I love the sheer mass of the fluff in Rifts, and the game I played in before was great. Problem is, I don't know the system well enough to run a game myself. I'd love to play an actual, adventurous game of Rifts, maybe as a mercenary band or Coalition fugitives.

If that won't work, I'd like to play some Gundam style mech game. I've never really played in one before, and I'm not sure what system I'd play in (maybe rifts, though mechs seem pretty strong to me), but I would also really enjoy playing a mech pilot.

Bump! Haven't heard anything. I'll add that I'd like to play a shadowrun 5e rigger as well, though it's been a few months.

What is out there for mech rules ??  Besides, Battle Tech - the obvious one.  Sorry, not keeping up with the avalanche of rules out there.

There is Battletech or Robotech, There's also a Mechwarrior rpg out there.
