclipses and other such celestial events.

5.) Astrologer - Along the lines of his astronomy know-how, Maverick learned about astrology and what kinds of studies went into that. He knows what certain things mean.

6.) Wise - Maverick learns from OTHER people's mistakes and seems to think like an adult more often than not.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Stealth Dependence - Maverick relies so much on his ability to sneak and disappear that without those advantages at his disposal, he is extremely vulnerable. The challenge is to find and corner him, but once you do, he's got no defense.


Weapons:
1.) Glass Shard - Back when his town was betrayed, Maverick took a piece of broken glass and wrapped it in some cloth to make it into a dagger of sorts. He eventually found other materials to make the handle less likely to get cut through by the glass and also made a sheathe. While this shard is fragile due to being glass, it is the sharper than any knife since broken glass is the sharpest thing in the world (The edge of broken glass can be as small as one atom thick).

2.) Wire - Maverick carries some sturdy metal wire with him that is handy for strangling someone if need be.

3.) Knives - Joe gave Maverick some knives. Maverick has 3 of them.


Equipment:
1.) Cloak - While it serves as clothing, Maverick's cloak is also handy for carrying things as it is lined with pockets on the inside and he can pull the cloak over himself when in a corner to essentially "disappear", looking like nothing more than a pile of trash or whatever.

Description:
A young stag with brown primary fur and a lighter shade of brown on his face and belly.  He has two barely grown antlers on his forehead and very bushy black eyebrows.  There’s a black stripe of fur that goes from his nose to the back of his head and ends in a short ponytail of black hair.  His black eyes are very large, but typically calm.  He wears a pair of dark green shorts that are slightly oversized in the legs, but snug around the waist with very large pockets.  Directly above the shorts is a net-like band of material.  He wears no shoes or gloves, and his hands and feet are hoof-like with three "fingers" and two toes.  Around his neck is a necklace with a colorless ring looped around it.

Background:
Hart was born in a small town on the countryside, but was sent to Middletown at an early age to live with his grandparents.  He lived a typical life and made a number of surface level friends, but few deep ones.  On the day that Robotnik’s forces took over Middletown, Hart had been preparing himself to give a mood ring as a gift to a doe that he’d had a very deep crush on.  He was worried about what she’d think, however, so he went for a walk in the forest instead of taking the ring directly to her.  By the time he’d decided to give her the ring, the village was already being captured.  After being spotted by a SWATbot, Hart made a run for it.
He managed to lose the ‘bot in the forest, but he couldn’t stop himself from running.  He finally collapsed at Aquarius lake where he was luckily picked up by the Aquarius Freedom Fighters.  Since then he’s been trying to find a place amongst them while looking for a way to get Middletown back and stop Robotnik for good.  He’s also been trying to pick up swimming, but it’s not going as quickly as he’d like.


Personality:
Despite having undergone the loss of his grandparents and friends, Hart’s managed to replace any anger with a constant thoughtfulness.  He’d always been a peaceful, easy-going creature, and that’s remained true to this day.  He can act quickly when something needs to be done, but he seems to get a lot of enjoyment out of doing nothing but thinking.  Due to this, his patience is like that of a saint, but it also leads to him occasionally getting lost in thought.
He avoids conflict and tries to end arguments before they get out of hand.  He’s aware that the world is at war, though, and he has the willingness to fiercely protect his friends and beliefs.


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Hart has all the abilities listed for deer in the race section.
    ("No Claws", "Herbivorous" and "Tough Extremities")

2.) Chess- He can play a mean game of chess, for what it’s worth ;)

3.) Long Winded - He runs at average speed, but can do so for a very long period of time.  He can also hold his breath for a very long period of time, underwater or above.  This is all due to his relaxed nature.

4.) Swimming (novice)- He has a basic understanding of swimming.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) "Deer in the Headlights" Syndrome -  When something greatly shocks or intensely frightens him, his first instinct is to freeze for several moments before taking any action of retreat or defense.


Weapons:
1.) Wooden Staff - About as long as he is tall.  It’s tough, but not suited for breaking heavy metal.


Equipment:
1.) Backpack - Not a weapon, but useful for carrying more weighty equipment that he can’t carry in his arms.  He takes it with him whenever he travels to the surface.

2.) Scuba Gear - Has access to a set that he can use for missions and outside of training.

Description:
Black cat.  Green eyes.


Background:
  Lucky was born to a newlywed couple in one of those remote small towns that evil tyrants just love to burn to the ground at the beginnings of RPGs.  He was raised by his loving parents, who gave him the name Lucky because in spite of complicatons with the pregnancy he beat the slim odds of his survival.  They raised him on a steady diet of down-to-earth morality, like Princess Bunn-head's ever famous proverb, "Good good.  Bad bad."  (See the movie Thumb Wars.)

  Early in his childhood it became apparent that Lucky was indeed given FAR more than his fair share of good luck, and word spread throughout town.  This became his curse.  Only his parents cared to be with him without any thought of taking advantage of his good luck.  Everyone else wanted to take advantage of Lucky's ability to some degree, so they began to meet with very bad luck.  Lucky very quickly went from being everyone's friend to everyone's enemy.

  By the time he was 10, a severe drought and a deadly illness hit at the same time.  Lucky was blamed.  The ever popular mob with pitchforks and torches were just about to invade his home when Robotnik's army showed up and conquered the town.  Lucky was the only one to escape.  Ever since then Lucky's been on the run.


Personality:
Friendly because he's so lonely, Lucky is on the naive side for someone living in an apocolyptic world.  In spite of his good luck, he's still a scaredey-cat, and would sooner hide under a table than confront the loud-mouthed bully insulting the girl he's attracted to.  He's learned to be careful about who he tells about his power, but given that he's so lonely he tends to let it slip if he's desperate enough for a friend.  Lucky has a weakness for flirty girls, and is easily milked of his belongings by them.  He has a very soft spot in his heart for orphans.


