You arrive at a small encampment of Drow you've been told to report there it has maybe 200 or so members and seems on high alert. The guards briskly when you approach ask you to identify yourself.

When challenged, Arminna crossed her arms in the symbol of peace.  "I am Arminna Xun'shona, servant of the Dark Maiden.  Peace be with you," she replied.

shes welcomed in briskly you find the Leaders A middle aged drow woman with a suprisingly no nonsense attitude for a priestess of the dark maiden her hairs cut in a vaguely boyish cut.


"Greetings" She says curtly

"May I ask what your purpose here is? do you wish to join us, or are you merely passing through?"

"I was sent by the temple; they told me to report here," Arminna replied.

nods "I see any questions or such before I incorporate you into my unit?" asks her curiously.

"Yes.  What will I be doing here?" Arminna asks.

nods "your a junior acolyte of the dark maiden are you not?

"you'll aid a small unit with your spells especialy healing and support magic. I dont want to advocate cowardice, but remember a victory gained at outrageous costs, is almost worse then defeat

in particular, remember this princible above all, better to flee back with information on a enemys numbers,  and abilitys then to die" she explains matter of factly.

At the same time we cant win this war by retreating every time you'll make mistakes at some point, but try to evaluate situations carefully" she finishes

pauses then asks


"what kinds of spells do you favor?"

"Mostly healing and defensive spells, ma'am," Arminna answered.

nods And lets you go the units well armed and its leader bows slightly "welcome sister Are you ready?"

Arminna smiles and returns the bow.  "Yes, sister, I am ready."

nods "lets move out... we have dwarves to fight... We have to hold the front!" she says. with urgency.

Arminna nods and follows her out.

after a bit you encounter a group of dwarves up ahead and she whispers "accept surrenders, if offered, but otherwise show no quarter, we cant worry about disarming or incapicating our opponents

"Ready your weapons and your spells"

the dwarves would appeart to have seen you adn are charging hammers at the ready..

Arminna readies her longsword as the dwarves approach.

the dwarves reach you and now lets decide fate....

(OOC: allready rolled initiave you won so roll attak dwarfs AC is 4... hard to beat but you have a moderately good chance.

Arminna swings her sword at the dwarf, the edge of the blade finding a weak spot in its armor and cutting through.

the dwarf is hurt badly but swings away with his Axe hopefully.... and misses completely... leaving you free to attack again.

Arminna swings at the dwarf again, but this time manages to only hit its armor.
