Seeking PbtA Borderlands
I've got another post up here looking for something similar, but decided on a separate post for this separate idea. There's a small Powered By the Apocalypse game out there called No Rest for the Wicked, designed for use with the Borderlands universe (videogame series of first person "shoot'n'loot" action/RPGs). I want to play my Siren, preferably not on the planet Pandora.

PDF can be found here: http://1d4cast.org/files/No_Rest.pdf

If adhering to the game's plot, then post-Borderlands 2 would be ideal, opening up Vault locations all over the Six Galaxies. A different Border World would be nice.

Any GMs out there familiar with Apocalypse World, Borderlands, and interested in running a game combining the two?

Seeking PbtA Borderlands
I have been working on setting up a Borderlands game using a combination of two Savage Worlds versions I've found. I do not think I will have time to start it until mid October and it isn't PbtA, but if you haven't found a GM by then and are okay trying out the Savage Worlds version, then you are welcome to join up.

The main book I plan on using is called Coventry. Even. Though the author changed the story you can easily see it was meant to be set in the Borderlands setting. I don't  have the other book info handy right now, but it is a more direct conversion. Coventry has most of the rules I like - the shield rules for example. A quick google search should get you links to the PDFs rather easily.

I do know about Coventry, and also a translated set of Borderlands setting rules as well. I'm preparing to run a game of that on Roll20 sometime, but I feel like Savage Worlds is more tactical and less narrative than I'm really looking for to play in. I'm not too interested in positioning, making sure I announce that I'm crouching to get that extra -1 to my enemy's attack roll, or having to figure out the complexities of getting the game to do what I want in terms of Action Skills and crazy gun effects. (Though I have come up with a good set of those things for my own SW Borderlands game, it was actually the act of creating it that suggested to me I may not want to actually play that.)

That's not to say Coventry isn't brilliantly made and more or less easy to convert to proper Borderlands (aside from Siren powers, those took a whole lotta doing), but it just isn't what I'm after right now. I appreciate it, though! Maybe by October I'll change my mind. :P

While I will likely join the Savage Worlds game, it isn't quite what I'm looking for at the moment. Still seeking a No Rest for the Wicked game, hoping to find someone familiar enough with the Apocalypse Engine and interested in the Borderlands setting.

In related news, spam is really good on rice with some teriyaki sauce. Your spam, however, is totally out of place in my thread looking for a GM. Shoo. Shoo.