Abilities:

2.) Ludicrous Luck - Lucky was born with amazingly good luck.  In any game of chance, the cards are nearly always in his favor.  If he buys a lottery ticket, it's the winning number almost every time.  The only time chance is "against" him is when he doesn't realize "winning" wouldn't be in his favor.  For example, if he's attracted to a girl who'd just use him, he'll fail at winning her one way or another.  This is where the "bad" luck comes in.  He has yet to befriend someone who truly cares about him without any selfish intentions, so all the people he thought were his friends have met with some seriously bad luck until one by one they either leave him or die.  Lucky doesn’t realize that the people around him have bad luck because of their selfish intentions, so he assumes that he's bad luck to everyone, it’s just a matter of time before it kicks in.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Small - Lucky is weaker than most anyone due to being a child and thus, smaller and less developed than an adult. This also forbids him reach of things that would normally be in the reach of adults such as the top of a shelving unit.

Description:
Covered in white fur, Timothius appears to be an anthropomorphic cat of some kind. But he also has wings like a dove. He has a bushier tail than normal cats, suggesting what kind of cat he is (Turkish Angora). He has hazel eyes and somewhat long bangs. Timothius wears white pants and a white long-sleeve shirt with a blue tabbard that has a yellow picture on it which looks like a rising sun.


Background:
Born in the Neo Sky Sanctuary Zone, Timothius was raised a pampered and loved child. He was a loving person who studied hard to become a healer in every way (be it as someone who can heal the body or someone who can heal the soul). He graduated and helped out in his hometown a great deal. But while he was safe from any harm by Robotnik, Timothius was haunted by nightmares of what was happening to the people down below. He had heard the reports of Robotnik's reign and even heard about the horrors of roboticization. Yet, much to his amazement and shame, nobody from his home was willing to go and help these people. Their excuse was that they were a non-violent culture and thus, had no training in warfare to speak of. That and their ancient traditions taught them to stay out of the affairs of the mobians who lived below them. Timothius eventually saw through their facade and knew the reality was simply that the mobians were not worth their time. A Christian himself, Timothius felt his nightmares were a sign from God that he was to go and help these people any way he could. Scared of finally facing his nightmares in reality but feeling he had no choice left, Timothius procrastinated and prayed until he finally relented and went down to the surface world, taking only what he felt he needed.


Personality:
Timothius is a kind guy who likes making friends. He's a gentle soul who wouldn't hurt a fly, but will do what he has to in order to stop evil from prevailing. He has a strong preference to healing instead of fighting. He loves his friends a lot, but should his friends get in an argument, he tends to keep quiet rather than take sides. This is because his greatest fear is losing friends. He decided long ago to give his opinion only if asked or given permission to.


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Timothius has all the abilities listed for cats and for winged mobians in the race section.
    ("Extreme Curiosity", "Agile", "Carnivorous", "Flight" and "Light Bones")

2.) Ariel Acrobatics - Timothius knows a few fancy tricks for showing off in the air. In a desperate situation, he may even pull off something amazing to save his or someone else's skin (Like folding his wings mid flight to dive through a small hole, then spreading his wings to continue flying).

3.) Doctor - Timothius studied to become a healer of all kinds. Physical, mental and emotional wounds. He is skilled at helping heal all of the above.

4.) Artist - Timothius can draw pretty good. :)

5.) Music - Timothius can write music and has composed hundreds of tunes. He's not popular, though, and has not published a single tune. He's also a good singer.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Not So Tough - Timothius can't take a hit very well. One normal punch and he's down for a minute. One sound punch and he'll probably get knocked uncontious. He's also just as weak to most elements as anyone. Fire burns, ice freezes, etc.

2.) Weak - Timothius could slow someone's fall, but he is hardly able to carry someone's dead weight when flying. Were he to drag an average mobian while walking, he would huff and puff and wind up exhausted within minutes. Not that he's out of shape, but he simply can not lift very much weight. This also means he hits like a pillow.

3.) Temperature Sensitive - Timothius loooooooooves room temperature. He really likes 60 - 65 degrees temp. But start deviating to either end of the spectrum and he gets uncomfortable. Timothius gets cold easily and hot easily.


Weapons:
At best, Timothius might have a scalpel or syringe on hand. But he'd never use them as weapons against someone.


Equipment:
1.) Healer's Belt - Timothius wears a belt that has vials attached to it. Each one has a special liquid inside for the purposes of healing. There is also a satchel attached that has other ingredients for healing such as special leaves or herbs.

2.) Healer's Tunic - While the nature of how it works is beyond the sciences of most anyone anywhere, this tunic is able to produce gauze, rubbing alcohol and other such materials for a doctor to use. Timothius doesn't know how it does what it does, but he knows how to use it. Were someone to examine it (By pulling it apart or scanning), they would see technology of very foreign composition and it would not make sense to them in the least (Even someone like Robotnik would be confounded) unless they happen to be technologists from Neo Sky Sanctuary due to the completely alien materials and methods by which it is created. Reverse engineering this piece of technology, therefor, requires talking with the admin about why and how.

Description:
Standing 3' tall not including the ears, this black rabbit is about average height for her age, species and gender. She has an odd eye color that appears to be violet. Her hair is wavy and reaches about a third of the way down her back while her bangs go about halfway down her eyes and are parted in the middle. She is clearly in shape and seems to have the ideal form for a female rabbit. She is often wearing gear that looks much like a specialist of some kind. Holsters for her guns on each hip, boots, and various other obvious accessories that make her look kind of military and well prepared for most situations. Most times, she has a smirk on her face that seems to claim she is in complete control of the situation.

Background:
When Angel was a child, her father always taught her that the world is out to get her and that she needs to be sure she can protect herself. He taught her how to use a gun but more importantly, how to kill. When she was about 12, Angel was taken to a city called "Unity" where the people who founded it hoped to reunite all the races of Mobius. It at least served as a common ground where people could meet. One day, Angel's father disappeared without a trace and nobody was able to figure out what happened to him. Seeing her potential, Unity claimed Angel for further training so she could serve as their ultimate specialist. When Robotnik struck just short of a year later, the Unity Council took their entire city underground and waited for Robotnik to strike. Robotnik's forces found an abandoned city (Unity) that rather suddenly blew up in their faces, taking out a large contingent of Robotnik's initial attack forces. While he was furious to no end at the news, there was nothing he could do about it since he believed it to be a spiteful present left behind by Unity's citizens who Robotnik assumed were dozens of miles from there by then. He was wrong. About 400 feet under the ruins of the once great city of Unity was an underground replicate city where Unity's citizens continued to thrive. Angel continued to be raised as a special ops agent without any other interruptions and grew up to become quite the prodigy. Now, Angel serves Unity as an emissary who is looking for recruits and key people for taking out Robotnik. Unity also has Angel doing the secondary task of striking at potential future political enemies while the opportunity is there. However, Angel has ulterior motives of her own in addition to Unity's assignments.

