Greetings and salutations. I was hoping that there was a GM out there with the urge/idea to run a game set in the Fallout universe. The game could be freeform though I would prefer some system to none. Personally I thought the Dark Heresy/wh40k system from FFG might be a god fit, with some tinkering.

Actually, i think D20 Modern is a better choice.

I would be interested in playing also, especially if the events are set in 2077.

Someone actually wrote something called Fallout PnP but I don't know how good it is because I didn't keep track.

There was a GURPS Fallout game here... last year, I believe? Maybe year before last. Fell through after a few months. Very enjoyable, though. I could be convinced to join another if it was using that system.

GURPS would make a lot of since, because the original Fallout games by Interplay were originally supposed to be powered by GURPS. The FalloutPnP, if you read into it, is actually just the rules, equations, statistics, etc. that were used in the first game. So running a game in that system is exactly like playing the first two Fallout games. I'd be down for either, or another system--I love Fallout.

There's a Fallout RPG, it's called Fallout: The Big Apple Wasteland, quick google search brought it up, it's free too.

I'd run a GURPS Fallout RPG. I'm familiar with the system I'd just need to know what kind of tone players are expecting.

Funny you should go with GURPS for Fallout as that was what the PC game was based on before SJ Games revoked the license.
You can still find demos of the original Fallout using GURPS rules out in the Šther.
