Here are the things I want from a solid request to join the game.

1. Character Name (ie John Sanders)

2. Hero Name (Deathknight!...this is an example, I will knuckle rap you with a ruler if you use it)

3. Sex/Age/Height/Eyes/Hair/etc

4.  Pitch me your hero concept.  Is the hero a mutant or did they get their powers some other way.  Are they a public hero or is there a secret identity?  What role do you see your hero playing?   By role I am going to use the old City of Heroes/City of Villains concept as it really works the best.

Tank, Scrapper, Ranged Blaster, Controller, Defender, or support?  I know support was never used in the COH/COV, but by support I mean the people behind the scenes lending help but never really on the front lines.

5. Personality.  Give this a paragraph or two.  Let me know what makes your hero tick, what could make them happy, or what really pisses them off.

6. Description.  Give me a paragraph of what your hero looks like.

7. Background/History:  Okay to save confusion and my lack of general Marval cannon in the last several years, the Marvel Civil War never happened.  After that go with it.   Try to limit any linkage to established cannon marvel characters please.  I'm not looking for war and peace, but I am looking for something that teels me where your hero came from, where they are going, and what is their current tie in to being in New Orleans.

8. RPOL Mandated Rule for adult games: I (your Rpol ID) was born in the month and year of (Month/Year) and am legal to view, and participate in adult material that is violent, graphic, and or sexual in nature. I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and viewing such material is legal in my location of residence.

Also I know its difficult but lets try for some nice twists and originality.  Not trying to be an ass, but over my many years of GMing Superhero gaming, you don't know how many times I have had concepts of "My hero has bones laced with adamantium and..."

Wolverine is a cool kick ass marvel character, hands down, and a reason why he evolved beyond a one time throw away opponent for the Hulk (how many of you knew that?).  However, that concept has been done, and it’s stale, and don't be surprised if I tell you no if that is your concept.

This is a great game with some cool players and gifted writers, and I hope to see some other people in here that can help add to that.