Personality:
Angel is an opportunist who at the same time delights in figuring people out so she can guide them to do things she wants them to do. She adds layers of mystery on her own intentions to keep people guessing what her true goals are and often misleads people on purpose concerning her true nature. Angel's opportunism is to such an extreme that even misfortune is somehow always twisted to be in her favor and she knows it. This said, Angel is usually in a good mood. Angel is not very empathic in the least, despite all appearances to the contrary and tends to put up an excellent act of giving a care. She also tends to try protecting her heart from ever growing close with anyone due to a deep seeded fear of betrayal. Should someone penetrate this fortress Angel has put up around her heart, she will finally have empathy for that person and thus, treat them like a most prized treasure.


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Angel has all the abilities listed for rabbits in the race section.
    ("Herbivorous" and "High Jump")

2.) Marksman - Angel is said to be the most accurate marksman on Mobius. Rumor has it, she never misses.

3.) Actor - Angel is a very convincing actor. Mostly because she knows how to use the truth to her advantage and is so used to acting a certain way that most would never guess there is a very frightened, sad, lonely little girl beneathe that extremely confident exterior.

4.) Martial Arts - She can fight. She knows just about any style of hand-to-hand combat on mobius and is a master of many of them. The truely terrifying level of fighting Angel is capable of comes from many years of applying all the techniques she's ever learned and adapting them into something that works in any fight.

5.) Mental resistance - Her mind is blocked from invasion or control. Torture her all you like, she won't even tell you the time of day, much less do what you say.

6.) Intellect - She is darn smart. She can build lasting equipment, namely guns, and figure out how to use alien technologies. She is a great strategist, scientist, and all around genius. Angel mostly applies her mind to manipulating people and circumstances to her liking.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Unkown - Angel is the pinnacle of rabbit perfection. It is said everyone has a weakness, but Angel's is so hidden deep behind her psychological barriers that it would take someone who truely cares for Angel in order to find it. But if someone who cared for her found it, it's not a weakness because that person would protect Angel. Not that such a thing has happened.


Weapons:
1.) Laser Gun - She only has one and only needs one. It has a number of settings, but is usually kept on "punch" mode which is the equivalent of a human's punch concentrated into one square inch. It hurts pretty bad, but is nowhere near lethal unless aimed at very specific spots. Obviously, the gun also has a "laser" mode.

2.) Pistol - For cases where hi-tech doesn't seem to be working, Angel keeps a low-tech gun with her at all times. While ammo is harder to come by for this pistol, it's rare Angel has to use it... though experience has taught her those rare opportunities happen nonetheless.

3.) Concussion Rifle - While not normally kept on her person, Angel's concussion rifle is usually sheathed in her motorcycle. It shoots several small metal shards inside a beam of energy. Can usually rip a 2-inch wide hole through about 3 inches of steal and gives a massive punch. It takes 2 seconds to fire one shot and gives an ominous charge-up whine followed by a loud zip right before firing. The person Angel fires at with it will have plenty of warning via sound, but better hope they can take cover.

4.) Shotgun - Like with Angel's pistol, she keeps a low-tech version of one of her hi-tech weapons. In this case, a low-tech version of the Concussion Rifle. Also, like the Concussion Rifle, the shotgun is kept shiethed in the motorcycle.

5.) Sword - Angel keeps a long (For a mobian anyway) samurai-like sword sheathed in her motorcycle. It's about 2' long. While Angel knows how to use it, she prefers guns.

6.) Knife - Angel uses this mostly as a tool, but it is large enough to be used as a very effective weapon.


Equipment:
1.) Motorcycle - Angel owns her own motorcycle which she dubbed the "Energizer" as an inside joke concerning a battery company. It's more of a hover bike than a motorcycle, but it has many similar characteristics. She has the word "Unity" written on the side and the word "Enrgzr" written on the license plate.

Common knowledge: Anyone who's heard of Angel through rumors and such would have heard that Angel is a charismatic, caring individual who gives the city she represents a good name.

Uncommon knowledge: The people of Unity or anyone who's spent longer than a few days there know that Angel is one of the top agents of Unity's Freedom Fighters. She would be to Unity what Sonic is to Knothole. Though not priority one like Sonic, Angel is the most wanted enemy of Robotnik in the areas where Unity attacks. Thus, Robotnik himself has come to know her by name.

Rare knowledge: Only her closest friends or worst enemies who are still alive realize there is a bit of a darker side to Angel. A side dark enough that these people realize she is actually after taking over the world... and perhaps enslaving it.

Description:
White fur and headfur, with streaks of grey here and there, showing a little age for this veteran Seabear.  Has a thick, sturdy build overall, wider around the middle, with a long tail typical of Seabears.  He often wears an ornate violet overcoat with the crest of a White Shell on the back.  The coat is designed to withstand constant exposure to water and humid conditions, as most clothing from Urser has been.  Underneath that he typically wears a thin short sleeved shirt of an aquamarine color and shorts of the same violet color as his overcoat.  On his feet he wears well-fitting water resistant sandals.  No matter what he wears, his appearance always appears to have a well-dressed air.


Background:
Born in the Kingdom of Urser 35 years before Robotnik’s hostile takeover of the planet, Nautilus grew up in a family that was closely connected as friends with the House of Urser.  Strong and dependable, Nautilus was schooled early with other Seabears in methods for defending the kingdom, with dreams of someday becoming a royal guard.  Those dreams were dropped for Nautilus, however, when he discovered a new dream in teaching.  He’d been recognized as exceptionally skilled in a number of areas, especially swimming and underwater combat, and he had found himself to be talented in passing on these skills to his classmates and younger students who were struggling.  When he had reached a high enough rank to be considered for a guard, he instead requested to be trained and placed as a teacher.

