It's been slim pickings for Powered by the Apocalypse games for a while.  Here's hoping there's some potential MC's out there who just need a nudge. ;)


Tremulus is a long shot considering the obscurity (am I the only one that owns it?) but I figured I'd mention it.  I'll go one further to make it even less likely but specifically I'm looking for a Derelict Adrift game.  The Tremulus expansion which focus's on Cthulhu style terror in space. :)

Otherwise, AW (which ever edition) and MH are good.

A Monsterhearts game that lasts beyond the first day in-game? Inconceivable!

(I'm in one that got to Day Five... but only because we skipped the weekend.)

I've owned Tremulus for a while now, and looked and looked for reviews/thoughts on Derelict Adrift and found nothing. I would be more than interested in participating in a Derelict Adrift game. Have you read through the supplement? Can you tell me your thoughts on it? I've yet to find another soul who knows anything of it.

Edit: Having reread the GM Wanted rules, my questions related to your opinions on Derelict Adrift might be better served through PM, so I'll go ahead and do that.

I also own Tremulous, and even played in a game of it on RPOL some years back.  The game never really got past the first stages before it self-destructed like so many games do here.

I own Tremulous, and have played it a few times both on-line and tabletop. I find it a little... loose? The mechanics don't support the fiction as tightly and as cleanly as in other PBTA games. Despite my love for both the Apocalypse Engine and Lovecraft, I've never really been able to make Tremulous work.

I've been working on a Monsterhearts scenario for a week or two now. It's just not ready for primetime yet.

Sadly I've yet to play an actual game of Tremulus so I can't comment. I would love an opportunity though.  As long as the everyone is working towards the same goal of telling a great story I am confident the mechanics will not be a barrier.


That said if you have a Monsterhearts game taking shape then I'd love it if you would consider giving a heads up so I can get an application to you when it's ready. :)
