*sighs* Perhaps it is best if we dissolve the group, Alister, you can always look for a new place for your PC. Currently all my PCs in RoA are stuck in a region that does not or barely move, except for one game and perhaps I should retire Lysande as well.

Did you want me to scale the adventure to two character?

I could do that but it might be a totally different adventure. I just ran a tabletop group through "the sunken zigguraut" and that would not be a good idea for a party of two without a healer.

What's something your characters have always wanted to do in the desert?

And what's her background from Evermeet?

Evermeet is Lysande's home region. Since she wasn't going to play there I didn't make a detailed background there, but it is where she was born and raised. Her parents live there.

Lys is member of the Silver Blades, a special group sworn to help and protect all elves. She wears a silver pin that can be used to summon another silver blade to help (not a spell, more like a pager). That would work summoning her as well...

How good a swimmer is she?

She won't drown in 2ft deep water. Other than that, she is history.

Hmmm, taps fingers and ponders....

What if she felt the call of the silver blades and started a journey over the sea towards Evermeet on the Nymph's Kiss, which was scuttled by pirates and smugglers and the current group of three adventurers (who are exploring the manor now) discover her presence in one of the rooms, bound up and currently being cared for on gruel and bread as the smuggler's were considering whether she was worth a ransom or not?

My dilemma is that no ships have come to the island since the lighthouse has suddenly stopped working so I can't bring you via ship until the lighthouse is back because of the reef.

Aaand they've found you, your stuff is in the slime covered duffel bag reeking of sea water and your raven is currently huddled there. You are currently unconscious.

The last thing you remembered was being taken by surprise from the Sea Nymph as pirates scuttled it. You remember gnolls descending en masse before you had time to arm yourself, as you chose not to wear armor on a ship--because it disables one's swimming ability.

You had heard before leaving port that the last Elven ship to Evermeet had not reached the Evermeet port and that the Captain has not used any means to speak with anyone else. The current ship you were on was on the lookout but still was surprised when upon approaching the port of Fair Haven for a resupply stop that the light house was not working and ran afoul of the barrier, which is when the pirates struck....they did not realize you possessed any magical equipment and seemed after the cargo. You do not know why they took you with. That was a couple of days ago and you've been fading in and out of unconsciousness with fever and dehydration...as soon as someone gives you some water, your senses will be restored but it's been three days since you've had something to drink that didn't consist of seawater by your reckoning, which admittedly is a little hazy.

No problemo. Except for our initial tiff which was more lack of understanding each other's expectations than anything, I consider you a good descriptive gamer and fully agree with Windwalker's recommendation of your gaming style.