By the time Shelly was born, Nautilus had grown from being a simple teacher to being a renowned instructor and training new members of the royal guard.  He’d also become something of a mentor for younger members of the royal family, as the House of Urser had maintained their friendship with his family over the years.  Because of this, he was Shelly’s teacher during her childhood years in Urser.  Also because of this, he was among the Seabears that were ordered to take the Princess and others to the shelter in Aquarius when Robotnik attacked.  Nautilus has always somewhat regretted not being able to go back and fight with his king, family, and friends.
Nautilus’ family was fairly well-sized, as far as Seabears go.  By the time of the invasion, his parents had died of age and illness, but his brothers, sisters, and several other relatives were living fairly well.  Most of his direct kin were either in the army or held higher positions in Aquarius.  His family had always been something of nobility, but, of course, never part of the royalty due to blood.  Nearly all of his family were either captured or killed in the invasion, though he has a sister amongst the various Seabear guards in Aquarius.  Another addition to their ‘family’ came in the form of a young stag named Hart that wandered onto the lake a few days after the initial invasion.  Ever since he arrived, Nautilus has done his best to make a real Seabear out of him; at least as much as a deer can be.  These days he’s doing what he can to push Hart to become better, and doing everything in his power to make sure that Shelly stays safe and continues to grow into the rare pearl of a Queen that he knows she’s one day destined to become.


Personality:
Very proper and matter-of-fact.  He almost always seems to know how to pay the proper respects to those of higher ranks than himself, even when they would rather be treated as an equal.  Nautilus is also very informed on most matters of history, geography, and architecture, as he believes all classically trained Seabears should be.  He can sometimes be a bit stiff, refusing to drop his position even in social situations.  He can also be something of a bookworm when he has no other responsibilities, preferring to often visit the record library in Aquarius and brush up on his history.


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Nautilus has all the abilities listed for seabears in the race section. ("No Claws", "Racial Loyalty", "Water Necessity" and "??")

2.) Swimming (expert) - Natural swimmer and trained to swim at a point where maneuvering underwater is as natural as breathing.  Can swim up to 20mph for an extended period of time.

3.) Hardy - From years of experience, Nautilus can endure rougher conditions and extensive periods of swimming at near maximum speed.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Past his Prime - Despite having experience, Nautilus’ body can only keep up with younger ones like Shelly so often.  There may be times when his body gives out or falls short of his expectations due to pushing himself past a level of stamina that he no longer has.  Additionally, long periods of exertion are almost always followed by long periods of rest.

An underground hacker resistance called the MHU (Mobius Hackers United) standing for the right to be free and happy without the interference of anyone. At this point in time against Dr. Robotnik and followers of the Dr. This group has no physical base. Their home base is cyberspace and the group itself is composed of ANY hacker from around Mobius. This means it's members are scattered all throughout Mobius. Between that and the fact all the members keep their real identities hidden, finding and eliminating them all is nigh impossible.

(GM NOTE: Due to the fact the hackers are anonymous, Sally Acorn is actually a member of this group. This in effect makes Daemon Sally's leader in Cyberspace, not that Daemon knows she is Sally.)

Description:
Daemon is young adult hedgehog, with the color of black quills and well-kept hair he tries to keep his appearance like the pictures of Sonic looks like. He may be no Sonic but it is always nice to try.  Daemon wears red tinted contact lenses so he does not have to wear his god forsaken glasses he most wear. His eyesight is poor but with these lenses it helps him to see in comfort and in style. At his feet Daemon wears very comfortable sneaks that are specially fitted to his likings with a very cool Sonic the Hedgehog Logo. Daemon always carries around his knapsack that has his beloved laptop in, also in the knapsack he carries other various things to help him with his work such as tool kits, grappling hook, and other miscellaneous computer junk.


Background:
Daemon is the age of 20 he has been living in the underground city of lower Mobius. Under the leadership of his great leader Griff, he has been helping the citizens of lower Mobius survive. He has been living there his whole life trying to fight the forces of Dr. Robotnik. He was a witness to the great sonic splitting the power stone to give light to the great under ground city with the inspiration of Sonic and wanting to delete Dr. Robotnik for ever. He studied hard and long becoming a well-known hacker of the city. He then banded with a small community of hackers living there with him and they soon became know as the hacking group called Mobius Hackers United which he soon became leader of. The group and Daemon himself has been known to be hacking into the Drs. Super computers and terminals for years now. Leaking information out to the resistance groups such as the freedom fighters he soon learned of a small resistance group of Freedom fighters that lived in an area called "Channel Wood". He knew that this small group needed help so he set out to Channel Wood leaving his friends and leaders behind searching for a great leader known as Katy. His long trip began until that one-day hey would meet the legendary Katy and friends that he heard so much about.

Personality:
Daemon can pretty much get a long with anyone who he comes in contact with unless the clearly point out something that he dislikes or what not. He is for a world of freedom and happiness. Yes he has "dark ways" to deal with certain aspects but its all for the cause. Don’t get on his bad side though you wont like Daemon when he’s angry. Think this: HACKER ON ROIDS. With this unpleasant thought comes to your mental understanding you will know why. By the way if he doesn’t like someone he will tell him or her to their face and be very blunt about it. He takes no crap from no one not even his own leaders and followers, pretty much keep this in your mind don’t mess with him and he wont mess with you its that simple. I don’t know if it would be very bright to piss off a hacker at one point or not is it? Hmm... Don’t know you always could find out >D .  Wait; Just ask Dr. Julian hehe.

On a side note, Daemon has a great deal of respect for Robotnik's genius. While disliking the evil and tyranny that Robotnik is the embodiment of, Daemon can often be mistaken as someone who respects Robotnik thanks to how much Daemon can appreciate the intricacies of Robotnik's programming codes. How does Robotnik make so many different kinds of AI and yet keep them in check so they never "evolve" beyond where he wants? Some things about Robotnik's programs confuse Daemon and he respects that. But make no mistake, other than this fact, Daemon has no respect for the man.


Abilities:
1) Racial Attributes - Daemon has all the abilities listed for hedgehogs in the race section.

2) Leadership - Leader of a underground hacker resistance group to fight the forces of Dr. Robotnik's or anyone who gets in the way of groups beliefs or moral code.

