Looking for a Numenera game - emphasis on Nu
Greetings, all!

Any takers for spinning up a Numenera game specifically focused on new players?

I myself am new to Numenera as well as to RPoL. I'm looking for other players who'd like to join a Tier 1 game geared to new players, from total newbies and first timers to players with some experience. Perhaps we could bring in a more seasoned player or GM who'd be willing to serve as a guide to the rest of us?

At this juncture I'm looking for something with postings no more frequent than daily at most, but more comfortably every other day.

Note: I am not trying to GM a game here. If you're up for the task and have a conex box full of patience, you'd be welcomed and appreciated!

I would love to also play some Numenera. I tried it once at a con and had a great time, but want to see how it stands up to long term play.

Outstanding! Hopefully we can find a GM and at least one other player and get something going!

Alright, we have two of us ready to play some Numenera. It would be ideal to have 5, 4 plus a GM. I think we could start with 4, however.

So who wants to DM and/or join us in a Numenera game?

I "might" be willing to run a game if players can be patient with my somewhat inconsistent posting rate. The game would start in Shallamas after viewing a strange echo called the "last immortal man"

Also, as GM I would be focused on characters and plot and much less focused on game mechanics.

Still interested? Post a response here.

In reply to Sivad (msg # 5):

I don't mind inconsistency as long as one doesn't bail out a short way into it.

I for one am certainly interested. I do appreciate narrative over mechanics myself.

So interested parties so far:
  • Brogue
  • Sivad (GM)
  • chadpants

Hopefully we can find more players that would be down with a game that posts intermittently.
