"I thought this was...." tiny looked at the soldiers and crowd behind Conrad"They were lying in the junk heap, I ...it....It looked wrong for them to be there."
If I upset anyone I'm sorry I didn't know cyberoids had their own cemeteries.
Tiny began to fill back in the first of the graves she had dug" It just looked wrong..."

Re: Furesh Scout: Crow

Feeling sad for what Tiny has witnessed, but Conrad couldnt do much for Tiny.  This was still a warzone.  The best thing Conrad could do what help Tiny and get her back to the safety of the ship.  First though, Conrad calmly got everyone else to leave, not to cause any more of a commotion.

"I know it looked wrong Tiny, but you have to understand that this area is a war zone.  I'm really sorry you had to see that sight, but please try to understand.  Lets finish filling up the holes and we can go back to the Crow and we can talk more about this."

Conrad did his best to keep the situation under control.  Keeping calm so Tiny would stay calm was vital so nothing bad happened to her.

" They didn't leave humans laying in the garbage Tiny pointed out more confused than angry. she obediently filled in the graves then looked at the bodies. It seems wrong to just leave them laying there, they were someone.

Conrad tries to think of something to help Tiny out, and a thought came to him.

"These are just bodies.  Their core processor has been removed.  These are just shells to house the processor core.  So there really isnt any harm being done to their "mental" state.  Its more then a pretty outer shell."

Tiny was quiet until she finished filling in the graves and followed Conrad back to the ship." It's alright then I guess, i just saw them laying there and thought about .... thought about.... it's silly it's just machines I know but ...

It's just I never actually saw bodies as bodies before, just casualty numbers"

Re: Furesh Scout: Crow

"Its okay, I'm sure this is all new to you.  Dont worry.  But please, if you get confused next time, come find me and I will explain it the best I can.  We dont want to cause any trouble."  Conrad tries his best to help Tiny, even though this "parenting" stuff wasnt really part of his job description.  He also forgot about the comms he got early from M'kira.  Its funny how things slip past you when there is a combat drone on the loose digging graves.

"Crow, This is Conrad.  I have Tiny with me and we are on our way back to the ship.  There was some news earlier, I seem to have missed it.  Care to share it with me again."  Conrad smiles at Tiny, trying his best not to cause her any more emotional strain at the moment.

Re: Furesh Scout: Crow

M'kira perks up when she hears Conrad's voice glad that he had Tiny safely in custody. She wondered how long it would be before tiny was back in proper fighting form. A battle mech reduced to a fighting drone was a strange thing to see. "This is M'kira. I am currently in the Galley with most everyone else. I did request if possible could you assist me in restoring the fallen Csar soldier. Her Cyeberoid body needs repairs and I have recovered her Processor core. If your available I can meet you in the area you intend to perform the repairs."

Needless to say if Conrad was available she does just that right away. If not she would wait till he could help. M'kira will of course assist in any way she can when the time comes.

OOC: To speed things up please assume that the Processor core is made available to you and that your able to begin the needed work/finish. ^_^

Re: Furesh Scout: Crow

Conrad escorts Tiny back onto the Crow, Leading her towards a main storage area and asks her to please wait here while he goes to talk with M'kira.  Conrad makes his way as quickly as possible towards the galley, for the fear of Tiny wandering off again and doing something crazy, or killing someone.

Howdy everyone, Sorry I'm late... Tiny was digging graves for robot bodies.  Anyways... I'd be happy to help you M'kira, I'd have to do it now though because I need to get started on Tiny's new bodies.  I'm going to be really busy so lead the way to the cybernoid body."

OOC:  I'll take 10 on my repair/craft checks for being in a non-combat situation.  Also, this will be my last action before starting to build Tiny's mecha body.

Tiny felt confused by what has transpired today.  Things are so different.  All Tiny could do was to move around the hull, poking at things and just wait until Conrad came back.

Re: Furesh Scout: Crow

the reconnection process takes about ten minutes, the body is in rough shape but it seems serviceable..aside from both legs missing at the knees and half it's face blown off by a plasma blast. the reboot process takes almost no time at all. the body spasms violently for a moment then the cyberoid sets up with a startled look on her face. a wild swing nearly topples the cyberoid off the work table as she flails about. next action might be a bit more lethal.

" Oh, your human...thats good. The cyberoid sighs as she relaxes." WHAT THE HELL TOOK YOU SO LONG!!!!!, ive been in there for week,

Oh crap that was my best pair.
she pauses in the middle of her rant looking down at her ruined legs and chest" Do you know how much those cost me, she tugged at her ruined shirt and the mangled synthetic flesh under them." and finding a pair that is just right takes forever out here, I swear they have no respect for quality.