3) Combat - Has some knowledge on how to fight (lulz he doesn't waste all his life in the cyber world that's just crazy!) He was taught some martial arts from his leader Griff of the underground city called "Lower Mobius". This makes him a capable fighter somewhere around half the level of Griff's fighting prowess.

4) h@x0rZ - "Daemon" uses his cyber handle all the time, therefor is also known as Daemon in Cyberspace as well. He started a cyberspace freedom fighter group called the "Mobius Hackers United" and is consequently their leader as of the moment. While not the most skilled hacker in cyberspace, he is one of the elite hackers out there, known by anybody who is anybody in Cyberspace, including the likes of Sally Acorn (Though that isn't her cyber handle, obviously) and Star (Who's real identity is unknown). He is known to have hacked several of Dr. Robotnik's key information terminals leaking out his secrets to the bands of freedom fighters in the surrounding areas. This ability allows Daemon access to level 7 security, but level 8 requires help from other hackers and levels 9 and 10 are impossible for the MHU to pull off.

5.) Programmer - Daemon is a pretty sharp programmer. With the help his Artificial Intelligence Program he calls "JUICE" (A name he came up with from hearing the words "Time to JUICE" from the great Sonic his all time hero and inspiration) he can create viruses, Trojans, and much more cyber evils to destroy Dr. Robotnik's terminals, and super computers in Robotropolis.

6.) Computer Repair - Due to surrounding himself in the computer world so often, Daemon is very good at building and repairing computer equipment. He can build a laptop or PC from spare parts found in most of Robotnik's junkyards. Even a downed SWATbot is decent material for making a computer with. And due to SWATbots' wireless communications, they can even be used to make a computer that has a connection to cyberspace. Also, due to Daemon's strong familiarity with programming, he always has a good OS ready for installation to any new computer he builds. Bear in mind, though, building a QUALITY computer is a different story and requires very specific parts...



Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Overconfidence - Daemon tends to over-estimate his abilities and frequently tap-dances on the edge of getting caught in cyberspace. If he doesn't watch himself, he could recieve a trojan that could tell Robotnik all about Daemon's computer activities, allowing him to be predicted.

2.) Cyber Addiction - Due to being so reliant on technology, Daemon is a little lost when it comes to the more mundane things in life. For example, he doesn't know wilderness survival at all and wouldn't survive his trip to Channelwood were it not for packing a tent and plenty of food. Pretty much, if it doesn't have to do with computers, Daemon is an idiot (Except for fighting, thanks to Griff).


Weapons:
1.) J.U.I.C.E. - "Julian's Undoing Intelligent Computer Expresso" or Juice was an AI program put together through the unified hard efforts of Daemon and the MHU. Using bits and pieces of Nicole's residual code left in her hacking wakes, the team was able to make a mock-up AI that while not sentient like Nicole, is capable of "figuring out" things on it's own and is a very impressive feat. The pride of the MHU, this AI was named Juice after Sonic's famous phrase due to Daemon overhearing Sonic say it a couple times when Sonic was visiting the Lower Mobius FFs.

2.) Viruses - Daemon has some pretty evil viruses, but he keeps a beautiful selection on his person at all times in the form of a CD so he can choose which kind of virus to use in any given situation without leaving his laptop vulnerable to attack through hardwiring. Therefor, Daemon NEVER hardwires his laptop to any of Robotnik's computers.

After some arm twisting from Timothius, here's an old char of mine.

Description:
Male tiger built like a marine and riddled with scars.  His facial expression is much like Steven Segal during a fist fight.  His knuckles look like knots on an ancient tree.


Background:
No government is free of corruption, and the rule of the Acorn family was no exception, especially during the Great War.  A racial war easily leaves room for abuse of the enemy, even allies, in the name of victory.  During such times idealists who insist on equal rights for subjects, much less the enemy, are branded traitors.

Philip's father was one such "traitor" who's only son followed closely in his footsteps.  By the time he was a teen, Philip had so lived up to his father's reputation that he was loved by the underground royal resistance and hated by the Acorn loyalists.

Soon after Philip was married, his father was captured.  Philip led the Underground in an effort to free him, but his father died in the crossfire.  Philip blamed King Acorn and his government and swore to some day dethrone the tyrant.

In the 6 years that followed, Philip became King Acorn's "Emmanuel Goldstein" (from the book 1984), the "domestic terrorist," "Overlander sympathizer," boogyman that was blamed for almost every crime that the government committed.  Then Robotnik took over and proved to be a far worse tyrant than Acorn.  Philip's wife and many of his friends were turned into robots.  He escaped with his daughter and remaining friends and spent the next 10 years leading the Underground Freedom Fighters in the heart of Robotropolis.


Personality:
In a word, Angry.  It's taken a lifetime to master his poker face, but just below the surface burns an inferno of rage aching to erupt.  When most would laugh, Philip curses.  When most people would be afraid, Philip is enraged.  When most would cry, Philip is furious.  Few people are able to calm his rampaging spirit, much less make him smile, but fortunately his daughter is one of those people and she stays close to him.


Weaknesses / Limitations: (Listed first to avoid some confusion)
1.) Mr. Congeniality - It took a miracle for a woman to tolerate him much less fall in love with him... and well... his wife is several fries short of a happy meal.

2.) Dim whit - It takes twice the effort for Phil to learn something.  His mind can only handle about 2 thoughts or feelings at a time, and that's pushing it.  In spite of his untrusting nature, he can be manipulated and deceived with relative ease.

3.) Scarred
 . a) Kung-fu grip: For as badly as they've been abused, Philip can't open his hands completely.  Even grabbing a glass of water is difficult.  This is especially painful given the fact that this means he can't pet his daughter's cheek.

 . b) Arthritis: Philip suffers from joint pains in most of his upper body as if he were an 80 year old.  It's made worse by bad weather.

 . c) Lock jaw:  Years of gritting his teeth from tension has made it impossible for Philip to open his mouth wider than the width of a PBJ sandwitch.  A hamburger requires a fork and knife.

 . d) Numb:  Philip has a dulled sense of touch on the business end of the harder parts of his body, and no feeling at all on the backs of his hands.  Severe wounds could go unnoticed and untreated.

