Complete beginner looking for first D&d 5e campaign
Thanks for the info! I do tend toward the serious side as my sense of humor is more reactionary. For example, I placed a skeleton guard at the door to a temple, a player suggested that the other guard dress it up as a unicorn, and then the skeleton talked back to the player. Or suggesting the Indiana Jones character track down a naga.
I'd rather do a group; a lot of the fun is interactions with other players. I can help you make a character via rmail while putting out a players wanted ad. They're were a couple of other beginners looking for GMs.
I just looked up High Rollers. I like interaction between the cleric guy and the lady playing the Tiefling monk; "I'm ignoring you... You realize your messing with the only person here who has a weapon?" "I'm going to stand over here."