   Ummm where Leroy and Summer?"

In reply to Elsbeth (msg #926):

T'risa seemed in a bouyant and happy mood as she started writing up the report. She accepted M'Kira's report and correlated it with the appendices from Elsbeths armour. She asked relevant questions as the debrief took place. She replayed the footage of the Tae craft being escorted by Q'sa tutting disapprovingly.

"Is there anyone not involved in funding this army here?" T'risa asked the kitchen rhetorically. "And yes, this mission has been severely compromised since before we started. I'm not too surprised that this happened. Every move has been countered. We've thrown a spanner in the works, but we're nowhere near close to resolving this. Thank you Elspeth. Since your unit is effectively non functional, you and Tiny will be co-opted into this CA-SAR mission for the duration. I know you have lost many brothers and sisters. Hopefully what we do here will give you the ability to say goodbye and be at peace."

T'risa raised an eyebrow at Elsbeth's last question. "Only Balkiir can answer that question, Elsbeth. I refrain from reading people for private information unless I have to. I'd say for sure, he respects you....and that is a good foundation. If you think he likes you, and I think the indications are good. You could always ask him on a date."

T'risa smiled a special smile for M'Kira as she brought food around for everyone.

"Elsbeth, may I have permission to read you? This is not an in depth reading, I am reading primarily your body and mental signature so in battle I can stay connected to you. I've no idea when we will next be called into battle, but I like to be prepared."

T'risa looked around. "Anyone seen Maran or any of her companions?"

She was in her "quarters" with Blue and Star and Sun, with Rhic keeping her company. She set the ration packs down with a grin then and picked up the food that Rhic had brought. She took a bite and got an almost blissful look on her face at the delicious taste of the unprocessed and un-bland real food.
"Oh! This is good! I'd forgotten what real food tastes like! Thank you Mister Rhic. It's yummy!"

Re: Furesh Scout: Crow

M'kira nods Accompanying Conrad to the needed location to assist with the repairs of the fallen woman. She watches him work with a touch of fascination offering him tolls or anything else he needs. "I hope this goes well. We probably should repair the damage to her legs and face. so she can move about and otherwise function. The chest is going to need fixing as well. It looks like she took a surprisingly awful beating before she went down and stayed down."

She jumps stepping back for safety as the woman suddenly comes violently to life. She wouldn't harm her if she didn't have to. However she wouldn't let her hurt Conrad or anyone else later. When she tugs at her shirt M'kira blinks blushing very slightly and resisting the urge to giggle. The woman no doubt was unhappy and probably wouldn't find it funny at all. However she was alive and that was important!  "Yes your safe now onboard the Crow. This is Conrad my name is M'kira and we are here under the Command of Marshal T'risa K'mahda. What is your name? I am afraid your the only survivor of your team that we know of. We have also recovered two more survivors from another Military team recently. We are investigating the situation all I can tell you is whatever is going on here is chewing up a lot of our people and we intend to put a stop to it. If Sargent Leroy Fuchs, and Lieutenant Summer Lindon are alive we will find them."

However at this point she was fairly certain they were not. Not unless they were hiding somewhere out there on the planet. "Was there a Omeda woman with you on your ship? Do you have any memories of encountering one if there wasn't. I think your going to need to talk with T'risa once we get the chance. If possible we need to fix your body and get you back up to speed."

She uses the com to inform T'risa of the latest Developments. "T'risa we have rescued another Survivor this one from a Csar Team I think. I just wanted you to know she's conscious now." M'kira looks to Conrad with a hopeful look. "How long do you think it will take to fix her legs... and the rest of her?" She looks back to the woman to explain. "We have suffered battle damage ourselves due to those priorities it might be a little bit before Conrad or Aziza can do complete repairs."

In reply to John 'Rhic' Rhictor (msg #947):
"Oh, ok. What's left here is mostly fruit. Can I leave it here? Or should I take it back to the kitchen? Or whatever you called it...gallery or something. Ok, I'm ready. Blue, will you be ok here alone? Maybe you can plug into SunRunner or BrightStar."

She wiped off her face and stood up ready to follow Rhic to the gallery place. She waited for him to go out the door then followed him, then paced beside him with Sun and Star following along.

" It's your room. Rhic nodded as he put the fruit on her bedside stand. You can keep all the fruit you want, we got it cheap...just had to convince the bad guys they didnt need it anymore."