4.) Notorious - Being at the top of the most wanted list for several years does wonders for your reputation among the freedom fighters.  His charisma makes things even better.

5.) Stubborn - Makes mules seem agreeable.  His inability to be reasoned with is partly due to his low capacity for reason.

6.) Inner Demons
 . a) Singing bass: By some cosmic joke, on either of Philip's shoulders sit an angel fish and a devil fish.  They both sound like the comedian Costello and they both taunt him.  Devil fish: "She's HOT!  Why don't you go ahead and cheat on your wife?"  Angel fish: "Philip's gotta maintain his holy facade."  Devil fish: "Good point.  Besides, where's the fun in cheating if his wife's not around to have her heart broken?"  Angel fish: "Looks like he'll be cuddling up to his little girl instead tonight."  *Both laugh*

 . b) Nightmares: Philip frequently suffers from horrific nightmares including brutally murdering his own daughter.  These become more pronounced whenever his living conditions change.

 . c) Short lived: Stress will shorten your life span.  Phil will be lucky to live beyond his 50's.

Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Philip has all the abilities listed for Tigers in the race section. ("Fierce", "Claws," "Agile," and "Carnivorous")

2.) Brawler - Has the combat skill of a death row inmate.

3.) Fit - A life of perpetual tension does wonders for your muscle tone.

4.) Iron body - Literally tough as nails.  Common to many martial arts systems, the iron body technique uses repeated daily abuse of one's bones to harden them into weapons.  Phil wound up with an iron body mostly thanks to his personality.  Philip's body is riddled with metal rods and plates for as many times as his bones have been broken.

5.) Staggered Rage
 . Level 1 - Provoked.  If Philip sees a bully picking on someone, he HAS to get in their face and provoke them till they either attack him or back down.  When in this state, he generally some control of himself, but quickly compares a minor bully to the likes of Robotnik.  His I.Q. drops a few points, his strength rises a few percent, and his sanity dims a little.  Most apologize when they see the lust for violence in his eyes.  Angel fish and devil fish mock his lack of control.

 . Level 2 - Facefisted.  A guy says something like, "Wow your girl's HOT." and he'll have Philip's fist in his face faster than he can blink.  Usually this state doesn't last long as most who provoked this response don't last long either.  While in this state, Phil loses all but the most vulgar words in his vocabulary, his I.Q. drops to around room temperature, he's able to shatter bones with relative ease, and he's about as sane as a raging drunk.  Angel fish and devil fish shout at the top of their lungs to everyone present to beware the perfect monster, but their pleas fall on deaf ears.

 . Level 3 - Killswitched.  Injure a friend of his and Phil flies into a rage much like a rabid wolverine who's been set on fire.  At this point, Phil is completely unable to speak, his I.Q. is frigid, he's stronger than should be physically possible, (like those stories of a mother lifting a car to save her child), and he's about as sane as a Hanibal Lecter on LSD.  Phil will remain in this state till all perceived enemies within range are utterly destroyed.  Angel fish and devil fish are floating at the top of the fish bowl, dead.

 . Level 4 - Nirvana.  In an attempt to enter the spirit world, Mystics from around the globe have been known to torture their own bodies so badly that they enter a trance.  A few times in his life Phil has become so angry that it's actually had this kind of calming effect.  His heart rate drops to about sleep level, all his muscles relax, his perception skyrockets, and his mind becomes crystal clear.  At this point Phil becomes a soulless machine programmed to accomplish a goal, such as rescue his captured father, and he calmly executes the most logical plan that will achieve that goal.  Angel fish and devil fish have been revived as giant cybernetic zombies with long metal spider legs that search the empty cities of Phil's mind with their spotlight eyes.

6.) Willpower - An experienced interrogator would know that you'd have to use drugs and threaten the loved ones of stubborn people like Phil to get them to talk.  This won't work on Phil.  Anything short of a powerful psychic or mind reading technology is unable to force information from him.


Weapons:
1.) 8 kinetic drivers - Phil's got this fist...  It's like a frozen hand shot out of a cannon.  Then there's his other fist.  And his elbows, knees, and feet.  You may as well be attacked by a team of baseball players armed with aluminum bats.

Description:
A fit grey tabby who stands tall for her species.  Her headfur is straight, shoulder-length which bears the same grey tabby striping as her body fur.  She wears a pair of blue cotton shorts, and a simple off-white muslin t-shirt.  Around her neck is a leather cord that holds a silver pentacle.  She normally wears a backpack out to carry what will be all of her personal belongings.  Her feet remain bare, the paw pads, and light steps provide adequate protection from normal ground hazards.


Background:
Mika was raised by her grandmother, a naturalist.  Mika's parents went missing while she was very young leaving her only with fading memories of them.  Her grandmother taught her how to gather the fruits of nature, and how to use them to survive, and make life easier.  Mika also learned how to read tarot using cards she made herself.

Recently, during a particularly hard winter her grandmother fell ill, and passed away, leaving her alone in a house that seems larger and colder than it was before.  Driven from her home by enuui and loneliness she heads out into the world, looking for a friendly voice or face.


Personality:
With strangers, or those she dosen't know well she seems rather buisnesslike, even a little cold.  But to those she's close to or those she's supposed to care for she's warm, and doting almost to the point of smothering.  She has a very strong mothering instinct towards the younger ones.  She's quick of wit, learns fast and has an odd sense of humor.


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Mika has all the abilities listed for cats in the race section. ("Extreme Curiosity", "Agile", "Night Vision" and "Carnivorous")

2.) Tarot Reading - She tells fortunes with her deck of tarot cards, in reality they are just pretty pictures with a story beind them, but it's the story told and what it means to the listener that is important.

3.) Nature Know-how - Mika knows from plants, such which plants are poison and which plants are not. Mika could tell you what kind of leaf is a certain creature's favorite food and even knows some herbal medicine to a degree (Knows that a specific kind of plant excretes a juice that has healing properties), but wouldn't know even half of what an herbalist would. She also knows other general info about nature, such as how to read when the forest creatures are frightened. This also means she recognizes many kinds of footprints as well as even some claw marks (Though mostly by size).

