We have had major flooding in Nashville.  As such I may not be able to post for some time until power is restored to my house (which will have to wait until the flood waters recede so the crews can actually get to the lines).

My house did not suffer any flood damage but power is not available at this time.  I will try to fit in posts when I can get to a working computer but right now concentrating on helping neighbors who were affected by the flood.  In the meantime please NPC my character as needed.

Fair enough, if we've done what we came to do, then let's split and tell the city government we took care of the gang. It seemed that we were kind of being "pushed" to leave before we could ask any questions. (Not saying we would have gotten any answers!)

I think we've lost Don's player.

So we're pretty much screwed because no one speaks Polish. I say we get to the clinic, pack up, get the fuck out of dodge and somewhere we can learn to speak the lingo.

Agreed.  If we can't get a NPC for Don, let's get out of here...

To my understanding, Don is NPCd and being played by Nuked, so we're waiting on the GM.

Some of the refugees also might speak English. In theory, this could be an activated Contact and I've asked.

If it will help, Tanya is very fluent in German

Devlin only speaks enough German to get in trouble.  Other than that he's pretty much an English speaker.

Assuming Don snaps out of his reverie of lager-soaked days in Bonny Scotland, he and Bill will go back in to get some information.

The more combat-minded will leave but back-track to set up an ambush. Those who aren't can go home and wait.

Been absolutely snowed under lately and haven't been able to motivate myself in my rare free time lately.  :(

Don is still a PC but he's informed me a while back his entire family (him included) are currently unwell. Apparently there's been several rounds of different illnesses sweeping through them all. Naturally posting has been way down the list of priorities for the past few months.

I'd no doubt he'll be back posting regularly eventually - he's one of the few original players still here after what, seven years?

Been a bit busy lately I'm afraid. My daughter was admitted to hospital a few days ago - Meningococcal (seriously nasty). Another few hours without treatment and it would probably have been fatal.
She'll be ok but will be in hospital for about another week.

I didn't actually. She was with my ex at the time and despite the fact I'd asked her to take her to the doctor when I first heard she was sick, she delayed nearly 24 hours. I was NOT happy!