Now this ship is a little odd, we have grass growing in the halls, rabbits the size of poodles, and you may want to avoid the non-human bathrooms, they are a bit odd."
Rhic pointed out where the medical bay and the storage rooms were on the way, paused by his room and grabbed and tossed the bag containing his armor and rifle inside and then led her to the galley." we have T'risa, the woman that was with us.
Balkiir and M'kira, they're Valkiir the tall ones with the light blue skin, Conrad...he;s human...i think..Leo, the guy in the robes, Grym...he's easy to spot, just look for the guy that never smiles and you almost ever see. and Aziza she looks like you cat only about ten times bigger."

Replying to the cybernoid's question "I'm the Crow's engineering, Conrad.  I do salvage work for parts when I need to build something or just to stack up on parts.  Dont worry, your safe.  Looking over to M'Kira "I'm sure I can find some spare legs around here or in the spare parts area in the base.  I'm sure it wont be to the cybernoids liking, but at least she could move."

Conrad leans in close to M'kira and whispers "If we have a hard time getting information, we can always download the information if needed.""  Then Conrad walks away and shouts towards M'kira "I need to go check on Tiny, She may want to come talk with this cybernoid, maybe she can help.  Anyways, comm me if ya need me."

"Oh, ok. I'll try to remember that." She looked around for rabbits as they went down the hallway. She wondered what SunRunner would do if he saw a rabbit...
"Grass growing in the hallways? That's funny! Do the rabbits eat it? I bet the rabbits are for the cat lady...umm Aziza, right? How big are the rabbits? Will they hurt you if you scare one by accident? Do they breed like... well, rabbits I guess."
"Though I had a pair of mice once who would give birth to 22 pups if I overfed them. I had to take the boy mouse away from the girl mouse so they stopped having babies. 22 pups at a time several times a year was bad. I'd given everybody mice until they didn't want any anymore, so I'd take them to the woods to let them go. I hated to do that. Still, I only put a screen in the tunnel of the habitrail set to keep the mice apart they could still be beside each other most times."

She chattered all the way to the galley because it had been so long since she'd had a real person to talk to. Not that the AIs weren't real, but they weren't human, that was all. Mister Rhic seemed nice for all he looked a bit scary.

Rhic listened with a slight smile and paid attention to what the firl was saying. Laughing as she talked about her mice. " My daughter, Jesse, had the same problem with I'cho...sort of like a hamster only they have floppy ears and eat grubs... I think by the time she finally figured out why she had so many, every kid on the colony had an I'cho. matter of fact I think the colony admin are still trying to get all of them out of the air systems."

Rhic led her to the galley and sat her down on one of the chairs. then poured himself a cup of coffee, looked at her then scrounged though the fridge for a carton of fruit punch.

Re: Furesh Scout: Crow

Her smile was both warm and welcoming with a gentle expression and a slightly amused twinkle in her eyes at Poppy's explanation. "I won't laugh and I think your name is just fine. Though if you really want to change it you can."

She looks to Conrad and shakes her head slightly wishing he had been a little more tactful about the possibility of repairs. She understood tiny was important however so was poppy. She wouldn't have been party of a military or CASAR operation if she wasn't a highly skilled soldier or operative. "I understand Conrad. Let's try to get her the best we possibly can. Just like tiny she deserves to be back to one hundred percent if possible. Sure thing send Tiny in anytime to say hello."

Turning her attention back to Poppy she listens feeling sympathy for the woman. Perhaps they could do something about some of the problematical programing. Just like a person with memory problems or a stutter sometimes a doctor or in this case skilled technicians could heal the problem. "I regret your loss poppy. I will ask T'risa to help you and I will do my best to see to it that you CASAR Makes good on your Repairs."

"Don't worry you won't get treated that way here. Not while I am around and besides your surrounded by what I think of as Good people. They might need to learn to be a little tactful in your presence but I think most will do just fine. If you don't get assigned your own quarters you can bunk with me if you want. That or Maybe Elsbeth if you prefer and I have a chance to talk to her about it. I have a feeling T'risa's going to Deputize you soon making you offfically a deputy in this investigation."

She looks off in the direction Conrad had gone wishing they could find proper parts for poppy. She wouldn't like it either if part of her body had been blown off and they just slapped on whatever random piece of scrap they could find. "Tiny is a lot like you. She's a battle mech that got pretty shot up when we rescued her and Sgt. Elsbeth. She's a A.I. That's become fully aware and free willed. For the moment she's in a combat drone till Conrad can get a proper battle mech body ready for her. I honestly thought we would fix up the original body. I guess the damage was to severe and that's a temporary fix till we can get something proper for her."

Looking back to Poppy with another warm smile she continues softly. "You should meet Rhictor or Balkir they I think can put a smile on just about anybody when they put their minds to it. T'risa will treat you right as well. That aside I guess for now all I can do is make you as comfortable as possible. Is there anything I can do for you?"