4.) Yo-yo Expert - Mika knows how to use a yo-yo, capable of doing various common tricks like "Walk the dog" and other such like. She knows especially how NOT to cut up her hand with her bandalore (See weapons).

5.) Riddler - Mika is pretty good with solving riddles. Also happens to be kind of good with puzzles as well.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Lonely - Mika gets clingy to anyone who pays attention to her. she's eager to make friends and can fall easily to a bad influence.




Weapons:
1.) Bandalore - It looks suspiciously like a yo-yo with a sharp edge, and a yard long string.  Catch it the wrong way, and your hand gets cut up.


Equipment:

Description:
An overlander girl standing at 4' 1" tall. Antoinette has a pair of brown eyes and has brown hair. She wears it in a ponytail with the tail peeking out of the back of her baseball hat. The hat is black and has three yellow exclamation points on the front. Antoinette is wearing a black T-shirt (with a UFO on it), a pair of grey pants and red shoes.


Background:
Antoinette was born to loving parents who lived in a city that had a tenative alliance with Robotnik until he was confident he could overthrow them. When he did, Antoinette's parents smuggled her out before she could become a victom. Unable to continue protecting her, Antoinette's parents could only hope Antoinette would survive the wild. Luckily, she did and has been wandering at random until she wound up at Aquarius lake...


Personality:
Definitely spaced out. Tends to be quiet, but can talk a lot once drawn into either a universally important topic, or a topic that is important to her. She tends to be slow to answer people and isn't very outgoing... she just wanders at random. Deep within is a very sweet selfless girl who loves all and hates none.


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Antoinette has all the abilities listed for overlanders in the race section. However, due to her age, she does not have the "Large" racial ability.

2.) Sculptor - Antoinette is an excellent sculpter. Give her wet sand at the beach and she could make for you a scale model of a german castle.

3.) Odd Lore - Antoinette seems to know the oddest things from the origin of tissue paper to the chemical composition of saliva.

4.) Unconditional - Antoinette is incapable of hatred. She even cares for Robotnik. Some would consider this a weakness, but the fact is Antoinette is the last person who would ever betray anyone. She has an unwavering, unstoppable and otherwise impossible to change loyalty to the cause of good.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Autistic - What most mistake for a low IQ is more of a misunderstood mental handicap. Antoinette has autism of the sort that causes her to have dozens of thoughts at once and she is forced to pay full attention to all of them. If a person's mind was a damn that allowed some thoughts to get through, Antoinette's is a canal with the gate open too soon. Thanks to this, Antoinette finds it hard to collect her thoughts to do something as simple as respond.

2.) (phobia of aliens) - Antoinette has a fear of aliens that ascends to the rank of phobia. She obsesses on them, watches old video tapes about them and wears shirts with UFOs on them. Were she to meet someone who claimed to be an alien, she would freak out and go a bit crazy.

3.) Aimless Wanderer - Antoinette tends to be places she shouldn't and goes on random walks with no apparent goal in mind. This can get her in trouble as she thinks very little about where she is going. Thankfully, like most creatures, Antoinette at least seems to have enough wherewithal to know that walking into water without intending to swim would be bad.

4.) Trouble With Doors - Either thanks to her autism or some other reason that nobody knows, Antoinette can not handle doors. If it's a simple door that just swings open with no knob, Antoinette will find out it can be pushed. But anything more complex and she starts to just tap her forehead against it.

Description:
An off-white fur color, Lorena is not quite gray but not quite white either. While her hatred of the repetitive keeps her from wearing clothing that's too similar from one day to the next, she still tends to favor bright colors over dark, such as oranges, yellows, whites and pinks. Her style can range from pants to skirts to dresses to swimsuits (She lives in Aquarius after all) to togas.


Background:
Taken in at a very early age, Lorena does not really remember a life outside of Aquarius (Well... obviously, she went outdoors from time to time, but you get the idea). Raised alongside the likes of Shelly, the two of them traded pranks back and forth over the years. Also, thanks to living in such a habitat, Lorena learned how to swim and how to rather enjoy water. When she was about 8, Lorena showed signs of being a minor strategist, so Nautilus made sure to get her some extra schooling in the matter. While this certainly helped Lorena's strategic skills along, she also wanted to be of some use on missions, so she asked to be trained how to fight so that when she was allowed, she could come on missions and be useful. So Nautilus got the young, strapping Crucible to help out with Lorena's combat lessons, which quickly leaned in the direction of learning the spear. Today, she is fairly proficient in the spear and VERY proficient in strategy. While only 14, Lorena is itching to help in a mission, using Shelly's extremely young age as an excuse for being allowed on a mission...


Personality:
Bubbly. Hyper. Friendly. Helpful, but obnoxiously cute. Obsessed with cute things, she goes out of her way to find anything cute and keep it for herself.  Very empathic, Lorena can pretty well sense how others feel and tries to help the depressed find a sense of peace and tranquility with themselves.  Loves to chase things, never to hurt them (unless it's for food), she merely loves to play and have fun.  Always keeps a smile on her face, she often gives a morale boost to any situation, no matter how bad it may seem.  Really doesn't like to fight, but knows that it is a necessity in the situation the world is in.  More content to chase bugs merely to swat at them playfully, she will pick up her spear to defend her new home and her new friends.  She enjoys cooking, while no master chef, her food is far better than most.  Always trying something new to avoid the mundane, mainly because she dislikes repetitive things.

2.) Swimming - Lorena enjoys swimming as a pastime and has gotten good at it. Especially for a cat. :p What this means is that she has no hatred of water like most cats, but rather enjoys it.

3.) Empathic - Lorena is able to understand other peoples' feelings a little better than the average shmuck. This allows her to be a halfway decent judge of character. This also draws people to her when they have emotional problems such as a lack of self esteem.

4.) Strategic - While not exactly Sun-Tzu, Lorena can set a mean ambush. SWATbots will never see it coming.

5.) Spear proficiency - Lorena is good with a spear. Think trained guard level.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Way too hyper - Lorena constantly has to do something or she begins to lose her mind. This will cause her to go back to her primitive instincts such as chasing bugs, birds, etc.

2.) Technologically inept - If it's technology, she doesn't know the first thing about it. Give her a laptop and she'll think it's a TV. Though to her slight saving grace, she at least knows how to work a television.

