Open Legend

Anyone doing an Open Legend game?

http://www.openlegendrpg.com

Looks neat and I'd like to give it a try. Everything you need, mechanics wise, is on that site, free by design.

Open Legend

I was getting ready to put their get her a game of open legend. I was just stuck on weather to make a home brew world or some kind of module. I was curious how the game would work using either a D&D or pathfinder adventure. I have a bunch of modules laying around I haven't used yet and I was going to buy the Rise of the rune lords anniversary edition book. I just thought it would be a cool idea to see how it ran in about her publishers adventure, just to compare.

Open Legend

I have set up a Open Legends game set in the Elder Scrolls setting, using the free adventure A Star Once Fallen. It is something of a test run to see how the system works, but if people still are enjoying it by the time the end of the adventure comes I may open the game up beyond.

This looks like such a fun system. I hope to see more games using Open Legends!

Open Legend

I've considered running a game or two on this system. I'm currently playing in one, it just got started so I'm still play testing the system. However, I do love the flexibility and simplicity of it. As far as I can tell, it is basically a simple system for conflict resolution, that allows you to tell whatever story you want.

I've had a few ideas brewing. One is using this system for running a game based on the "Mass Effect" series. The other idea I had was running one based on "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children."

I'd love to hear what other settings people would find interesting to try with this system. There's so much potential with it, that the opportunities seem endless!