3.) Emotionally Shielded - Though she can sense other people's feelings, she refuses to express any emotion other than happiness. This can cause people to sometimes think she genuinely does NOT care when they are in pain.

Description:
Raichel has an athletic build, stands at about the average height of tiger gals her age and has an aura of confidence. She has brown hair and her fur has a little more of a yellow tint to it, making her almost seem to be gold. Her stripes are brown, matching her hair color which is complimented by her blue eyes. Raichel alternates her clothing, but certain things are consistent: Boots, pants, and a tabbard-like look to her tops.


Background:
Born in Mobotropolis to a man who's ideals were different from the popular ones, Raichel was raised on the concept that things are not always as they seem. Most people know this now with Julian's betrayal, but also tend to cling to their loyalty to the crown, trusting the King to not be a tyrant. Raichel, however, was raised to believe even the Acorn family was corrupted. Her dad also happened to be an athlete who believed knowledge to be the greatest weapon against tyranny, so naturally, he made sure to educate Raichel as well as keep her from being lazy. Much to her father's bliss, Raichel was a born athlete. Though really, she was more a born fighter, loving martial arts just for it's own sake. While not especially high in the IQ department, Raichel was born with higher mental potential than her father, making her able to keep up with learning the things he wanted her to learn.

Thanks to her father being the leader of an underground resistance, Raichel had a community to associate with even when Mobotropolis was taken down. Having already been established in order to fight tyrants before Robotnik entered the scene, this base was quite efficient and capable of running like a well-oiled machine even with bare-minimum resources. This said, Raichel was able to get access to many methods of learning martial arts: Her dad taught her what he knew, a karate instructor from Mobotropolis who joined the underground taught her what HE knew, Keesha (An ex-member of Acorn Intel) taught Raichel what she knew in staff fighting and finally, Raichel also grabbed all she could from the internet on the topic.

Over time, Raichel earned the title "Hurricane" from her fellow Underground allies as it was common for a recruit of the Underground to earn a title (Or code name). In Raichel's case, she was called this because she has the tendency to do a lot of whirling attacks with her staff and kicks, accompanied by unpredictable strikes as if she were a violent storm of winds accompanied by lightning.

Today, Raichel is as loyal a follower as "The Underground" could ask for, following her dad around most times like a shadow and vowing to do everything in her power to bring all forms of evil down.


Personality:
Raichel would love to think of herself as the quintessential "martial arts master" like the kind you see in kung-fu films who has a long beard and equally long patience. But while she isn't quite that even-tempered or quite that humble yet, Raichel is the most even-tempered teenage girl anyone could find. She gives everyone enough of a benefit of doubt to offer talking first before resorting to anger. Raichel likes to take a relaxed approach ever since she learned relaxing helps with martial arts. But she is very energetic and it has to have an outlet, so often times, Raichel is prone to find an excuse to do some kind of physical activity. Thanks to wanting to make her dad proud of her, Raichel tries her best to avoid fights with other Mobians. But fighting IS a physical activity and thus, if no other activities present themselves and Raichel needs an outlet, she starts looking for reasons to fight. Also, the fact she was raised to trust people less than most tend to compounds this since she is ALWAYS on the lookout for corruption. Finally, Raichel has a strong, honest attitude. She is capable of going quiet when needed, but she can not bring herself to lie on purpose.


Abilities:
1.) Racial Attributes - Raichel has all the abilities listed for tigers in the race section. ("Carnivorous" and "Vicious")

2.) Martial Arts - Raichel loves martial arts and wakes up every morning with thoughts of how to improve. While she studies it for the art, Raichel loves applying it and finding that it works. She is still young, but is incredible at this. Her style preference is very fluid, much like Tai Chi. But she likes all styles and will just as quickly pull out a functional karate move.

3.) Staff Fighting - Raichel is skilled with the staff, wielding it like an extension of herself. This is on top of her Martial Arts skill, making her even more powerful a fighter when wielding the staff.

4.) Very Fit - Raichel is athletic and it shows. She is faster, stronger, etc than average. This isn't her main thing, though, so if put to her limits, Raichel would fall short of the likes of Katy.

5.) Self Control - Raichel is as mature as is possible for a teenage girl. She still has her moments, but for the most part, Raichel is in control of herself. This also applies to her martial arts as Raichel knows how to calm herself and fight with a level head. This bears mentioning since not only does this allow her to keep an even head in most situations, but it is especially impressive given her current age.

6.) Daddy's Little Girl - Raichel is obedient and trusting to her dad to such an extreme that she does whatever he says whenever he says it. This means she could be in the middle of a fight or argument and if her dad said "Stop", Raichel would instantly back off. This also means she tells her dad every detail of her life, no matter how embarrassing. So using blackmail on Raichel is soon met with Daddy Willis coming to spank you. While this can sometimes be a weakness, most times this proves to be a clear advantage since her dad is even more unwavering than Raichel is.


Weaknesses / Limitations:
1.) Button - Raichel's "Self Control" ability is nullified when someone starts using serious insults against Raichel's dad or anyone Raichel has a great deal of respect for. Raichel has zero tolerance for disrespect of the people she looks up to and will return words with fists. In this way, Raichel can be controlled if the person who knows this weakness plays their hand right.

2.) Can't... LIE! - Raichel can not bring herself to lie. At best, Raichel can go quiet if someone tries to get information out of her. When Raichel uses sarcasm, it's as obvious as obvious can possibly be. This is a weakness because even her silence can be used to get the information desired. But her own life is less valuable to her than the truth (And she values her life as much as most). If someone else's life was on the line, maybe... just maybe... she will manage to lie. But chances are, she'd sooner find a way to misguide than to make an outright fabrication.

3.) Blunt - Similar to her "Can't Lie" weakness, Raichel has a tendency to be very blunt when answering people. While she does not give advice unless asked, most people learn quickly not to ask her what she thinks of them or their skills (Or lack thereof). Raichel does not pull punches when it comes to telling people her opinions, answering questions, or just plain speaking her mind.

1.) Metal Rod - Raichel carries this rod with her everywhere and knows a great deal how to use it. It weighs about 10 lbs. But Raichel swings it around like it's just an extension of her arm.
